Grandmother's Farm 2 is a Horror Comedy movie by Ahmed Zain. It is the sequel to Grandmother's Farm.
After the events of the previous movie, the group of Yassir, Ramsi, Abdullah, Khalid, and Saeed are getting together again. This time, they're going fishing with Yassir's uncle. However, it seems that what happened on the farm is not done haunting them, as Yassir's grandmother finds out.
The film was released on May the 7th, 2015.
Grandmother's Farm 2 contains examples of:
- Ankle Drag: Mr. Murshed ends up being dragged away like this after finding Noora at the farm.
- Athletically Challenged: Ramsi at the beginning of the movie. He's given a free kick into the net, and misses by a mile.
- Big Eater: Ramsi. He's seen eating a lot more in this movie than the last one.
- Breaking the Fellowship: At the end, the gang get into an arguement after Yassir discovers Khalid brought the djinn upon his grandmother's farm, and decide not the be friends anymore.
- Cerebus Retcon: The bones Yassir ran over in the desert in the previous film? They were the bones of the djinn's kids, and he wants revenge for them.
- Downer Ending: The movie ends with the boys getting into a fight and breaking off their friendship.
- Flashback: There are a few flashbacks to the previous movie.
- In the Hood: The boys are occasionally stalked by a guy wearing a robe over his head. He may or may not be connected to the djinn possessing Noora.
- Nightmare Sequence: Khalid has a nightmare about the girls he met in the previous movie, and how he took Noora from them.
- Numbered Sequels: The movie's title, obviously.
- Rapid-Fire "No!": Ramsi partakes in this when Abdullah throws his soccer ball over the edge of the boat.
- Voluntary Shapeshifting: Near the end of the movie, the djinn changes form from human to cat.
- You Are Fat: Ramsi gets subjected to more than a few fat jokes over the course of the movie.
