Chapter 4

• Akihito's reunion with his best friends Takato and Kou after they had been held hostage by Fei Long.

Chapter 14

• When Asami and Akihito finally see each other in the ship after weeks of being separated. Asami's stoic facade breaks as he frantically checks Akihito's injuries, hugs him and says "don't toss my heart around anymore."

Chapter 21

• Fei Long slipping the phone containing all of Akihito's emails into Asami's pocket, because Asami is too stubborn to just take the phone and thereby admit how much he wants to read them.

Chapter 27

• Akihito and Asami's reunion in the island, which shows how far they have come from the early volumes. Although they haven't yet given a direct Love Confession to each other, they don't hesitate to admit that they could think of nothing but each other the entire time they've been apart — which still clearly shows how deeply they feel for each other. When they have sex shortly after, it's obvious that when they do it this time, it is less about them seeking physical pleasure and more of feeling out the other's presence and warmth, with a level of intimacy that surpasses the time they had sex after reuniting in the casino ship.

Chapter 28

• Although the chapter a bit bittersweet by having the two state outright that they can only be completely at peace when they're alone where no one else could disturb their time together, the chapter does give a good focus on the more relaxed and intimate moments that Akihito and Asami have with each other as they survive on the island while making up for lost time.

Chapter 30

• After waking up from a nightmare about his abusive past, Mikhail seeks comfort by resting his head on Fei Long's lap, but the man pushes him away. Minutes later, when Mikhail seems to be on the verge of a nervous breakdown, Fei Long relents and pulls the man's head onto his lap and soothes him by stroking his hair.

Chapter 31

• Before heading into the warehouse, Asami tells Akihito to stay behind. This time though, it's not because he thinks Akihito will only drag them down. While he definitely wants to keep Akihito out of harm's way as much as possible, his response makes it clear that he trusts Akihito to look after himself; it's just that Akihito is a photographer, which means that he is more well-equipped for a different task. Given how Asami didn't seem to take Akihito's job seriously when they first knew each other, this means a lot.

Chapter 33

• In spite of the Bittersweet Ending of the arc, it doesn't downplay the core-shaking scene of Asami finally, finally saying "I love you" to Akihito. His confession leaves absolutely no room for doubt, as he uses the phrase "aishiteru", and anyone familiar with the phrase can immediately just how deep and significant his confession is.

Chapter 4

• Kirishima being so overjoyed to finally see his master in the flesh again after about six months of separation, to the point that he's even about to cry. He also is incredibly happy and proud he has a suit for his boss at the ready, the moment Asami needs it.
• During the Time Skip, it's revealed that Fei Long and Mikhail established the sort of relationship where Mikhail is able to walk around Fei Long's apartment half-naked and come and go as he pleases, and while they still bicker, their interaction on the bed is filled with far more warmth than before.

Chapter 5

• The brief scuffle between Asami and Akihito in the mansion hint that in spite of Akihito's amnesia and manipulated state of mind, his memories — and the feelings that come with them — aren't truly gone. It especially shows in two moments: when an embrace from Asami causes Akihito to pause and lower his guard for a moment, and when Akihito instinctively pushes Asami away from the explosion range of a grenade before realizing what he just did a moment later.

Chapter 6

• Fei Long's visit to Akihito. Although the latter doesn't remember him either, Fei Long gently comforts Akihito and expresses his hope that the younger man can be able to recall who he once was.
  Fei Long: I want you to regain your memories. I want you to remember who I am.
  Akihito: Who are you to me?
  Fei Long: (softly) I am... perhaps someone who loves you.
• In spite of being met with resistance at first, Asami practises nothing but gentle patience in helping Akihito restore his energy, even cooking him all his meals by himself.
