At the beginning of Lero Ro makes a statement about luck in the tower. He says that one way or another, luck is the most important factor, whether it means the circumstances of ones origin or the luck they find along the way. When he conducts the Shinsoo barrier test, Bam passes without even budging. Everybody is of course shocked, and Lero Ro responds that Bam was lucky. At first, it seems that he’s trying to brush the accomplishment off, but think about what he said earlier about luck. Bam was lucky. He just received the kind of luck of being born with natural abilities.
Ja Wangnan's shinsu bombs were completely ineffective against Jue Viole Grace, and yet when he used a far weaker regular bomb, it did a fair bit of damage to him. Viole/Bam is completely immune to shinsu so of course the shinsu bomb wouldn't do anything.
Horyang has a crush on Goseng. Seems like pretty standard comic relief at first, until we find out about Teddy's past, and Sophia Amae, his first love, who Goseng happens to resemble.
On the twentieth floor, originally S.I.U. had planned for Love to mistake Viole for a girl and for Augusgus to correct him, as foreshadowing that Augusgus was a spy from FUG. Although this was changed because he thought it was too obvious, there is still a leftover of this original plan - Viole is assigned to the same room as Yiwha, a girl.
It seems strange that Grace Mirchea Luslec would rename Bam to Jue Viole Grace, but didn't give his family name to anyone else. While this could be attributed to the fact that Bam needed to hide his identity, Luslec didn't have to give his own last name to a Slayer candidate and instead could have used a different name. With the reveal that Bam is probably Grace Arlen's son, Luslec's decision makes a lot more sense, since Bam is biologically part of the Grace family.
