- Waluigi gives their shop the name: Wario and Waluigi's Amazing Shop. Wario is not impressed.
Wario: "Is that the best name you can make?"- Waluigi's embarrassing summoning dance.
- Waluigi's flasher.
"It has everything! Flashlight, x-ray vision and even firing the laser!!!"- Waluigi fails to understand what a Wanted poster is.

Versions 1 and 2
- In Nesfor, you meet an Eccentric Guy who has a script for a disgustingly bad show. It's Mega Babies. Kyuu has two options in response to this after being sickened by it: Deliver an epic "The Reason You Suck" Speech (and yes, that's the name of the option), or physically teach him a lesson. The latter results in Kyuu tearing up the writer's script, stomping on it, and subsequently hurling the guy into the air.Writer: 'EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP!!! HEY I CAN SEE MY HOUSE FROM HERE!
- Bowser has a few of these. His ransom letter for the elven elder starts exactly like his ransom letter in Hotel Mario. And when Sonic mocks him saying that they ate the cake without him, he laments and asks them to keep him some cake next time.
- Whenever Kanon is in a Deadpan Snarker mood. Axel counts too.Axel: "That insult was so lame, it physically hurts."
- Whenever a character decides to break the fourth wall. Axel and Deadpool are the greatest offenders.Kyuu: "Who are you?"Axel: "Sorry, but the script said it's not the time."
- Some interactions between Kyuu and Axel.Kyuu: "You're not a stalker, are you?"Axel: "What ! You like being stalked? That's creepy, man..." (takes a step back)Kyuu: "Uh... You know what? Forget that last part."
- Everything involving Nanael.
- The dreadful encounter with *Gasp!* The Knights who say Ni. They even reenact the whole scene !
- Bring Axel along when you get present the Shrubbery to them. Hilarity WILL ensue.
Axel: "So, who wants to sing the 'Itsy Bitsy Spider'?Kyuu: "Oh, oh, I do~"- Ditto for the Chamber of Aaargh in EverGreen Town's Catacombs.
- Noel and Dark Magician Girl cook some food for Kyuu, Kite and Kanon in the beginning of Chapter 9. Hilarity ensues.
- Also, the optional scenes you can choose in the beginning of Chapter 9. A good break after the battle in the Lost Tower and before the Kandur Arc. Special mention goes to Kanon's crossdressing incident.
- Even though Chapter 9 is Darker and Edgier, there still are funny moments that help to ease the tension.
- The girls squeeing when they see Rika Furude. Especially Gagaga Girl's reaction who's trying (and failing) to resist the Cuteness Proximity.
- The scene with Donald, Daffy and Kanata in Furude Shrine, before the climax of Chapter 9. Our valiant heroes have to guard the shrine and to keep an eye on possible enemies! They play "I spy" to pass the time.
- Daffy distracting the mercenaries during the battle has to be seen to be believed.
- An overconfident grunt during the battle in Furude Shrine.
Grunt: "Our men should have taken care of them approximately... right now.(big explosion and Wilhelm scream) - Whenever Deadpool breaks the fourth wall.(explaining why he didn't use his best moves during the fight) "[...] this is rpg rules, I gotta level to unlock my other moves.""I ask them if I can be level 999. I mean, I'm pretty much THE best party member in the game.""Besides, having the main character die this early? Lame.""Don't go into the lights! They're not gonna make my story happen if you die too soon!"
- Deadpool wants to have an EPIC RAP BATTLE with Deathstroke.Deadpool: "The world totally needs that right now, like more than ever."
- Deadpool does it again when you try to recruit him, when he asks Kyuu and his brigade to fight him. Before the battle, he got into an argument with the "programmer" because he wants to increase his stats. Then, after increasing his stats himself, he got in trouble because he raised them too high and is threatened by the programmer of being "scrapped" from the game if he doesn't fight fairly.
- Raku.
- His first big scene has him trolling Kyuu by pretending that he's his long lost brother. Nobody believes him.
Raku: "What... Not one of those NOOOOOOOOOOOO moments?"Dark Magician Girl: "Wow, that was bad acting."- When an annoyed Kanon grabs him by the collar, Raku points out that some fans have a rather... fertile imagination.
Raku: "Besides, you're gonna make the fans go ga-ga on us, and start writing horny fanfics."- And Kanon's answer?
Raku: "Oh, for bloody sake! Don't throw me out!" (is thrown outside the room and across the streets) - In BlueLake Town's library, you can find a client researching about vampire, to see if it's true that a vampire can give birth. Turns out they can't because they're dead. The client then complains that, thanks to this novel, he has become even dumber...
- The bookseller isn't kind with a certain "necrophilia love story" either...
- At the climax of Chapter 8, you have to get past the Corroder in order to proceed to Bowser in the tower. Like before, once you defeat him, he gains Cutscene Power to the Max, and Kyuu begins wondering how to put him down for good. His solution? Sidestep the Corroder's next attack and boot him down the tower's stairwell. From the sound of all the crashing down below, it sounds like the landing wasn't pleasant.Corroder: MY GOD, HOW TALL ARE THESE STAIRS?!
- Rakenzarn isn't tender with the Trolls. "Da Destroyah" was condemned to be jailed for 20 years. While listening to the entire songs by Rebecca Black and Justin Bieber. Ouch.
- The dreams of the fearsome asleep members of the Black Scar Guild.Grunt: "Ponies... Ponies everywhere..."Second Grunt: "Oho... Candy Island..."Third Grunt: "Wow, what a weird dream. I mean, a rhinoceros coming outta nowhere and ate my parents? What kind of dream was that?
- Kyuu's and Axel's reaction.
Axel: "Parent-eating Rhino. What's next? Ducks playing hockey?"Kyuu: "Oooh, you mean that show with them saying : Ducks Ro-"Axel: "Don't you dare say it! Or you are gonna know what sewer water taste like." - Kyuu reveals to Yuffie that he knew all along she would try to rob him. Her reaction?Yuffie: "Ooooh, I get it ! This is one of those silocho-uuh, psycho-phisilico-mind trick thingy!"
- Kyuu's and Yuffie's second Date Session, when they have to do 50 jobs. Poor Kyuu can't catch a break...Yuffie: "C'mon, do the monkey dance!"
- Whenever a Genre Savvy character and a Genre Blind character share a conversation.
- If you have Sonic in the party when you first meet Rarity in the Equestria side arc and she offers to try making outfits for them, he makes a reference to his Sonic Boom counterpart.Sonic: Eh, I guess, but I'm not going to start wearing pants.(The party goes into Visible Silence.)Noel: Oh geez...Konoka: I never thought about it before.Setsuna: Me either.Kanon: The vividness of that image will be stuck in my head for days.Kyuu: Uh, yeah...let's change the subject.
- At the end of the "Breach" side quest, it starts off like another Cutscene Power to the Max with the bad guys still standing despite another boss battle defeat. Then Corroder makes the mistake of damaging Yang's hair. She responds by punching him hard enough to send him flying through the ceiling.Corroder: NOT AGAAAAAAIIIINNN!
- Taking Axel along for the "Behind the Facade" quest will offer quite a few funny moments:
- He will occasionally flirt with Carol.
- He snaps Liana/Suki out of her mind control... by trolling her.
- He quips that they can simply use Dirk's head to bash open the door. Kite then says "The last time we tried that...", before being interrupted by Kyuu, who promptly summons Daffy, Dirk, and Donald into the dungeon. After two failed attempts, they decide to think of a magic word to open the door. It's Open Sesame.
- Even better? He outright calls Rivka out on her "plan," claiming she's just lying to seem superior. The way she gets annoyed shows that he wasn't wrong.
- He apparently steals popcorn from Rivka's kitchen offscreen.
Version 3
- In Chapter 1, one of Kanata's offerings to the party to help with a problem at his family shrine is a pair of boots that he says makes the wearer taller, to which the height-conscious Kanon agrees. Come Chapter 2, Kanon is hunting Kanata down because of false advertising. They only make the wearer look taller. So Kanon decides to get back at him...with a shotgun.Kanata: I SAID I WAS SORRY!Kanon: Please, hold still.

- Kyros' tutorial battle involves battling a perv who was harassing his friend Mayu. Mayu dubs him "Captain Grab-ass" as a result. Before the guy can interrupt, the game's Boss Subtitles call him "Captain Grab-ass".Thug: Oh, come on!
