• In the infamous 'Pingu Quarrels with his Mother' episode, Pingu is shown cutting up wood, and a tree stump with an axe can be seen. The tree stump is never seen before the episode as a tree, and never seen again after the episode. How did a society of penguins grow trees in a polar climate, anyway?

• In "Pingu Gets a Warning", Pingu and his friend Pingo get their kites taken by the grouchy neighbor for accidentally knocking over her laundry and, after unsuccessfully attempting to appease her, she ultimately gets away with this. Why let her go unpunished when stealing is usually portrayed as wrong in kids' media? On top of that, why didn't they tell their parents about it so she could be dealt with?
  • Telling their parents that they knocked over somebody's laundry is a two-edged sword. They might get punished themselves.

• In the first episode 'Hello Pingu', Pingo and Pingg bully Pingu, then the next time they appear, they're close friends.

  • Pingo and Pingg might've apologized off-screen.

• In "Pingu the Chef", a cabinet full of corn can be seen as Pingu uses most of the kernels to make popcorn. It's unknown how Pingu's family suddenly got this much corn in the landscape where he lives.
  • In an earlier episode ("Pingu and Pinga at Home"), the same cabinet is used to store Mom and Dad's accessories. The cabinet is also similarly seen in "Pingu at the Doctors".
  • This might be attributed to Prop Recycling, but even that alone might not solve the issue altogether.
