• Ethan is the Remedy, the being prophesied to destroy the Oro. But his parents were Oro members, at least until they defected, and Dorland explained that Oro children are a bunch of deformed, mindless, shrieking abominations that serve little other purpose than being watchdogs. So why was that not the case with Ethan? I get the feeling that if there was a third game, that would have been explained, but it feels like really bad writing.
  • Dorland stated that "more and more" Oro newborns are deformed, not that all of them are.
• Some of the achievement descriptions make no sense at first glance, and playing the game only offers limited context to some of them. Good luck figuring out what "Finish It!" means before stumbling on the finishing combo mechanic or what the hell "Restraint is a virtue" refers to at all.
