From left to right: Lapis, Natori, and Diana.
The Fed-Up Office Lady Wants to Serve the Great Villainess (Genkai OL-san wa Akuyaku Reijou-sama ni Tsukaetai) is a yuri manga by Nekotarou, which began serialization in the seinen magazine Dokodemo Young Champion in 2022.

Three years after graduating from college, Natori Midori, who once idealized the "grown-up adults" she saw as a child, is working hard as a temporary employee. However, one day, her contract is suddenly terminated for an absurd reason. As she sits there, wondering if there will ever be a workplace to which she can devote herself, her phone flashes and she finds herself in the world of Fairy Tale of the Jewels, the novel RPG she was playing. And before her eyes is the villainess, Lapis Tenebrae, who betrayed the heroine and committed countless atrocities before losing her life!

Tropes in this manga:

  • Accidental Misnaming: Diana, bless her heart, just can't seem to ever get Natori's name right.
  • Bitch in Sheep's Clothing: As part of the plot of the game, Lapis takes Diana under her wing as a surrogate Cool Big Sis just to manipulate her as part of her Final Solution plan.
  • Bridal Carry: Lapis does this to Natori in Chapter 12.
  • Defrosting Ice Queen: Lapis, naturally.
  • Eyes Always Shut: Vice President Rubeus usually does this, only opening them in surprise or when he lets his hidden self show.
  • Final Solution: In the game, Lapis is the villain because she plans to exterminate all the commoners under the belief they are nothing more than wild beasts that sooner or later will turn against the upper class.
  • Fortune Teller: What Lapis believes Natori is.
  • Freudian Excuse: There are hints through the series that Lapis' disdain towards commoners stems from a traumatic experience she lived as a kid that caused the death of her little sister.
  • George Jetson Job Security: This happens to Natori before Lapis summons her.
  • Intrepid Fictioneer: For unexplained reasons, Natori finds herself sucked into her favorite phone game.
  • Isekai: While Natori didn't need to die to get there, she still gets summoned to another world.
  • Love Triangle: A Type 3 centering on Natori is forming between Lapis and Diana.
  • New Life in Another World Bonus: Subverted, Natori doesn't gain any special skill after being sucked into the game forcing her to find employment as Lapis' secretary to survive.
  • Oblivious to Love: Natori is such a Workaholic that it never occurs to her that Lapis and Diana are crushing on her or that she's crushing on Lapis.
  • Older Than They Look: In contrast to Lapis, Natori looks and acts more like a high schooler than like a 25-year-old woman.
  • Office Lady: Natori used to be one until she was fired just before Lapis summoned her as her familiar.
  • Yandere: While Diana isn't all the way there there are two moments that show that she might be developing into one:
    • Chapter 5: Prince Gran comes off as threatening towards Natori when asking her about Lapis, triggering Diana to pull first a knife, and then later a fork on him.
    • Chapters 6 and 7: When Natori is shoved by a pair of noble girls Diana gains a positively murderous Thousand-Yard Stare as she duels them.
  • Younger Than They Look: Despite looking in her mid-20s, Lapis is only 15 years old.
  • Yuri Fan: Prince Gran is quite the Natori x Lapis shipper.
