- Why do Bowser and King K. Rool have bad Chemistry? Both of them are reptile kings that want to take over a foreign land, but while Bowser is liable to go karting with Mario, after everything's said and done K. Rool is an Ax-Crazy tyrant who has tortured, and even tried to kill, the Kongs multiple times. Even Evil Has Standards.
- Not only that, but one consistent trait of Bowser's is that he would sooner team up with Mario to fight another villain than team up with another villain to fight Mario.
- Though Bowser will make exceptions in terms of teaming up with another villain (In fact, he has a Villainous Friendship with Dr. Eggman), in this case it may be that K. Rool is simply too out of bounds for Bowser.
