- Akamatsu and Tachibana
got their names, addresses, and university exposed by people on the social media after spreading false rumors about a magazine being limited edition and reselling them at a higher price on the April Fools' Day, causing them to get expelled from their university and the publishing company in charge of the magazine is also considering to sue them. One of the resellers, Hiiragi, is also having a hard time selling the magazines as the price has gone down, forcing him to sell them at half-price; however, nobody takes him seriously. - Yuri overslept one day, causing a series of events that exposed the villains of the story. Her workplace couldn't open since she had the keys, so they had to call the manager, Akamatsu. He didn't respond, so they had to call the area manager, Karin. Karin called Akamatsu's home, where his wife, Yuzuriha, answered and told her he was working all night at headquarters. When Karin revealed that he wasn't there, she was pissed. It turned out that Akamatsu was having an affair with two employees, Azami and Akane. They fought each other over Akamatsu since they weren't aware of each other. When Yuri finally showed up at work, Yuzuriha shows up and divorces Akamatsu on the spot. Akane and Azami quit their jobs and Akamatsu was fired from his job and went back to live with his parents while the two women were sued by Yuzuriha for damages all because Yuri was late.
- A few days after Hiiragi gets fired for causing problems at work and skipping work without telling anyone, he tries to cause trouble at his former workplace and is about to hit one of his former coworkers with a broken bottle. However, he is stopped by the Yakuza group that he looked down on and mocked a few days earlier, with the group then dragging him outside and beating him up. He later arrives at school heavily bandaged and immediately gets confronted by his girlfriends Azami, Akane, and Yuzuriha after they find out that he is a playboy. Akane hits Hiiragi so bad to make sure he will have another bandage on him, Yuzuriha spreads rumors about him on social media so his social status will be destroyed, and Azami sues a huge amount of money from him to keep their former relationship a secret from her husband.
- After Akane's affair with her boss, Akamatsu, get discovered by his wife, Tsutsuji, who had learned about the affair from her brother, Katsura, after he saw a picture of Akane and Akamatsu together on Karin's phone, Akane is forced to pay $30,000 in compensation money to Tsutsuji and Akamatsu reveals that he was just pretending to love Akane. While venting to Yuri and Karin, she blames them for not warning her about what would happen if she got caught, only for Yuri to coldly tell her that they repeatedly warned her, but she never listened. Afterwards, Karin and Yuri block Akane's number and cut all ties with her. Later, Katsura, Yuri and Karin's boss, reveals that Akamatsu got demoted at work, he and Tsutsuji got divorced, and he is forced to stay at the company in order to pay the alimony. Meanwhile, Akane got fired, her parents paid the alimony, and she has been forced to go back to their house in the countryside and work in order to pay them back.
- Hiiragi was arrested by police for attempting to kidnap Tsutsuji and sentenced to 4 years imprisonment, he also got disowned by his father for his actions. However, some inmates don't like the fact that Hiiragi is only in prison for 4 years for his attempted kidnapping of a minor, so they decide to frame him by pretending that Hiiragi assaulted one of them with a fork, which likely will give him a longer prison time.
- After Kuroki reveals to Akane's parents that she had been trying to kill him by oversalting his food and had been cheating on him with his coworker, Akamatsu, Akane angrily reveals that the reason she wanted to kill him was all because he put a little soy sauce on curry that she made over a year ago and tells him that he really should have died when he was in the hospital. She is then scolded and disowned by her parents for what she had done. Kuroki then immediately divorces Akane, with Akane being forced to pay him consolation money. In addition, Akamatsu apologizes to Kuroki, pays consolation money to him for what happened, and quits his job after rumors spread about him having an affair with Akane. When Akane asks Akamatsu to marry her, he refuses and breaks up with her, probably because he knows that Akane may try to kill him as well. Akane is forced to work all day everyday in order to pay the consolation money and ends up living alone in a cheap worn out apartment.
- Hiiragi sends a pathetic poem to his ex-wife, Yuri, in an attempt to get back with her because he became a Henpecked Husband to his new wife, Akane, who gained weight during her pregnancy. Moreover, Hiiragi's mother, Azami, who supported her son's affair because she wanted a grandchild, was hospitalized due to cerebral infection. However, Akane refuses to take care of her. Yuri later shows Hiiragi's poem to her friends, then Yuzuriha immediately posts it online without revealing his name. Unexpectedly, the poem went viral on social media, embarrassing Hiiragi when he finds out.
- After Akamatsu reveals to Yuri that the wedding invitation he sent her was nothing more than a cruel joke to get back at her for rejecting him back in college, he ends up being scolded by Karin, Tokusa, and Kuroki, with Tokusa and Kuroki refusing to associate with him until he apologizes to Yuri. After Yuri, Karin, Tsutsuji leave, he gets scolded by both his parents and his future in-laws, who refuse to hold the wedding ceremony unless he apologizes to Yuri. His fiancée, Akane, then calls the wedding off, since she knows he would do the same thing to her if they got into a fight. Later, Akamatsu repeatedly calls Yuri, blaming her for ruining his wedding. Fortunately, his parents force him to stop calling her. In addition, many of his coworkers have begun talking badly behind his back.
- After Kuroki reveals to both his and Akane's parents that Akane had been cheating on him for two years with Hiiragi, Akane tells Hiiragi to come over to confirm that what Kuroki said was true. Afterwards, before leaving, Kuroki reveals that someone else had overheard what Akane and Hiiragi said: Hiiragi's fiancé, Tsutsuji, who Akane thought Hiiragi had broken up with. Seeing her, Hiiragi tries to play the victim, claiming that Akane had tricked him. However, Tsutsuji refuses to believe him and reveals that she will be suing both him and Akane. Later on, Hiiragi angrily calls Kuroki, revealing that Tsutsuji and Akane broke up with him and he has no money left. Akane also calls Kuroki and asks to get back together him, revealing that she was cut off by her parents and she can't pay for the damages. However, he refuses to have anything to do with her.
- After Yuri's parents replaced her with her sister, Akane, at Yuri and Tachibana's wedding after Tachibana got Akane pregnant, Yuri and her younger brother, Katsura, cut ties with their parents. In addition, Tachibana paid Yuri for damages. A month later, Yuri learned from Karin that Tachibana and Akane's wedding was a disaster. During the wedding, Tachibana's mom slapped Tachibana and Akane for what they did and most of the wedding guests left when they saw that Yuri was replaced, with the few that stayed also leaving when they learned why. Afterwards, Tachibana, Akane, and her parents were disowned by the rest their relatives and friends and became neighborhood laughingstocks, with Tachibana even having to quit his job due to his coworkers hating him. However, Kuroki throws water at him and refuses to let him see Tsutsuji. Tsutsuji then calls the police on Hiiragi and gets a restraining order placed against him. Hiiragi's company found out about the whole thing and he was sent to an office far away.
