- Synopsis: "One man! Took down forty-two!" For the man known as Jacket, The Rooster Files constitute some of the vigilante's lesser known rampages. For Detective Manny Pardo and the Miami police, they detail their horrified, desperate pursuit of a seemingly unstoppable mass murderer.
- Comments: A custom campaign that tells a story concurrent with the events of the first game. It switches perspectives, allowing players more opportunities to see Jacket at his best while also casting a sympathetic light on Manny Pardo, with his already tenuous sanity from his tour during the Hawaiian Conflict fraying even further as he wades through the aftermath of the Rooster Man's crimes.
