  • Mineta saves two girls from two socially inappropriate men, but the girls believe Ojiro saved them and thank him instead.
  • Sato and Tsuyu save a boy from drowning, but when Sato picks up the boy the latter starts crying, much to Sato's confusion. Tsuyu tells him the boy is scared of his face.
  • A snow cone vendor asks Shoto to make him some ice, only for the latter to make way too much of it.
  • Kaminari has to power up a tractor for a man called Matsuda, which he complains about and says that the man should buy a new one.
  • Uraraka asks Bakugo to look for a child lost in a shopping area, but he refuses. Her expression after this is priceless.
  • After Aizawa tells class 1-A they will go to Nabu Island to take care of the place until new heroes arrive. They get excited about it only for Aizawa to silence them by glaring at them and using his Erasure Quirk.
  • Midoriya's first meeting with Mahoro has her chew him out for finding her brother only after she did and mocking him for his failure. Goes to show that while he can hold his own against the likes of Muscular and Overhaul, he can still be browbeaten by a sufficiently bold child.
  • Following their initial meeting with Midoriya, Mahoro pouts and tells Katsuma that U.A. heroes are useless and that she will show him the truth about heroes. Then she takes a huge bite from her popsicle and gets a headache.
  • Kaminari's comment after the day's work.
Kaminari: We've gone Plus Ultra beyond what's allowed by the labor standards act.
  • Kirishima and Kaminari tell Bakugo that he has to be on night watch since he was the only one of the class not to help with the tasks of the people in the island, with predictable results.
  • Bakugo is completely pissed off at Mahoro for having faked a villain attack via her Quirk, Hologram— so much so that his Comical Angry Face says everything, and makes his Badass Boast seem like an extra.
  • When Bakugo is ranting at the Shimano siblings afterwards, Midoriya grabs onto him in increasingly ridiculous ways to restrain him. This only serves to make Bakugo angrier, leading him to scuttle towards them on all fours as Midoriya clings to his back to try to stop him.
  • When a tourist calls the agency of Class 1-A to report that her suitcase has disappeared, Mineta complains and says the tourist should look for her luggage herself, but when Mina tells him that the tourist sounded like a real cutie, Mineta immediately changes his mind and goes to help.
    • Then his hopes are dashed right after the luggage is found:
Mineta: She has a boyfriend already?! Thanks for nothing, Ashido!
  • Bakugo is so busy listening to Midoriya's pep talk with Katsuma about how he should become a hero that he forgets about his popsicle which melts off its stick and falls to the floor.
  • The sheer Mood Whiplash of Mahoro creating a giant distorted Deku... balloon thingy in order to alert everyone on the island about their whereabouts.
  • The first time Nine hits Deku and Bakugo with his lightning attack, they're left severely injured. But the second time, they're somehow completely unharmed. Why? Because they used Kaminari, who is immune to electricity, as a lightning rod, meaning they found a use for him even after his brain had been overloaded.
  • Endeavor joyously hugging Shoto near the end of the movie, with the latter being clearly annoyed about it, if his "For the love of God, put me down RIGHT NOW" expression is anything to go by.
  • After the fight with Nine, Bakugo is screaming his head off in the hospital over why his arms are broken (when he temporarily had One For All) and that he can't remember why.
    • Followed by Bakugo and Mahoro reacting in disgust to Recovery Girl using her healing kiss on Bakugo.
