    Batman Be-Leaguered
  • When Alfred asks Batman why he turned down Superman's offer to join the Justice League. Batman goes into a long speech about how he prefers to work alone. Just as Nightwing, Batgirl and Robin walk into the cave. It gets interrupted further with them slurping on drinks, much to his chagrin.
  • The news report about Superman disappearing without a trace.
"Metropolis is panicking, crooks are escaping justice, hundreds of cats are stuck in trees!"
  • Captain Cold's growing frustration with Batman's Batarangs, to the point he personally damages Batman's utility belt just to stop him from using them..
  • Aquaman (the King of Atlantis) mistaking the Trident of Poseidon for a pitchfork, repeatedly.
Aquaman: Put down that pitchfork- uh, trident, Manta!
    • Aquaman getting angry when ignored by Manta's mechanical sharks.
Aquaman: Hey! Sea King here! Sea King!
  • Once unmasked by Luthor, Batman uses a paper bag he'd found in a dumpster as a replacement.
  • The Reveal that the mastermind behind the kidnapping of the Justice League was Bat-Mite.
  • This short movie got several bloopers included with it.
    • For starters, there's a Running Gag of Robin vandalising just about any serious thing going on, including messing with Lex's mech enough for it to come crashing down. Flash and Cyborg themselves are amused by the pranks, of course.
    • The blooper with Aquaman trying to tame the Robo-Sharks has the shape of his telepathy wrong multiple times. When he finally gets it right, he quickly gets hounded by numerous fish.
    • Then there's the attempts from Batman to grapple up to the Batwing.
      • In the first attempt, it just bounces right off and knocks one of the ship's crew into the water. Thankfully, he's unscathed.
      • The second attempt does connect, but it instead takes Batman's arm away.
      Batman: *frustrated sigh* Embarrassing...
      • The third and final attempt also connects, but somehow, the pull is so strong that it sends the ship careening into the ocean.
    • Last, but not least, one of the Robo-Sharks swoop in and take the Trident away from Aquaman and Black Manta, the former interrupting the escape to try and tame it, akin to how a dog's owner would tame their pet (complete with a barking sound from the shark).
Black Manta: I'll be in my sub.

    Justice League vs. Bizarro League
  • Gorilla Grodd has several other mind controlled villain's stealing crates for him. When the other villains are freed, they learn they'd been stealing bananas.
Gorilla Grodd: I like bananas? [laughs nervously]
  • The Running Gag of Bizarro World's "Weirdiation" messing with everyone's superpowers, limiting Guy's constructs to chickens. Wonder Woman thinks that fits Guy perfectly.
    • Every time Wonder Woman trips and falls on her face, Guy takes a moment to laugh.
  • Superman using his x-ray vision to learn Batman's identity, which happens to be stitched onto his underwear.
    Batman: Alfred...
  • When Hawkman realizes the Moon is still a cube.
Hawkman: How attached are humans to a round moon?

Attack of the Legion of Doom
  • Black Manta and Sinestro get a little too invested in their evil laughter after Lex proposes the idea for the creation of the Legion of Doom.
  • The Running Gag of people mistaking the Trickster for the Joker, which irritates him greatly.
Trickster: Would the Joker attack with a can of snakes?
Cop: Yeah, yeah he probably would.
    • For an added bonus, the Trickster is once again voiced by Mark Hamill, the voice of the Joker, who he doesn't voice in this movie.
    • Superman and Wonder Woman's embarrassment after getting fooled by Trickster.
  • Everything the potential recruits go through in Lex Luthor's obstacle course.
    • Giganta isn't allowed to compete, due to height restrictions.
    • How Luthor, Sinestro and Manta deal with the failed applicants.
    • Luthor failing Deathstroke even though he passed with flying colors because Manta considered they should replace him as the Legion's leader.
  • There's something funny about Cybot's reaction to Cyborg electrocuting himself.
    Cybot: Has Cyborg's functions terminated?
Cyborg: No, Cybot. I'm not dead.
    • When Cybot electrocutes itself and Cyborg walks away, Cybot utters a monotone "Help!"
  • Every scene involving Flash and Hal Jordan's rivalry is this, especially when you consider their voice actors once voiced different versions of Harry Osborn and Spider-Man. The rivalry even extends to rival franchises.
  • Sinestro can't let go of his "flushing" joke.
  • The Reveal that the "Cyborg" with the heroes is actually Cy-Bot. Batman realizes theirs been a switch, the others... not so much.
    Batman: He's only a dummy.

    Cosmic Clash
  • As Batman is thinking to himself about how much he's come to respect the rest of the Justice League for their dedication. He checks up on them, only to discover they're playing a game of hide-and-go-seek.
    • Green Lantern hides behind an armchair construct.
    • Cyborg lampshades the main flaw in the design of Wonder Woman's jet.
Superman: Wonder Woman's plane is invisible, except for the person in it.
Cyborg: Why would that be helpful in any way?
  • The Justice league have their own rule book.
  • For once, the rest of the Justice League manages to pull a Stealth Hi/Bye on Batman.
Batman: (turns to see everyone else has vanished) So that's what that feels like.
  • Flash getting attacked by flying fish.
  • After the crisis with Brainiac is over, Batman proves he's Not So Above It All by starting a new game of hide-and-go-seek.
Batman: Not it! (vanishes in a puff of smoke)

    Gotham City Breakout
  • Batman ruins his own surprise party thanks to his detective skills, disappointing all the attendees.
Nightwing: You know, you take the fun out of being your friend sometimes.
    Batman: How so?
  • The Joker draws a face on a spoon he stole from the cafeteria at Arkham Asylum and starts calling it "Spoony".
  • Madame Mantis actually a Trogowog working for Deathstroke in disguise idea of how to serve tea.
  • Batman, Nightwing, and Batgirl falling down a (not) Bottomless Pit.
  • When Deathstroke has Batman, Batgirl and Nightwing outnumbered.
Deathstroke: So nice of you to...
Batgirl: If you say "nice of you to drop in" you immediately lose all credibility as a super-villain.
Batgirl: Oh? What were you going to say?
Deathstroke: Well I don't want to tell you now!
  • The criminals of Gotham torturing the cowering Justice League after Scarecrow douses them with Fear Gas.
    • Superman, Cyborg and Wonder Woman's apathy (due to Poison Ivy's mind-controlling pollen) as they boil in a giant soup pot.
Cyborg: Despite our certain demise, I just feel so calm right now.
    Superman: I blame the spoon.
    Cyborg: Why's that?
    Superman: It's a soup spoon.
    • While in the soup pot, Cyborg also mentions that it's reminding him of a dream of Wonder Woman in a hot tub. Her shocked response sells it.
  • Batman defeats the mind controlled Trogowogs thanks to a Trigger Phrase he implanted into the secret of the Forbidden Move that was taken from his mind. The trigger phrase forces them all to dance. What is the trigger phrase? Batusi.
Deathstroke: I didn't see that coming...

    The Flash
  • Ace the Bat hound beating Cyborg's high score during a training session at the Hall of Justice.
Cyborg: Couldn't let me have it, could yeh?
  • Batman suffering the effects of the Joker's "Fun Cannon" (forcing him into a clown getup on top of the Batsuit).
  • Cyborg's reaction to the "prank" pulled on him.
Cyborg: You replaced my arm with an egg beater! Sure the eggs are amazing, but still!
  • Flash lampshades how non-intimidating Reverse Flash's name sounds.
Flash: Do you run backwards or something?
    Reverse Flash: No.
    Flash: Are you super slow?
    Reverse Flash: No!
  • Doctor Fate's answering machine.
  • Aquaman's cameo.
  • Flash telling Doctor Fate about Reverse Flash, while Zatanna magically plays several instruments in an homage to Adventures in Babysitting.
  • There's also the running gag of Dr. Fate telling Zatanna to keep talking backwards.
  • During her interview with Reverse Flash, the Mayor of Metropolis calls superhero capes gaudy. Both Superman and Batman are offended.

    Aquaman: Rage of Atlantis
  • When Lantern Cruz's ring explains why Hal's ring doesn't talk back to him like it does.
"That's because Green Lantern Jordan had accumulated enough "Lantern Points" to unlock the mute button."
  • When Lois tries to get an interview with Lobo, she takes a moment to criticize his outfit.
  • Batman's little jab at the New 52 by explaining that the Area 52 facility was recently scrapped.
Cyborg: Defunct? I thought they just built that thing?
Batman: The simplification program made things much more complicated. They moved everything to a warehouse in Rebirth, New Jersey.
  • Jessica Cruz accidentally insults Batman by calling his utility belt "a cute little tool belt". His defensiveness is what sells it though.
  • Batman gets another funny moment where he keeps updating Aquaman's file upon finding out new information about him. His annoyed reaction sells it.
Batman: It looks like I have to update the files again.
  • When Aquaman tries to communicate with the space dolphin Fishy.
Aquaman: (Fishy misinterprets what Aquaman said, becoming angry) What?! I would never say something about your mother!
    • During the battle, Batman distracts Dex-Starr with a toy mouse.
  • The Justice League using Aquaman as a dowsing rod.
  • Once just enough water gets into his system, the dehydration makes Aquaman act like he's had too much to drink instead of too little.
Aquaman: (slurring) I mean, being king is a lot of pressure, you know? And believe me, at eight tons per square inch at the bottom of the sea, I know pressure! I used to be king!
  • Robin trying too hard to act like a normal kid is dorky to say the least, but still funny.

    Batman: Family Matters
  • After Batman reveals that Red Hood's identity is Jason, the following exchange about Jason's fate is pretty funny, considering it is so different from what fans would expect.
Robin: The second Robin? Wha- I thought you were dead.
Jason: (to Batman) You said I was dead?!
Batman: (confused) No. (to Robin) Why would you think that Robin?
Robin: I don't know. The way you always avoided talking about him.
  • When listing the various places Jason Todd sent the Bat family on, one of those places is the alleyway where he first stole the wheels off the Batmobile, followed up by Batman being roasted:
Robin: You stole the wheels off the Batmobile? Oh dude! That is so cool!
Jason: Yeah. He was not happy with that.
Nightwing: (laughs) I bet he gave you that lecture on how you have to (imitates Batman's voice) earn your own way in this world.
    Batman: Well you do.
Jason: Never mind he inherited like 5 billion bucks.
Robin: Right? And he still makes me do chores around the house for an allowance of
Robin, Nightwing, Batgirl, and Jason: 5 bucks a week. (they all laugh)
  • A Running Gag in the movie is Batgirl’s anger about Nightwing failing to text her back right away. She keeps bringing it up, with it coming to a head in the middle of the final act’s Boss Fight. Batwoman is 100% done with it by the end.
Nightwing: We could always run. (Referring to Brother Eye destroying the city and targeting them.)
Batgirl: Is that your solution to everything?
Nightwing: I was going to TEXT YOU BACK!
Batgirl: I’ve seen you do a double flip over two villains all while eating a sandwich, and you can’t send me an emoticon?!?
    Batwoman: Guys?
Nightwing: An emoticon couldn’t explain all that you mean to me!
    Batgirl: EMOTICONS CAN EXPLAIN EVERYTHING!
    Batwoman: GUYS!
  • During the board meeting, Bruce imagines what it would be like if he was Batman full time. Cut to a fantasy of him walking around the city in his Batsuit and stopping crime.

    Shazam!: Magic and Monsters
  • When kid Batman asks Shazam to drive to the Batcave, the latter naturally has trouble since he's never driven a car before.
Kid Batman: I thought you said you'd done this?
Kid Batman: Rusty? And why are you in third gear?
  • When in the Batcave, young Batman talks to Alfred on the computer asking for milk and cookies. Alfred, thinking he's Damian, accepts the offer, but then Bruce calls him "old man" very playfully, causing him to get offended. Before he can say anything else, Bruce hangs up.
  • Much of the dialogue from the kid versions of the brainwashed Justice League qualifies, but the standout is Superman's exaggerated country mannerisms.
Super-Kid: As my Ma used to say, you can't win a pig kissing contest, without getting a little dirty.
Wonder-Kid: That doesn't even make sense.
    Super-Kid: Does too!
    Wonder-Kid: Does not!
    Super-Kid: Does too!
Wonder-Kid: Does not! Infinity plus one!
  • When Black Adam first lays destruction on the United Nations, we see the leader was apparently in the middle of a party. She is not pleased with what happened.
  • At the beginning of the movie, Billy is bullied by a kid named Terrance for not yet having a family since he's too good. During the climax of the movie, the two meet up again, where it's revealed that Terrance's new family is really boring, and they're forcing him (from his view) to do things most kids don't like, such as homework and eating vegetables. Talk about karma.
  • During the final battle with Black Adam, Billy shares the powers of Shazam among the Justice League, granting all of them cool new costumes. Save for the Flash, who's a bit confused.
Flash: By the way, why didn't my costume change?
