From the series:

Episode 1: Spy Games

  • While the first scene is Awesome, there's plenty of comedy as well, namely Agent Moose's habit of saying "Sorry!" to everyone she kills.
  • There's a QR Code on Annersby's evaluation paper. Anyone who tries to scan it in hopes of finding a clue will be directed to this.
    • In the same vein to that, if one tries to use either of the two codes from the eye test, they will be directed to this.
  • Speaking of the Brits, there's Mikey. Just Mikey for the sheer entertainment value of Michael Jones doing a cockney English accent.
  • Everything about Gavin III's evaluation is hilarious, from Gav shooting Annersby in the arm trying to recreate the James Bond gun barrel sequence, to his attempt at the eye test.
Gavin: Ah yeah, this one's easy: This one is an orgy.
    Annersby: What? No!
Gavin: Look at the three. It's definitely tits.
Annersby: Gav! How am I supposed to reinstate a shoot-happy sex fiend?
Gavin: ...You just do it. Like sex.
  • During the assassin roll call, everyone else's introduction is fairly standard. The Sex Von Shaukel Boyz' is not.
    *airhorn*
    * techno music starts playing*
The Colonel: *sigh* I'm contractually obligated to announce that... "Berliner Records presents Koko, Brüce, Wilhelm, und Lars. It's the Sex Von Shaukel Boyz!"
    * more airhorns*
    Beat
    * airhorn*
  • As you can probably imagine, a name like The Big Cock allows for a lot of Double Entendre.
The Colonel: We are now, as always, pleased to receive…The Big Cock!
The Big Cock: Enough! The Big Cock silences you all.
The Big Cock: Alright. Big Cock…is out. *pelvic thrusts his way off-screen*
The Colonel: I ask nothing The Big Cock doesn’t will. He swings a direction and I run to chase that Cock.
  • After he disavows Agent Moose, The Big Cock says this:
I know Jack's death wasn't your fault, but we can't have you out there killing people willy-nilly. That would be a bit predictable.
  • Agent Moose and Agent Knuckle get into an argument over who's sorrier.

Episode 2: Honor Among Assassins

  • Marquee's gun case has a spot for a croissant and a cup of coffee.
  • Kelly, Marquee's target, donated his liver to a hospital, which had been conveniently stored in a plastic bag in his pocket by the time he donated it.
  • Burnardo and Agent Gibson arguing outside the bathroom.
  • Marquis confrontation with Christoph while picking up his latest contract:
Christoph: I don't know. I don't remember. I don't remember much of anything ever since that day in the hosp-
Marquis: *annoyed* Zis is literally from today!
Christoph: Okay, ja, you know, I just don't remember, okay? Ja? So just... get over it.
    • Christoph licking a gun that's been pointed in his face.
  • Geoff giving a speech on survival, while waiting for this whole mess to blow over and playing video games.
Geoff: There's an old Aussie saying, when the fatty's a-cracking, the wallabies come a napping.
    • For anyone who isn't Australian, to "Crack a fatty" is slang for masturbation.
  • Once again, Josh uses the QR codes to troll us. If you scan the wrong code on the mermaid file, you get taken to this.

Episode 3: Recon Rebirth

  • Vladamir Putin asks Comrade Hadam to challenge another assassin to Russia's national game.
Hadam: I will gladly arm-wrestle for ownership of Ukraine.
    Putin: No.
Hadam: I will challenge Rocky Balboa to boxing match!
    Putin: *sigh* No.
Hadam: I will bait them into a land war in Syria!
Putin: What? No! Good God, no!
  • Burnardo modernizing himself by donning a tracksuit and heavy spray tan.
    • The monologue before that.
Burnardo: What did they use to call you? Platypus? Puma? No, it was...it was something real.
  • Burnardo making an entrance on a hoverboard.
  • Gavin the Third has gotten a Shrinking Ray that grows things instead of shrinking. Guess what the first thing our sex-crazed brit decides to use it on.
    • He also gets a communicator designed exactly like a gun that activates by pressing it against his temple and pulling the trigger. Gavin is unreasonably nervous while testing it.
  • What's causing tension in the Sex Von Shaukel Boys? Koko is dating Yoko Ono!
Brüce: I mean, that's not even a metaphorical Yoko! That's literally Yoko Ono! She's 83!

Episode 4: The Most Dangerous Game

  • The location for the pizza place Boomerang Geoff is ordering from is "located next to the Arby’s next to the Denny’s which is near an IHOP."
  • Geoff getting into an argument with the pizza guy over his dodgy Australian accent.
  • Agent Jinx is disgusted by the fact that everyone objectifies her, Agent Gibson is disgusted by the fact that no one is objectifying him.
Agent Gibson: I am for gender equality among super spies! ...When it benefits my low self-esteem and hot body!
    • The transition between the CIA and MI6 scene.
Agent Gibson: Why don't people wanna bang me? Come on!
[Hard cut to Gavin in bed.]
Gavin the 3rd: Thanks for banging me.
  • Hadam is forced by Vladimir Putin to play in the national Deadly Game of Russia. A live-action version of Tetris.
  • Mikey slips up a bit while reciting his cheat code:
    Mikey: ...O, Zee, M. I mean Zed. (Beat) I didn't say Zee. Don't... Don't tell The Queen!
  • Ryan's first on-screen appearance is on a call with Agent Moose.
Ryan: I'm saying I have intel that points in one direction: That the Germans will be the next to kill!
    Sting
Ryan: The only question is: Which German?
    Sting
Ryan: Also: Who are they going to kill?
    Sting
    Ryan: And!
    Sting
    [Ryan looks at his phone]
Ryan: No that's it. I got nothing else.
    Beat
    Sting

Episode 5: Rogue Nation

  • The Big Cock's response to Agent Moose and Agent Knuckle claiming that SSB is the mole.
The Big Cock: You can't call the Germans bad guys, that's stereotyping, and I won't stand for it! Now, would you ladies like some maple syrup or something else?
  • The Big Cock tries to get a message out that the Germans may be the evil mole, but because the message is just emojis of the German flag, a skull & crossbones, and a mole, the assassins all interpret it differently than intended.
Burnardo Burnadicci: Wilhelm, we need to have a conversation. How come you didn't tell me? The German headquarters have a rodent problem, huh? They need an exterminator? I know a guy. I could've helped you. You could've come to me as a friend.
Gavin III: I think the Germans have a calcium deficiency in their bones and need to drink more mole's milk.
Agent Gibson: Looks like they want the Germans to check their moles. They could be cancerous.
The Griffon: The Germans are sending poison marsupials into our gardens. That must mean…they're the bad guys.
  • Gavin kicking Christoph out of his bedroom. And Christoph casually stealing Gavin's tea pot on the way out.
  • Brüce giving Agent Gibson tips on how to make his spandex suit more flexible.
  • Agent Knuckle wanting to gut the Germans, just the way she says it and how eager she is to do it really drives it home.
  • While Moose and Knuckle are looking at Wilhelm's trigger words, Agent Knuckle starts holding more flashlights, including one on her hat and one in her mouth.
  • Burnardo's last words, a weak "Why'd you disrespect me?" while reaching for the SSB members from the floor while they just ignore him or push his hand away.
  • The Big Cock makes another appearance, and with that comes more innuendos.
You see, Annersby created a system for just such an event. It's called the Rooster Wire, though I refer to it as the Cock Line.
See if you can find some clues to their whereabouts, while I work on my Cock Line.
I wanted to stay out. Teetering on the tip. But The Big Cock can't do just the tip. He's got to be...all in.
  • Every time Burnardo says one of the trigger words that will cause Wilhelm to murder, it's slowed down to dramatic effect, until the last word, 'wiener'. He offers wieners to Wilhelm and he slowly says 'sausage', which is revealed that the words are not being slowed down for dramatic effect, Burnardo is just saying the last words of his sentences deep and slowly. Everything seems fine until he mentions that his favorite breed of dog is a wiener.
  • What causes the SSB members to barge in and see Wilhelm killing Burnardo? Wilhelm's scream.

Episode 6: Born Identities

  • The Big Cock's conversation with Ryan.
The Big Cock: [To Ryan] So...The Colonel hired you. That explains the strange charges on our company card.
Ryan: I'm actually paid in cash.
The Big Cock: Must be my fierce porn addiction then. Continue Mr. Hardwood, I mean Haywood.
  • In kind of a dark humor sort of way, Christoph feeling like he was flying while falling to his death, only for the camera to then cut to him hitting the ground. His death was actually one of the more brutal ones but the sheer Mood Whiplash makes it so funny.
    • What makes it even better is that it holds on Christoph's body in total silence from 10 seconds, then cuts to the outro for even more Mood Whiplash.
  • The fact that Christoph regaining his memories in no way explained any of the weird things he did.
  • Gibson's Freak Out over how Gavin does not find him attractive.
Gibson: I bleached my butthole for you!
    • After Agent Gibson storms off.
  • The fact that Boomerang Geoff was surprised that his current job is as dangerous as his previous one. Either he seriously underestimated the risk of being an international assassin, or working at Rooster Teeth really is that crazy.
    • The way he managed to survive for so long is also funny. He just doesn't show up for work.
  • The build-up before the reveal.
Ryan: Those three agents...aren't who they say they are...
Boomerang Geoff: I am NOT who I say I am.

Episode 7: Double Triple Cross

  • The Big Cock finally reveals what "the superweapon" is: A satellite laser called The Hammer of Cock. Agent Jinx is predictably unamused by this.
  • Gibson's Skewed Priorities are in top form this episode, more concerned about "sexy fighting" than escaping. Knuckle seems to be really getting into it too. It is what gets him, Knuckle, and Jinx killed.
  • The Big Cock getting the information that Jinx, Gibson, and Knuckle have been killed. It comes to him the same way he sent out the message that the Germans are the moles. He gets emojis of The US flag, Canadian flag, and a skull and crossbones.
America and Canada have become archaeologists?!
  • The Colonel and the Big Cock both agree rather quickly that Annersby's gun-phone is a dumb idea.
The Colonel: Yes, Annersby is quite bad at his job.
    • What The Big Cock says after accidentally shooting himself with an actual gun is also funny.
  • The Colonel's reason for helping The Mole? The Big Cock made him shave his beard into the shape of roosters.
The Colonel: I've never been quite the same since you put your cock in my beard.

Episode 8: Mission Critical

  • The Griffon finds out Geoff let the Saboteur plant a bomb under their couch, and rather than try to run for the hills or shout, she's just annoyed with him.
  • After the reveal that Mikey is part of Gavin's split personality, Mavin starts to approach Annersby, causing him to scream. When Agent Moose arrives on the scene, it's revealed that Mavin just invaded his personal space.
Annersby: I wonder if because Mavin and me fucked, I've had a three-way. I'm gonna say yes!
  • Upon being found out, the Saboteur asks how the Sex Von Shaukel Boyz found out their identity. The answer is there was only one other choice after every single other agent was dead. The Saboteur concedes that point.
  • There's a brief moment during Mavin's evil monologue where you can see Gavin and Mikey jerking off under the covers together.
  • Turns out, not only does The Colonel shave his beard into the shape of roosters, but his chest hair as well.
  • Ryan Lampshading his role in the series.
You know, I was far less involved in this than I thought I would be.
  • Just the fact that one of the major villains was a ship.

Others

  • Some of the posters are pretty badass and then there are some that manage to look hilarious.

    • Agent Knuckle looks downright cartoonish in her poster.
    • Ryan is resting his chin on the end of his gun. With his finger on the trigger, even.
    • The taglines for some characters such as Boomerang Geoff, So'rolla and the Colonel are hilarious.
  • This Norwegian fan's reaction to the first episode.
  • During the announcement of the winners for the first week, Gus was comically bitter about them correctly guessing that he died.
  • The name of Marquis' father is revealed to be Joel Joelle in the end credits
  • The gag reel that plays during the end credits
