- The Bittersweet Ending. Sure, the character's house may have burned down... but he's out of the cold, lonely city, going towards possible freedom. It's open to interpretation, but hopeful nonetheless.
- Better still, as opposed to wasting their life burning stuff inside their house in a wasteland of a city, the player chooses to leave the city forever and possibly travel to new lands full of possibility. It's rather cathartic, as the player's avatar is taking control of their life and making the most of their new-found freedom.
