- The ending of the battle with Cliff Hudson has him lying bleeding out on the floor, showing regret for what he's done whilst explaining his motivation. As he does, he leaves Frank the key to a room where he's keeping hostages before finally passing on. Frank then gives a Due to the Dead by closing his eyes after his death. Class act, man...
- Annoying escort missions aside, it is nice to see Frank taking the time to save random survivors, should the player attempt it.
- Even one of the psychopaths gets in on it: Save Paul from his own petard and he'll join you as a survivor. He will then reward you with as many molotovs as you want (and can carry).
- Frank encouraging Isabela on her zombie repellent, before they try to escape the mall together.
