Heartwarming / Bad Boys II

• In a weird way, despite being an Ax-Crazy lunatic, Johnny Tapia proves he cares about his little girl when one of his henchmen scoffs at the overweight girl's aspirations to be a model and swears in front of her. Once she leaves the room, Johnny turns around and makes it clear where the idiot mook stands.
  "Talk polite in front of my little bonbon. Or I'm gonna chop your balls off."
• When Marcus' sister gets kidnapped, it is made clear to him that the United States doesn't bargain with hostage takers. Marcus leaves the room, saying "This is bullshit." and goes into another room by himself, quietly crying. Mike follows him in, and says nothing but this.

  Mike: "We ride together, we die together. Bad Boys for life. We'll just have to do it ourselves."

  • Upon which several of the officers on the TNT squad also promptly decide that they are going to help out, rules be damned.
    "You look like you're about to do something stupid. I'm in."
  • And it's not just the TNT squad either, but members of the DEA too. Even Captain Howard sends support with a CIA spy, the Coast Guard get them to a drop point, and the Cuban resistance sneaks them in and out.
