Heartwarming / Eden of the East

• Akira kissing Saki in the rain in Episode 5.
• Also Akira trying (and failing, due to his wound) to restore the Johnny Hunter's faith in men. Double subverted, in that it actually did work.
• From the first movie, the merry-go-round ride.
• Saki running after Akira in the second movie, grabbing his hand and kissing him before making him promise they'll meet again.
• In The King of Eden, when Akira says that he remembers a movie about a couple who was separated. Then he adds that it wasn't a movie—that it actually happened.
