- Duke Nukem 3D starts off with IGSRJ assuming that he'll have to shoot prize boxes and security cameras like he did in the previous games. He starts off immediately shooting at boxes to no avail. Then he decided to shoot explosive barrels, thinking they were the boxes, only to get caught in the explosion. He survives (has just a tiny bit of health left), but without any where else to go, he falls down the now open air duct, and dies upon landing.
- IGSRJ talked about Duke Nukem 64 and began to look for the cartridge so he could show it. He then comments on how there should be end labels on the cartridges before Flipping the Bird. - He goes to insert the game, only to stop himself as he realized that he's putting a Game Genie in with it. So he blurs it out and tells the audience to dismiss those sounds that the game is making.
- Becomes a Brick Joke. At the end of the review, he gets stuck at the Sand Worm level because said Sand Worm was knocking him around.
