Season 1
- Kazuma tries to perform a How We Got Here moment but because he's also trying to fluff up his backstory, Aqua has to intervene and reveal his embarrassing death to us, the audience.
- Anytime with Doctorpuss can cause a few laughs.
- Verdia: I swear if you bring out those irradiated birds again, I'll turn you into a hat!
Doctorpuss: No. No. I worked out the kinks this time. Who is gonna use radioactive birds to try to catch radioactive spiders?
Kazuma: So what, radioactive lizards?
Doctorpuss: No. No. Who would use a mutated lizard, that's just ridiculous.
Megumin: Mutated vultures?
Doctorpuss: No. No. No. I wouldn't have use the Vultures. Besides, those failed last tuesday.
Darkness: Wait, what about a radioactive rhino?
Doctorpuss: No. No. NO! I'M NOT USING VULTURES! I'M NOT USING LIZARDS! AND I'M DAMN SURE AIN'T USING A RHINO!
- Doctorpuss calls in his zombie minions and tells them to commence Project: Jack O' Lantern to help Verdia. The zombies, one by one, repeat "Jack O' Lantern" as if surprised at how ridiculous the name is.
- The scene with the Salty Spitoon is just golden.
- First was Kazuma.Kazuma: How tough am I? How tough am I? You really asking me that question, bub? You ask me how tough I am? Like you know what I've gone through? You think you know my life story? You know what I'm about? Do you know what I have to do? The struggles I've had in this world? Do you know? I'm stuck with a useless goddess, a mage that can only do explosions and a crusader that can't hit anything to save her life. And you want to know what I did? You want to know what I did? Hmph, you want to know what I did? This guys want to know what I did.
- Next was Megumin.Bouncer: Oh, you're that crazy mage chick with the weird name.
Megumin: My name is not weird!
Bouncer: Oh yeah, you're definitely a psychopath. - Then, there's Darkness.Darkness: I am a crusader of the country of Axel and I for one, am the toughest that there ever was. In fact, I'm so tough, I wouldn't mind if I got captured. I let the generals torture me. I let them do whatever they wanted. I let them go -
Bouncer: Okay kid - uh, you can go in. - Finally, there's Aqua.Aqua: You got a bottle of ketchup?
(The Bouncer gives Aqua a ketchup bottle and Aqua fails to open it.)
Bouncer: Yeah, I don't think this place is the place for you, why don't you try that spot over there.
Aqua: What? Weenie Hut Axel?
- First was Kazuma.
- The season ends with one more roast (no pun intended) to Kazuma with the narrator explaining that Kazuma better find a way to get out of the slammer, otherwise he won't be just done but well done.
Season 2
- The Scorpion's defeat.
- Howard the Duck manages to get Kingpig to forgive Kazuma's debt by showing a picture that scares Kingpig to crumble it, destroying it, chewing it, spitting it out, burning it, burying it, placing a tombstone over it, desecrating the grave, pillage the contents and send it "down the river".
- Kingpig: My God, who on Earth could have given him a picture of something like that.
Sunny: I can't believe - QUACK - that you would do something like- QUACK!
Kingpig: Look, it was a one time thing. A moment of weakness, it will never happen again.
Ricardo: But Sir, still, for the sick-
Kingpig: Look, you're not gonna mention anything you saw. Not on today of all days. Not on the day of my daughter's wedding.
- The Three Spider-Men (Superior, PS4 & Noir) arrives at the Salty Spitoon to find Kazuma but when the bouncer once more gets in the way and tries to say "How tough are you?", Spider Noir throws him into a pile of trash.
