Grandmother's House is a Horror Movie by Peter Rader.

David (Eric Foster) and Lynn (Kim Valentine) are teenage siblings who have recently lost their father to death. With no mother to speak of, the kids are sent to California to live with their grandparents. Their grandmother (Ida Lee) and grandfather (Len Lesser) welcome them in with open arms, ready to make them feel right at home.

The next day, however, David begins to think something is wrong with his grandparents. He feels like they're harbouring some kind of dark secret, and that they might not be as safe as their new guardians want them to feel. David also notices a woman in a blue dress (Brinke Stevens) has been watching them from afar since they moved in with their grandparents.

The film was released on December 16th, 1988.
