• So in the game, it is established that the living cannot see or hear the dead. Alright then, but how does that explain the horrifically chilling Ghost Stories you can collect, where the numerous people narrating talk about their encounters with ghosts such as the woman who sees the ghost on the road with the charred up begging for money or the man in the church who hears the little girl ghost crying?
  • If every ghost has some sort of ability relating to their skills and circumstances, it is possible that some of these ghosts have the ability to interact with the world in some way. Ronan himself has some limited ability to influence the world (mainly through his technopathy) and there are quite a few occasions where one of the living get a shiver when they walk through a ghost. So, the living and the dead aren't entirely disconnected.
• It's shown that mediums, even in ghost form, have a "scream" power that can hurt ghosts. Joy, Sophia, and Rose were all shown to be able to to this. So then why didn't Rose, who was so dedicated to protecting her sister Iris that she stays in the mortal world even after she dies, ever use her scream to help Iris when she was hunted and then killed by the possessed Bell Killer?
  • Maybe she didn't know that the Bell Killer was possessed, and that she could use her scream to exorcise him?
  • Not all mediums seem to be aware of their scream power. For example, Joy just wants to live a normal life and ignores ghosts whenever she can.
