- Synopsis: The troublemakers of Beanotown; Dennis, Minnie, The Bash Street Kids, Roger The Dodger and many others have been accused of a crime that they didn't commit. They are all sent to The Beanotown Home For Really, Really, Reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeally Troublesome Kids, a sort of prison for children. They escape and they need to find the real culprit and claim they're innocent. The only place they can seek help is in Dandytown. Can they talk to their arch rivals into helping them?
- Comments: Rather good. Its not just a comedy, but also a drama and an action piece. It almost could do for a feature length film. The scene with Dennis thinking that his father is losing faith in his son is quite heart breaking and the scene with Ivy The Terrible having to cope in the Home is also sad. For a group of troublemakers, we actually feel sorry for them, so it's good that the author put those emotional scenes in. The action scenes are great too and fun to read. Most every Beano and Dandy character is in there. Well, not all of them.
