Clickteam Fusion (formerly known as Klik & Play, Click & Create, The Games Factory, and Multimedia Fusion) is a Game Engine by Clickteam.
The biggest feature of Clickteam Fusion is that it does not require any coding or scripting. Instead, users choose event conditions from a menu ("If Player collides with Enemy"), which creates a row in the Event Editor to which events ("Reduce Player 1's lives by 1, restart current level") can be added. This makes the engine exceptionally easy to use, even for people who have zero experience with programming.
The most up-to-date version of the engine is Clickteam Fusion 2.5, released in 2013. The first look at Clickteam Fusion 3 was shown in 2016
, but it's currently in Development Hell. A piece of Downloadable Content for the engine called Clickteam Fusion 2.5+ was released in 2019, with some additional features like child events and a profiler.
