In a village as quirky and wacky as Llan-ar-goll-en, Funny Moments are basically a given.

General

Once an Episode, Prys will gather and interrogate the three suspects in one room once he thinks he's gotten enough clues to find the culprit and solve the mystery. The reactions that the suspects have upon getting accused of stealing whatever it may be are often a gut buster.
- Right before those scenes happen, Ceri will often become somewhat of a Silent Snarker when Prys jumps to conclusions (such as scoffing, rolling her eyes, or giving a Disapproving Look), made funny by how she usually knows the answer, or at least heavily suspects it, while Prys is way off.
Barti Felyn being The Unintelligible, making incredibly hilarious gibberish sounds that sometimes needs to be translated by his cat, Ianto.
Radli's red hand bag, otherwise normal looking, talks to him in two simultaneously bickering voices. What.
Whenever anyone says "Hold on, Defi John".
- In one episode, while referring to Madam Mayor, Prys says a gendered equivalent:
  Prys: Hold on, Defi... and Devina John!

Prys tells Radli to look out for seagulls as he enters the detective tower. You can then hear Radli screaming from outside.
Prys trying to place the picture he has in the tower.
- The first time, Ceri tells Prys he should position it correctly. He tries to do so, but he twists his body weirdly in the process as he desperately reaches for a hammer.
- The second time, Prys thinks he placed it correctly, but it's accidently upside-down. It comes up later in the episode when Prys tells Tara that it's not a good picture.
  Prys: The artist has painted it upside-down.
- At the end of the episode, it looks like Prys finally got it right... only to reveal that he was standing upside-down. He falls, and the picture then falls on his head.
Tara shows Prys a picture of her lost watch and Prys thinks the mystery has been solved.
Prys tries to do a salute as he leaves, but he accidently hits his head.
Mrs. Tomos hits on Arwel Achub when the former thinks that the latter has a crush on her. It gets so bad that Arwel hides in a sack.
Mrs. Tomos: Woo-hoooo!
Arwel: SHE'S HERE! HIDE ME!

Dr. Jim's singing Christmas reef roasting him.
Beti: It works!
Dr. Jim: Of course it works. Dr. Jim Clem's devices always work!
Dr. Jim's Christmas reef: No they don't- don't- don't- don't- don't- don't-
- Dr. Jim going to take one of Beti's mince pies after she warned him not to, only for Dr. Jim's Christmas reef to then call him out.
Ceri suggests that Prys should go to the forest and collect the holly to chase away his Christmas blues. Prys think it's a good idea, but overdresses when he gets ready to go there. Ceri assures him that he's "off to the forest, not Iceland!"

Y Pysgodyn Aur

Tara's goldfish, Safnau, not only was capable of making sandcastles with her, but also can apparently use a phone and move to other countries. Cue everyone in the room being impressed by this.
I hadn't lost Safnau, Prys. I had a text message from him this morning. He's living in Australia!
