Per wiki policy, Spoilers Off applies here and all spoilers are unmarked. You Have Been Warned.

In General

  • Plenty of moments, from Dante dealing with/caring for Patty and the scenes between him and Lady and Trish. Probably the most heartwarming was the very end where Dante comes out alive after his battle with Abigail and everyone is just overjoyed.

Mission 2: Highway Star

  • The biker gang leader Vincent's Character Development within the span of Episode 2. Initially, he thinks Dante is getting in the way of investigating his brother's death, acts rude towards him, and simply wants to win their motorcycle race. After Dante saves him from the Monster of the Week, Vincent personally visits Devil May Cry to express his gratitude, as he would've died if not for Dante's actions. He wishes to have another race with Dante, but it's in a much friendlier tone than before.

Mission 3: Not Love

  • Dante sparing Bradley (despite being hired to kill him) after they discuss the possiblity of love between a human and a demon. Just as the demon Bradley is in love with the human Angelina, this parallels the relationship of Dante's parents, Sparda and Eva. Dante suggests that Bradley could "live as a human" if he's that capable of loving Angelina.
  • Bradley healing the mayor's wounds near the end of the episode, and the scenes that follow it.
    • Mayor Mike thinks that Brad is doing it to gain some approval over the latter's relationship with his daughter Angelina, but Brad denies that and says he's doing it simply so that Angelina won't be sad.
    • Dante later tells the mayor that he won't kill Brad because he views him as a human.
Dante: Sorry, Mr. Mayor... But it doesn't look like I'm gonna be able to grant your request. Brad understands love. He's gonna make it just fine as a human being... and the only things I personally choose to exterminate... are demons.
    • Sometime later in Devil May Cry, Morrison tells Dante that the two lovers eventually gained the father's approval afer all. Dante looks at the photo he received, which shows the two bonding together.

Mission 5: In Private

  • Isaac stalks Dante because Cindy advises him to be like Dante (her type of a "real man"), leading to a bunch of hilarity when Isaac ends up being the Butt-Monkey of the episode. Dante later learns that Cindy does in fact, like Isaac, but she wants to be the one doing the chasing, like a genderflipped version of the No Guy Wants to Be Chased trope. After Dante defeats his last Monster of the Week, he convinces Isaac to return to Cindy. The end of the episode has Dante once again eating strawberry sundae... but this time, Isaac joins his table and orders a strawberry sundae as well. Despite knowing Dante's job as a demon hunter, it seems like Isaac can still imitate Dante in the simplest ways possible.

Mission 6: Rock Queen

  • Elena and Tim are shown living together by the end of the episode after Dante exorcised the demon that was possessing Elena.

Mission 7: Wishes Come True

  • Near the end, Kerry also blames himself for the death of his sister Lynn and assumes that she might've resented him for it. Dante then pieces together the fact that she was Dead All Along despite appearing as the client of Devil May Cry earlier. Dante gives Lynn's ring to her brother, and assures Kerry that she never hated him at all. Dante exits the building, then sees the ghost of Lynn bowing and smiling at him for accomplishing her request, before she slowly fades away.

Mission 12: Stylish!

  • The final scene of the series has Dante going off on a new job, then Lady and Trish ride along side talking about how it's first-come-first-serve, and they all playfully start an impromptu race down the highway. Then cut back to Dante's shop, and Patty has returned, lamenting how filthy the place still is, chiding Dante's laziness once again, before putting up a "Do Not Disturb" sign outside and gleefully starting to clean up, while a triumphant variation of the main theme plays, ending on a quick montage of the main characters doing stylish action moves, ending on a freeze-frame of Dante mid-slash.
