The title of this storyline is a reference to Superman's older TV catchphrases, but the way that plays out also comes up in how Clark recovers his powers slowly.
He first fully realizes his powers are returning after getting hit by a subway train, which makes him "More powerful than a locomotive!"
He first intentionally tests having powers by jumping a skyscraper. "Able to leap tall buildings in a single bound."
And finally, he gets his speed back by saving Jimmy Olsen from being shot, demonstrating that he's once again "faster than a speeding bullet!"
Fridge Logic
Would it not have made more sense for the Kryptonians to send their dangerous warship to an uninhabited planet rather than a world with aliens the same size as Kryptonians who might try to use it.
