Being a channel of cathartic manga stories, it's not uncommon that the antagonist's life will crumble to pieces as the consequences of their actions strike them several times until they're ruined. Therefore, this warrants Manga-Waido its own Humiliation Conga page.

Since the examples showcased in this page are extensive and fairly numerous, they're separated into folders.


     Examples A - I 
  • "The annoying daughter of a city council member messed with my friend": Miki's dad gets arrested and prosecuted for bribery and his arrest makes it into the local and regional news. Turns out Yukari's father was a prosecutor who had been investigating the man some time ago. As expected, Miki herself threw a tantrum over it and ended up exposing her true colors to John, who rejects her for her trouble. What's more, Yukari's dad even got the guy who almost had his way with Mariko and forced him to confess to his actions, forcing Miki to apologize and pay consolation money to her. Eventually, Miki moves to the countryside with her mother's parents after giving back all things she stole from her classmates.

  • ''"At the high end restaurant I had memories of, my girlfriend was flirting with a man…" At some point after Kanako dumped Tetsuya and started dating Ono, their relationship was discovered by Ono's wife. She ended up in debt and was forced to pay alimony. Not only that, but Ono left her. In addition, her workplace found out about the affair and she was moved to a quieter position. At Todake's wedding, after finding out how successful Tetsuya's company had become, she tried to get back with him, but he refused and revealed that he already had a girlfriend. Afterwards, Kanako started working part-time at night as a side job to pay off her debts and has been working all day and all night. According to Tetsuya, she has very little time for herself and he doesn't think she will ever fall in love or get married.

  • The bride's parents called me cheap… But then…: After Yosuke broke off his engagement with Mizuki for cheating on him with Masato, she tries to get together with Masato, only for him to dump her because he was never serious about being in a relationship with her. Mizuki later develops an eating disorder from all her stress and becomes overweight, and she tries to get with the other men from her team, only for them to reject her. A few months later, Mizuki quits her team. Mizuki's parents also became pariahs after their friends and neighbors found out about their misdeeds.

  • The bride's parents called me cheap… But then…: After Akemi refuses to let Yusuke go to Natsuki's graduation just because he works as a security guard, Yusuke reveals that Natsuki has told him that Akemi has been cheating on him and that she had quit her job a while ago. When she denies this, he shows a recording confirming what he said and reveals that Natsuki had recorded it. He also reveals that he knows that Akemi has always been abusive towards towards Natsuki, which is why she is always nervous around others. In addition, Natsuki angrily tells Akemi that she does not consider her her mother anymore. Yusuke then tells Akemi that he wants a divorce and that he is taking Natsuki with him. Afterwards, he divorces Akemi, sues her for damages, and gets custody of Natsuki. Later, after finding out that Akemi was married, her boyfriend broke up with her and sued her for damages. In addition, her parents disowned her.

  • "Caught my wife cheating on me…": Minami lied to Hirokazu about visiting her parents to cheat on him while he was away on a business trip. However, it rained on the second day, and he rushed to Minami's parents' house to check on them as it happened to be around the hotel he was staying at and was at risk of being crushed by a landslide, where he found out she was lying. Turns out she was on vacation with a lover, who was a college student named Hiroki. When they both divorce, the money she and Hiroki spent on their affair was deducted from her share of the divorce, leaving her penniless. To top it off, Hiroki ran away upon finding out Hirokazu was going to sue her for damages and she begs Hirokazu to take her back.

  • "Caught my wife cheating on me, but then…": Genta's wife used her maiden name in the cooking school to cheat on him with his old classmate, Hiroshi Otsuka, because he was a CEO and attended the same school as her. However, when Genta told him everything, Otsuka apologized to him for his deed. Much to her further dismay, Genta notified her that her father passed away at the hospital before her mother took the phone and gave her a huge dressing-down for not supporting the poor old man during his last days. When she came to the funeral, her mother refused to let her in the house and disowned her. When Otsuka dumped her, she begged Genta for another chance, but he already submitted the divorce papers and gave her one month to leave the house before suing her for damages with Otsuka's help. Eventually, she is reduced to begging and stalking Otsuka for money to pay her debts until the man threatens to call the police on her.

  • "The dark side of entertainment producers…": Yusuke divorced Kumiko after finding out she slept with an entertainment producer to advance their daughter Mai's modeling career while leeching off of the former's money. Moreover, the producer was a sleazy bastard with ties to a training school, targeting mothers who wanted their daughters to debut despite being married with children himself. Disillusioned, Mai herself tried to go with him, but he was having none of it and left her custody to Kumiko, who was then forced to pay alimony to both Yusuke and the producer's family before he kicked the troublesome duo out. Eventually, the affair becomes public discourse in the news, and the producer is on the run from the media. As a result, Mai's social media takes a massive hit and now both she and Kumiko live in a shabby apartment as Yusuke remarks to himself that they'll never be able to find a husband to leech money off of.

  • "The girl at school kept screwing up and then here's what happened next...": Mari's politician uncle was fired after his party lost the elections despite being guaranteed a seat. As a consequence, Mari herself is unable to exact revenge on the company that fired her. One month later, she came back begging to be rehired after being rejected by many companies but they also rejected her for her trouble. Eventually, she started working a night job only to be chased out after the customers and employees realized what kind of person she was.

  • "The girl who stole my ex-BF came to my wedding to stir things up…": On Ayumi's wedding day, her former best friend Saho entered her dressing room and gloated about having doctored both her picture with Sora and a photo of Ayumi cheating on him. Moreover, she announced she was pregnant with his baby to rub it in. However, Ayumi laughs it off and reveals she has been recording her the whole time. Saho lost it and tried to snatch Ayumi's phone to delete the video, but the scuffle caused Ayumi's parents, Mr. Suzuki, and even Sora to rush into the room. After Saho's father pulled her off of Ayumi, the latter showed them the video. As a result, Saho's mother broke down in tears while her father flipped his lid at her, and Sora verbally abused her for tricking him all this time. Afterward, Sora divorced Saho after finding out he wasn't the father of her baby and her family had to pay him compensation to the point of selling their house. Eventually, Sora apologized to Ayumi for accusing her of cheating and falling for Saho's lies.

  • "He thought that he was the one winning but he was so wrong": Minamida successfully steals Takahisa's wife Honoka and gloats at him about it, but his celebration is cut short the moment he finds out she is a gambling-addicted Gold Digger with a penchant for BDSM. He comes up to Takahisa and begs him to take her back, which he refuses. Furthermore, he was unable to divorce her because his parents saw it as shameful and would cut ties with him if he did. Moreover, Honoka even borrowed money behind his back, driving Minamida to work at a shady company. Eventually, Minamida is last shown worn out and presumably homeless.

  • "Here's how I got revenge on my coworker who stole my girl me at his wedding...": On Sato and Momoka's wedding day, Yuto Koda projects a video exposing his bullying and blackmailing of coworkers and even flirting with other women while engaged to Momoka. This results in Sato being threatened by a bulky relative of Momoka's and the bride herself calling off the wedding and leaving him. He was temporarily suspended and demoted from work after being investigated and was transferred to a far-off city, driving him to quit. To top it off, he was kicked out of his parents' house and now lives in an internet café. Momoka ended up quitting her job and became a shut-in after becoming the victim of rumors.

  • "Here's what happened when my sister took from me...": Kana couldn't accept the fact that Ryohei rejected her in front of her parents, causing her to become his stalker, which eventually ends up with her being arrested. The incident also causes Kana's talent agency to fire her, forcing her to become a shut-in. Kana's parents are also kicked out of their social circles after everyone finds out about their favoritism towards Kana and their mistreatment of Rie.

  • "Here's what happened when my brother's fiance asked me to not go to the wedding...": Two days after his wedding, Seiya comes back begging at Satoshi's doorstep when he learned that his boss was a business partner of the company that Satoshi works at and his now-wife quit her job before the wedding, only to be rejected by Satoshi for how he treated him. On top of that, most of the guests were also high school graduates, who promptly refused to acknowledge his presence at work in retaliation. Eventually, Seiya quit his job and ironically started working at a factory while his wife leeched money off of him.

  • "The hostess at the club made fun of me for not having a girlfriend": Both Kurata and Lilika made fun of Tetsuya Imai for not having a girlfriend. However, when Tetsuya showed them a picture of his girlfriend, Nao, Lilika freaked out and demanded her contact information. It turns out Lilika used to bully Nao in high school until Nao got injured from a prank that went wrong. Because she had trouble moving, Nao's mother demanded compensation money for her daughter's injuries, leading to Lilika being disowned by her parents. Believing that Nao had faked her injuries, Lilika demanded that she pay her back, despite Tetsuya explaining that she still had issues moving one of her legs. This caused her boss to overhear the commotion and, after finding out what was going on and due to his own son being a victim of bullying himself, he fired Lilika on the spot, seeing as she was not remorseful in the slightest of what she did. Kurata blamed Tetsuya for getting Lilika fired before trying to console her by asking her out. But they ended up fighting over who was to blame for Lilika's situation on the way home, resulting in an accident that left scars on their faces. Liilka ended up stalking Kurata, whom she blames for no longer being able to work as a hostess, as Kurata himself has become a NEET who sent in his resignation via post and is rumored to have been booted out of his parents' house.

  • "I found out my wife was cheating...": In order to get back at his wife, Mao, for cheating on him, Haruki had to act like a committed husband to get her hooked. When they went to her parents' house, he exposed her affair to them, dropping all the PI's pictures onto the desk. Furthermore, Mao's affair partner was Haruki's former coworker, Sosuke Yoshii, who deleted his data to get him fired from his previous workplace. To top it off, he summoned Sosuke's wife, Reiko, and his parents to make him apologize. It turns out he contacted Reiko to bug Sosuke's house for more proof, which she records for the entire house to hear, which leaves the lovebirds begging at their respective spouses' feet. A few days later, Haruki charges Mao with alimony, which her parents pay, but she refuses to divorce him and stalks him to the hotel where he is staying, which gets her arrested and divorced. As for Sosuke, he lost his job, his parents' support, and his home after Reiko sued him.

  • "I saved Nezuko, but then an angry Shinobu Kocho appeared, and...": Maika's bullying of her deaf classmate Michiru is exposed by Junta, who took pictures of them while trying to snap one of a Rengoku cosplayer. When the entire club takes Maika to task, she trash-talks them while dissing Michiru for being cuter than her despite being deaf before chewing them out for it. She even rejected Michiru's apology and told her to quit before addressing the others thinking they would be on her side. However, they all turn on her, which drove her to storm out of the con. Moreover, it turns out this wasn't the first time Maika bullied girls who were prettier than her. Eventually, Maika quit the club after rumors of her bullying a disabled girl spread throughout the university, which cost her a job offer.

  • "I showed her my parents' factory and she dumped me. Little did she know the truth": After finding out that her boyfriend lied about being the next company president, Reiko tries to get back with Tomoyuki, only for him to reject her. She eventually manages to marry someone else who also claims to be the next company president. However, her husband turns out to be a con man who stole all of her money, forcing her to live with her parents in the countryside. Meanwhile, Tomoyuki's father forces Makoto to apologize for trying to claim that the mansion was his.

  • "I stumbled into my ex at work...": Mihiro gets transferred to a faraway branch for her problematic behavior after an incident with Keisuke, forcing her to work together with older employees. She eventually quits her company and becomes a shut-in by returning to her parents' house and then moving in with her brother and his wife, treated like an eyesore in both houses and reduced to tweeting depressing, self-pitying stuff and looking for rich men via SNS.

  • "I tried my best as a security guard for a famous talent agency but...": Kaito gets confronted by one of his fans who he took money from, only to have then abandoned her. He is then saved by Akihiro, the same security guard he constantly mocked for being fat. Kaito's contract is then terminated by his agency after the video of him nearly punching his female manager gets spread. Because this happened just as his career was getting started, he is quickly forgotten. He tries to work as a bodyguard at a shady shop to make enough money to pay off the termination fees but is beaten to a pulp to the point of losing teeth. Afterward, Kaito started binge eating and drinking, resulting in him becoming fatter than Akihiro.

  • I was betrayed by a coworker...: Nishida begs for Shunta's help to give him money after his company went under as the woman he stole from Shunta also turns out to be a Gold Digger; however, Shunta isn't having any of it and threatens to call the police on him, he also asked other people to lend him money, though nobody pays any attention to him. As for Shunta's ex-girlfriend, Moeka, she later dates a sketchy man after breaking up with Nishida, but she unknowingly becomes his guarantor to pay his debt.

  • "I was forced to babysit my annoying co-worker and this is what happened": Both Satou and his dad got fired after Nakamura exposed the former's tweets about bullying him and harassing a female employee. In response, Satou wrote a damning tweet on his former company, for which he was sued for defamation. As a result, he was rejected from all job interviews he attended and became a shut-in. His dad, on the other hand, blew his money on booze and nightclubs despite his increasing debt.

  • "I went to my friend's wedding, and my ex-boyfriend was the groom!": Kanae realized too late that her husband (and Kyoka's ex-boyfriend) Kazuya was a gambling-addicted Domestic Abuser and calls Kyoka out for it. When Kyoka retorted Kanae's words back to her, she reported her to the boss and accused her of bullying. However, Kyoka plays a recording of their previous conversations about stealing results, causing the boss to call Kanae out. Eventually, she became the target of rumors and disappeared along with Kazuya.

  • "I worked as a host to get my sister through college but she hated me": Chiyo's wedding is ruined when a drunk guest blew the whistle on her politician fiancé's alleged involvement in a corruption scandal. The groom had him and the reporters all kicked out in response, but this worsened things even further, resulting in him going to court several times until he was proven guilty and put behind bars with a large fine. Moreover, Chiyo doesn't only have to pay it all off, but the scandal also ruined her reputation and she became known as the wife of a big-time criminal.

  • "In-laws: When are the grandchildren coming? Me: I don’t want to": Keisuke collected evidence of his wife Mai's affair with Naoki and held both her and her parents accountable for her cheating since the couple was covering it up. Moreover, he also found out Naoki's wife sued her for alimony and Mai had her parents cover most of the bill several years ago. After he left the house, he personally demanded alimony from both Naoki and Mai, the latter of which he divorced. When Takagi-san attempted to defend Mai, he brought up her own affair to silence her before demanding an apology from his in-laws until they caved in. Then he came to the wedding hall where Mai and Naoki worked and exposed them to the CEO, who offered Keisuke an envelope full of money, but he refused and promised not to write about it. However, the company got exposed and broke anyway since Keisuke shared it with a few friends. Eventually, Mai and Naoki lost their jobs and sunk into poverty, while Takagi-san got fired after her affair was exposed before the bankruptcy.

  • 'It was my "Friend's" wedding day, and I finally had enough': After Kouichi exposed Akira at his wedding about his bullying and the fact that he impregnated one of his lovers behind his fiancée's back, Akira's boss fires him and calls the wedding off, causing him to get chewed out by the bride's relatives. The incident also causes Akira to get disowned by his family, forcing him to accept that he is the baby's biological father. Akira now works at a small company with minimum wage with the obligation to pay child support payments to his ex-lover with most of his salary.

  • "My brother looked down on meBut then his crush asked me out…" (sic): After Lao was exposed by Miko for trying to hit on her in front of his fans, they turn against him and his modeling career is also over because the agency fired him; the incident also forces him to drop out of high school. Moreover, Lao and his mother also have no money because they were big spenders; not even the inheritance money from his late father could save them since they already used it all. They later call Leo to beg for money but got told off because he already cut his ties with them, forcing them to sell their old house and move to a crappy apartment. Eventually, Leo's mother is also forced to work at a convenience store with a Mean Boss who often yells at her.

  • "My colleague posted this picture of me online, but then…": Fujikura uploaded a photo of a yawning Mirei to embarrass her into being transferred to another department in revenge for not giving her the number of Ryuto, who happened to be a college friend of Mirei back in college. Much to her dismay, it turns out the photo also had Fujikura kissing the Manager in the background, implying she slept with him despite the latter being married. She tried to make a run for it, but it was too late. The next day, the CEO called both lovebirds in and the Manager's wife sued her for alimony. She begged her former friends to lend her money, but they tell her off. As a result, the Manager got a demotion and Fujikura quit the company, but she got torn apart by the Manager's wife.

  • "My Daughter cut ties with me but then...": Akari and her mother Ayumi leave Hiroki after the former announced her marriage with the aspiring CEO of Waido Department Store, shrugging off his threats of lawsuits. When Hiroki goes through with his lawsuits, Ayumi borrows money from her parents and placated them by saying she has a way to pay quickly. A few months later, Akari calls him begging for money because her rich "darling" found out about her mother's affair and called off the engagement. It turns out he was good friends with the aforementioned CEO and gave him recordings of Akari's verbal abuse. Moreover, Akari herself is getting sued by her ex-fiancé and both she and her mom are about to be sent off to her grandparents' house. Much to her further dismay, the mother-daughter duo sold their new house to live in Hiroki's, but it was all for naught because he lives overseas. After he hangs up on her, they are sent off to the farm to pay back the grandparents.

  • "My ex-wife called the cops on me right after the divorce, but then…": Yoshiro sues his ex-wife, Aimi, for defaming him for something he didn't do and Sho for being Aimi's affair partner. Their atrocities are eventually found out by their relatives and co-workers, causing Aimi to get fired from her job and Sho was also disowned by his family. Not only that, but Aimi and Sho will likely have to pay a huge amount of money to Yoshiro.

  • "My father in law left me in the mountains, but then…": After Mao learns that her father had abandoned Kazuki in the mountains, her mother gives him a beating for what he did and he is taken to the police station for questioning. While visiting Kazuki in the hospital, he gives an insincere apology and calls him a "whiny little baby", showing that he does not regret what he did. Seeing this, Mao declares her hatred for her father and outright disowns him. A few days later, Mao makes him sign a promise to never bother her or Kazuki ever again and has him pay them for damages. While he initially refuses, Mao's father is forced to sign the papers after Mao threatens to tell her grandmother about what happened. A few years later, while Mao and Kazuki's friends and families are visiting them and their newborn child, they ask Mao and Kazuki why Mao's father isn't there. After Mao told her grandmother what happened, her grandmother disowns Mao's father and cut him out of the will. Mao's father doesn't take it well and begins taking out his anger on his wife, who then divorces him. He ends up living by himself in his house, which ends up becoming a mess due to him not doing any work or cleaning around the house.

  • "My fiancee dumped me when she found out I had saved a homeless man's life…": Reina married a CEO who turned out to be from a Zaibatsu family. Since her own family's wealth was nothing compared to theirs, they all treated her like trash and threw her out. Moreover, her father's company went bankrupt and they're desperately trying to survive. She begs Masato to take her back, only to be turned down and her subsequent verbal abuse got the cops called on her. Eventually, she stalked him until Masato issued a restraining order against her.

  • "My friend's son ruined my car, but then…": Urata gets arrested for damaging Haruka's car just because Haruka couldn't pick her up, this causes her husband to divorce her after finding out about her antics. Her parents also disown her for her trouble, forcing her to work a dead-end job with minimum wage.

  • "My girlfriend and I were going to marry because she was pregnant but I...": After Kota broke up with Ai for trying to deceive him that the child in her belly was his, she was later disowned by her father, and ended up completely reliant on her ex-boyfriend, who she cheated on Kota with. Everything seemed to be fine until Ai's ex-boyfriend vanished after getting his hands on their wedding fund. It was also too late for her to get an abortion and she ended up becoming a single mother, forcing her to leave her child with her mother while working day and night to raise it.

  • "My girlfriend dumped me… But then…": At some point after Natsuki breaks up with Yuma and gets together with Hayato, their affair is discovered by his wife, who sues her for damages. Afterwards, her parents disowned her and she got fired from her job after her colleagues found out. Years later, after running into Yuma at her new workplace, she tries to get back together with him. However, he refuses and reveals that he is already engaged to his secretary, Mika Shinoda. She refuses to back down until her boss, Mr. Otaki, appears and tells her to apologize. Later on, Natsuki promptly quits after being demoted for her abusive behavior towards the other employees. Six months later, she calls Yuma and asks for money, only for him to refuse and hang up on her. Afterward, she was able to get her hands on some money and used to start her own business. Unfortunately, her company did not last long, she ended up deep in debt, and she disappeared.

  • "My girlfriend falls onto the ground with a red arm as a lady screams at her!": Aya gets attacked by a waitress at the beach because the former slept with her older sister's husband. She cowers behind Fuyuki, but the waitress exposes her via a recording of their last conversation in which Aya gloats about being prettier than the ex-wife while disparaging the poor woman for being introverted. Heartbroken, Fuyuki leaves Aya alone at the beach before going home by himself, effectively breaking up with her. While she still worked and manipulated her boss into bullying Fuyuki, someone uploaded a video of the scuffle to the internet. From there on, Aya became the target of rumors about being a "cheater" and a "devil who seduces men," which eventually caused her to quit her job because even her boss started to act coldly towards her. To add insult to injury, Aya's parents finally got sick of her homewrecking antics and kicked her out of the house. She then tries to get back with Fuyuki despite him knowing her true nature, to which he hangs up on her.

  • "My nosy neighbor gossiped about everyone but she'll soon learn her lesson": Mrs. Hino ends up in the middle of a Yakuza operation while she gossiped to Rina about her husband cheating on her with a hostess, but survives unscathed. However, it was Mrs. Hino's husband who cheated on her with the hostess, who turned out to be the fiancee of a Yakuza group executive. As a result, 10 black cars surrounded the hotel he was in and the man returns home beaten into a bruised, bloody mess and ends up on the Yakuza's blacklist, forcing Ms. Hino to divorce him for her own safety as she and her family became the target of rumors and left the town.

  • "My own foster family hated me": Ami's abusive uncles end up dirt-poor despite inheriting her grandmother's money; their spoiled son Yuto spent it all and sunk himself and the couple into debt. When they beg Ami for money after she became a famous employee, she rejects them for all the mistreatment they put her through. Moreover, Yuto became a delinquent and got arrested and eventually jailed for shoplifting and theft, tarnishing the couple's reputation as the parents of a criminal.

  • "My own wife and daughter only see me as their ATM": Yusuke hires a private investigator to investigate his wife Masami and finds out she was cheating on him before their marriage. Heartbroken, he puts a copy of the PI's report and the divorce papers into an envelope before leaving. When Masami calls him to deny her affair and beg him to come back, he refuses and hangs up on her. Afterward, he forced both Masami and her daughter Sayuri to pay him compensation. Moreover, she couldn't get half of everything since she blew it all on pleasure with her lover and left with nothing. She then sold all the stuff he bought for her and Sayuri to pay his compensation, but it wasn't enough, and had to work at the nightlife.

  • "My parents asked me to marry someone to help their company, but then…": Goki tries to beat up Ryohei to steal Miwako from him; however, he is easily restrained by him because he started working out beforehand. Moreover, he ends up getting sued by Miwako's grandfather for trying to ruin her happiness, which causes him to lose all of his savings to pay the settlement and his parents also kicked him out of the house. He was also fired from his father's company and got sent off to work for one of his relatives.

  • "My parents put all their love into my sister, but I was sold to a dangerous man...": Kaede and Mao's parents both forced their favorite daughter, Kaede, to sell her body to earn them money. When Akio finds out, he exposes their crime to the neighborhood, which turns them into pariahs, rejected from any job because of the rumors. While they tried a self-sufficient life, the mother broke her leg and had to use a wheelchair while the father fell ill as well. They eventually spent all their pension money on moving into a small retirement home, which had no recreation to keep them distracted. To top it off, an acquaintance of Mao's who worked there told her the couple barely looks alive and have been reduced to calling out their daughters' names, implying they are now suffering some sort of dementia.

  • "My school bully still thought that I was still the poor kid but she was wrong": Marin assaulted a random man who looked like Motoki and got the cops called on her. Her parents settled the bail, but forbade her from meeting up with a man she hooked up with. She later came to Motoki's workplace, only to have the cops called on her again and was kicked out of her parents' house and fired from her job for her scuffles with the police. As a result, she ended up "working nights in the city" to pay for the debts. Eventually, she aged quickly and became dirt-poor by the time she paid them all off.

  • "My sister chased me out of my own mansion...": Reina kicked Hiroki out of his own home. He obliged but then sent some documents to his house, which turned out to be the bills that needed to be paid. When Reina called him to whine about the bills, Hiroki replied he no longer lives there, so she should pay before hanging up on her. Furthermore, Hiroki returned and explained everything to his parents, over which they took Reina to task. When Hiroki asked her about all the luxury stuff she bought after coming over to the house, their mother fetches her bankbook and finds out she not only stole from Hiroki but also stole from her as well. As a result, Reina was disowned by her parents and kicked out of the house for her trouble. Eventually, she surfed between friends' houses until working a factory job, crying every day.

  • "My sister didn't invite our family to her wedding so I decided to invite myself": Reiko barred her brother Kosuke from attending because he worked at a convenience store and went with a rental family to make herself look good. However, he attended anyway in his friend Sho's limo and exposed her facade to the groom and his family, complete with a video of her saying she doesn't care about her bedridden mother. As a result, they all turn on her before the groom calls off the wedding. Since they already filed paperwork for the marriage, he demanded a divorce and Reiko had to pay the cancellation fees on top of damages and consolation for the groom. Eventually, her mother kicked her out of the house after hearing about the incident and now she's reduced to working hard to pay off the damages.

Eventually, Hiromi gradually becomes insane and breaks everything in her house, forcing her mother to beg Sayo to help them, but she ignores her and blocks her numbers.

  • "My sister's husband was a jerk…": After learning that Seiji refuses to let Kazuki go to his and Ayane's wedding since he is not a college graduate, Seiji gets called out by his coworkers, including his boss, who did not go to college, but was able get to where he is due to years of experience. His parents and his grandfather then yell at him for still looking down on people based on their education and proceed to disown him. In addition, Ayane calls off the wedding and the marriage due to Seiji mocking and disrespecting Kazuki. Later, Seiji gets fired after an anonymous survey reveals that he has been harassing his fellow employees on a daily basis. He tries to get a new job, and ends up working at a dead-end job for minimum wage.

  • "My thuggish younger brother only cared about the inheritance until he got it": After Soma forces his brother, Shinsuke, to give him all of the inheritance after their parents' funeral, Shinsuke reveals that the inheritance is nothing more than a rundown worthless apartment building with a very high property tax, very few tenants, and hardly any rental income. Shinsuke also tells him that their parents' house is in shambles and that he would lose money if he decided to clear the land. Afterwards, Soma got dumped by his girlfriend after she learned that he did not inherit any money. While he later sold the house and the apartment building, the apartment building ended up being sold for a bargain and he had to pay a lot of money to sell the house and clear the land. Soma later calls Shinsuke and asks to live at his house, revealing that his friends blocked him after they found out that he had no money, but Shinsuke refused. In addition, Soma ended up resigning from his job after everyone in the company learned that he was glad that his parents died. According to Shinsuke, Soma now lives with no money in a shabby apartment while making ends meet with a part-time job.

  • "My wife left me as soon as I got fired but a few years later when I became successful": Ryoka came back to Yusuke's house after finding out he became a company president. While he refused to get back with her, he still invited her to his party with fellow businessmen. When she found out it was a wedding party for him and his new wife Megumi, she told him off and asked out several men at the party to date her, which no one fell for since some of them knew what she looked like before getting plastic surgery. When Yusuke tells her to give it up she stormed out of the venue. Later on, a disfigured Ryoka shows up at Yusuke's doorstep to ask for money because her plastic surgery went wrong. However, Yusuke decides to call a lawyer to place a restraining order on Ryoka and calls the cops on her for refusing to leave.

  • "My wife said "It's your fault we can’t have kids!" and divorced me but one year later..." Karin's new businessman boyfriend turned out to be a con artist who stole her money and she begged Takashi to take her back, only for him to hang up on her. She then begged on his doorstep, but Takashi still refused and forced her to back down by threatening to call the police on her. Later on, she attended interviews to discuss the prospect of marrying rich men, but she kept getting her money stolen, as all of her subsequent boyfriends turned out to be con artists as well. Eventually, she sold her house and went missing.

  • 'My wife's "Friend" called her worthless for marrying me': Yuko and her husband Koki ran off after Saori's fiancé Yohji reveals he was the manager of known leading company Manwa Industries. After the latter couple married, it was revealed that Koki was a dropout inside the company and got fired, having to settle for a smaller company. However, his wild financial habits from working for a larger company got him fired there for embezzlement. At the same time, Yuko found out he was cheating on her and got a divorce after a huge fight. Eventually, it's rumored that the ex-couple is working part-time.

  • "On the day of the wedding, the bride didn't show up…": A few days after not showing up to her and Shin's wedding, Mana arrives at Shin's place, where Shin reveals that he knows that she has been cheating on him with a married man named Yuji. When she denies it, Ayako arrives and reveals that she has compiled a whole investigation report that reveals that she has been seeing Yuji for three months and that she Yuji spent the night at a hotel the day before the wedding. Ayako also shows Mana that was taken of her and Yuji. When Mana lies about Yuji forcing her to spend the night with him, Yuji arrives and confirms that everything Ayako said is true while also revealing that he had no idea that Mana and Shin were dating. Mana's mother then arrives and disowns her, revealing that her father was forced to apologize in front of everyone for what Mana did and has been taking time off from work due to him not feeling well since the wedding. Shin then breaks up with her and tells her to pay the wedding cost and the compensation for cheating on him. Afterwards, word spread about what she had done and she was forced to quit her job. She ended up completely broke after paying Shin the wedding fee and the compensation money and is now working several part-time jobs to pay off her debts.

  • "Parents only cared about my brother… But then...": After failing to show up to a job interview at Keichi's company, Masaki decides to start his own business with his parents' help. However, he ends up in debt when his business fails, forcing him to run off and never be seen again. Keichi's parents also beg him to lend them money, only to be rejected for their unfair treatment of him. This eventually causes the couple to get a divorce. After the divorce, Keichi's mother tries to move back to her parents' house, but her brother and his family lived there, making things awkward for her, and Keichi's father began living alone, but he got hospitalized after he fell down when he tried to fix the roof of his house.

  • "The result of looking into my husbands affair" [sic]: After Koji was exposed for cheating on and deceiving Shiho and Kanami, he later gets disowned by his father for his actions and Kanami also divorces him, forcing him to pay alimony to her and Shiho. Kanami also reports Koji's infidelity to his company, causing him to be removed from the promotion course and his fellow employees start giving him the cold shoulder. He also has no savings after paying a large amount of alimony to Shiho and Kanami and child support for his son, forcing him to stay in his company.

  • "The result of my sister taking everything from me": Kaori successfully stole Hikari's boyfriend Naoya from her. Unfortunately for Kaori, Naoya turns out to be a Crazy Jealous Guy who cannot let go of her, even after she tried to break up with him. The situation escalates to the point where Naoya stalks Kaori and also manages to find her in her parents' house. After Naoya was arrested for his crime, Kaori is forced to spill everything to her parents, prompting them to send her to a temple run by a priest in an attempt to reform her.

  • "The revenge on the ex-girlfriend who treated me like garbage": After Sayuri mocks Yukihiro and Rie and refuses to serve them, Yukihiro reveals that his company has bought the store she works at. In addition, Sayuri learns that she is one of the employees who will be laid off due to her mistreatment of customers. She tries to convince Yukihiro to not fire her, claiming that the reason she was mean to him was because she likes him, but he does not fall for it, having heard from their former classmates that she is still hunting for rich men. After her contract is terminated, Sayuri goes to Yukihiro's house and angrily blames him for what happened. After being ignored, she destroyed a flowerpot on his front porch, prompting him to call the police on her. Afterwards, Sayuri's parents apologize and convince Yukihiro to drop the case, telling him that they will move and take Sayuri with them. According to Yukihiro, Sayuri now lives in the countryside under close watch.

  • "Revenge on the president who looks down on us contract workers": Kazuki was confronted by the Labor Standards Bureau and his father for overworking his contract employees, causing him to get fired and disowned. He was later sued and ultimately lost the case, forcing him to pay the compensation without his parents' help. Moreover, he lacks any skill to get a new job, and now he's living miserably.

  • "The rich social media influencers at the dating party insulted their fans for being poor": Saeko and Akane got recorded mocking their Photostargrammer followers by repeatedly calling them poor. Furthermore, both girls' accounts disappeared as they were doxxed by online sleuths and got harassed at home. Eventually, their sponsors dropped both of them like hot potatoes before suing them for damages, resulting in their fathers' company stocks plummeting into the ground.

  • "The truth about my daughter who married into a violent, cheating husband": Satoshi divorces Yuka for domestic violence and cheating on him, causing her to lose the custody of her child and she is also obligated to pay him the alimony and child support. Moreover, Hina didn't get an actual job and had to pay her with the money she earned via shady shops and part-time jobs. By the time she finished paying the plates, Hina hooked up with a shady-looking guy and two months later, she posted a request for money on her SNS looking all skinny and pale, implying she was doing drugs.

  • "When I got home, my wife was taking a bath with a man I didn't know!": Rena was caught cheating on her husband Shinichi with Mr. Okada, which led to the man being fired from his job and Rena getting kicked out of Shinichi's house.
