• Oscar Amalfitano's last scene with his daughter. He's obviously losing his sanity, but he still has enough of it to to distract her pursuers long enough for her and Fate to escape Santa Teresa.
• Despite being estranged for years, Lotte immediately goes to Santa Teresa to help get her son Klaus out of prison.
• Archimboldi returns to Lotte, thus rewarding her childhood faith in her brother. He also comes out of seclusion to save Klaus.
