- In the film, Matt asks for honey for his tea, and Foggy (intentionally) gives him mustard instead. When Foggy is distracted by something, Matt switches their drinks and Foggy ends up drinking the mustard in a Funny Background Event.Elektra: Friend of yours?Matt: Honestly, I've never seen him in my life.
- Serves as a Call-Back, both funny and sad as Matt mourns Elektra, Foggy and him drop their comedic banter. When Matt leaves, he checks his coffee to make sure Matt didn't put mustard in it.
- Foggy complained to Matt that a client paid with a fish, then later admitted that the fish was delicious to Matt.
- Bullseye is stuck on a flight with an elderly lady who just won't shut up, so he opens the complimentary bag of peanuts, finds the right sized nut, and ricochets it off the chair in front of him so it shoots straight into the lady's throat and chokes her to death. She can't even wheeze out that she's choking and collapses in a few seconds. Yes, it's an evil thing he done, but you can kinda see what Bullseye was dealing with.
- Even before that, she's chatting away while he's clearly listening to music on a headset, looking ever more agitated with every second. He even dials up the volume to an obnoxious level... And she's still louder than the music.
