There is no sign of Franny's family or her dog Igor when she visits the Bad Future in The Fran That Time Forgot. Since Franny's teenage self lives alone and has become focused on creating an army of elephant monsters to get even with everyone who laughed at her middle name, at best, she drove them away. At worst, there's a disturbing possibility that she killed them all.
One of the promises made by the Frandidate in the book of the same name when it is manipulating everyone into electing it president is that it will destroy everyone who doesn't agree with the voters, which appears to imply that the Frandidate is exploiting people's bigotry and prejudices.
Considering how much property damage Franny's experiments have caused, how has her family ever managed to pay for it all? One can only assume Franny got patents for some of her experiments that actually did work.
