Grandpa's Psycho is a Thriller movie by Danny LeGare.

Murry (Gunther Grambo) is an elderly man living out in the woods by himself. He runs a local garage, he devotes his life to the teachings of the Bible, and he has a family in his daughter Lisa (Tracey Kane) and granddaughter Megan (Alexandra Kane). So, yeah, seems like an average person.

Except for one minor detail.

You see, Murry has devoted himself to the teachings of the Bible so thoroughly that he feels his mission on Earth is to purge it from sinners. How does he do it? Oh, by chaining them up, stripping them naked, locking them away in his house, and torturing them while quoting the Bible in the hopes of getting them to drop their vices. Any he can't save, he kills and dumps in the lake by his house.

The film was released on June the 26th, 2015.

Grandpa's Psycho contains examples of:

  • Affectionate Nickname: Murry calls his granddaughter Megan "chipmunk".
  • As the Good Book Says...: Murry will regularly quote passages of the Bible while he's torturing "sinners". He sometimes mutters it to himself, as well.
  • Defiant to the End: Kelly. Even as Murry is killing her, she keeps telling him she doesn't believe in God.
  • Fan Disservice: There are shots of naked women in the movie... chained up and covered in blood, with huge gashes on their back from where Murry whipped them.
  • Flipping the Bird: Kelly does this discreetly after Murry offers to fix her car (again).
  • The Fundamentalist: Murry.
  • It Runs in the Family: Late in the movie, we see Megan hold a tea party with her grandpa's latest victim, and Lisa actually stares at the blood on her knife with disturbing joy.
  • No Ending: Overlap with Downer Ending. Murry kills Kelly and gets a new "sinner" to "save". Then he goes out to sit at the edge of the lake with Megan. Roll Credits.
  • Spiteful Spit: Kelly does this to Murry when he has her chained up in his basement.
  • Troubling Unchildlike Behavior: Late in the movie, we see Megan have a tea party with her dolls, and a still chained up Kelly.
