Headscratchers / Snap, Crackle and Pop

• Where exactly did Snap, Crackle, and Pop came from? Since they're elves, they've either moved to Earth for new jobs, or born here raised by their possible parents if they even were there to begin with?
  • The answer for this is confirmed by the following done by the court after Vernon Grant sued Kellogg's for control over the famous characters: "Snap, Crackle and Pop never had any personality or characteristic except as Rice Krispies salesmen. They lived no life like Mutt & Jeff, Buster Brown and Dogg, Jiggs, Superman, Betty Boop, Spark Plug and other inhabitants of the comic strip world... they had no significance except as decoys to beguile the public into reading about Rice Krispies."

• How can Snap, Crackle, and Pop can freely talk to humans? There has to be a reason why they can talk to each other without any problems blocking their way.
  • It's likely that in works like Who Framed Roger Rabbit that the elves and the kids just happened to co-exist, as many of the ads have always done this trope since the beginning.

• What's the deal with Ms. Pink's plan of turning Rice Krispies pink? During the Ms. Pink two parter ads where she apparently decided to turn the blue boxes pink, which the elf trio are pissed off about it, she didn’t say HOW LONG was it gonna last. Temporary? Permanent? Were they going to change it to pink for breast cancer?
  • According to the now defunct Voteblue.ca website, Ms. Pink is actually taking over Rice Krispies, thinking that pink would be a perfect color for the cereal as her master plan to turn everything pink.
