The sidequests with Erika/Karin in Medabot Island is full of cute moments between them and Ikki. One of them will talk to Ikki on the way back thanking him for the fun times there as well.
Karin's interactions with her father is this even though he's a overprotective Papa Wolf. She understands that he only wants to keep her safe because of her rather frail health.
Upon returning from Medabot Island, Ikki's parents apologize for not being able to take him there. Ikki doesn't hold any resentment over it understanding they are also very busy too.
Hachiro's Heel–Face Turn. He starts off as your typical Rich Jerk with a nasty snobbish attitude, but once Ikki learns of his troubles and helps him Hachiro pretty much stops acting like that and becomes much more friendly. It ends up helping Hachiro in the long run as he starts hanging out with Koji again after the Rubberobo incident in Rosewood.
Ikki's interactions with Margarita. It's basically him taking care of her like a little sister.
Margarita reunion with Cafe Ole is one of the sweetest moments in the game, complete with a special cutscene.
