The story details how Izuku gets the power to use all the Devil Fruits from One Piece instead of One For All, becoming an immensely powerful Hero with equally powerful enemies to face along with his friends.
This fic displays examples of:
- Accusation Fic: The author has made clear they aren't fond of Neito Monoma or Ryuko Tsuchikawa/Pixie-Bob, finding the former annoying as hell and unfit to be a Hero, and considering the latter an ephebophile for the joke about her being a Mrs. Robinson. As such, they turn Monoma into a borderline malicious asshole and get him dropped to General Education, and have Pixie-Bob's Quirk stolen by All For One before giving her to Parten to be brutally raped.
- Acrofatic: Despite seeming overweight, Hilda demonstrates surprising levels of agility in her fight against Bakugo during combat training.
- Adaptation Deviation: Rather than Bakugo who is kidnapped during the summer camp attack, Izuku and Ben are the ones who are taken by the League of Villains.
- Adaptational Jerkass: Monoma is borderline malicious compared to his canon counterpart, constantly belittling his fellow UA students for the pettiest of imagined slights even after he's dropped down to General Education for his behavior.
- Adaptational Nice Guy: Bakugo is a good deal nicer than his canon incarnation due to the positive influence Kirby has on him.
- Adaptational Superpower Change:
- Izuku gains the power of nearly all the Devil Fruits of One Piece after consuming one with all the colors of the rainbow on it.
- Silvers Rayleigh has a Quirk that allows him to detect the potential of a person and how to awaken it.
- An Arm and a Leg: When Shigaraki tries attacking Hilda at the USJ, Izuku chops his hands off at the wrists with the power of the Op-Op Fruit.
- Author Appeal: The author is very fond of Big Beautiful Women, so several characters end up bulking up throughout the fic, usually with the In-Universe justification of it either enhancing their Quirk, or finding it sexually appealing. The two primary examples being Hilda and Momo.
- Big Beautiful Woman:
- Hilda bulks herself up in the process both to better handle One For All and to establish the hero persona she set up that was designed in homage to Fat Gum. In no way does this detract from her beauty or combat capabilities due to how her Quirk, Optimal Condition, ensures that she always remains in peak physical condition.
- It's revealed that Hilda isn't the only one putting on weight as the Pro Hero Psy-Brina (who is Sabrina from Pokemon) has also fattened herself up. Fio Germi of Support Course Class 1-H is also fat as well.
- Momo keeps the bulk she gained from eating the cake monster she faced off against to better utilize her Quirk. Midnight also keeps the bulk she gained from the same incident.
- Sonia Magnolia is also shown to be very large, but is still beautiful and takes pride in her appearance.
- Hilda's cousin, Rosa, and their friend Yukari Bushima, have also fattened up after seeing Hilda's performance in the Sports Festival.
- Big Damn Kiss: After the USJ Incident, Hilda kisses Izuku full on the lips as gratitude for him saving her from Shigaraki.
- Childhood Friends: Izuku and Mipha are this. Having met in their youth when Izuku was training under Rayleigh.
- Curb-Stomp Battle:
- Shoto suffers this twofold. First at the hands of Izuku and Mineta during Combat Training and again by Ben during the Sports Festival.
- Monoma is subjected to this during the Sports Festival courtesy of Ben, on top of being given a scathing "The Reason You Suck" Speech.
- Wolfram's goons are utterly trounced by the combined might of 1-A and 1-B when they attempt their I-Island heist, with Wolfram himself getting knocked out by All Might after he tries escaping with the Quirk Amplification Headset's schematics.
- Class 1-A and 1-B utterly obliterate the competition during the Provisional License exam thanks to their intensive training and experience from dealing with the League of Villains.
- Cool Uncle: You don't get much cooler than Shanks, who in this story is Izuku's paternal uncle.
- Crossover:
- Gol D. Roger, Silvers Rayleigh, and Monkey D. Garp are the former #1, #2, and #3 Pro Heroes of Japan. In addition, Tsuru and Sengoku appear as veteran Pro Heroes.
- Metal Bat, Superalloy Darkshine, Silverfang, Drive Knight, Blast, Tatsumaki, Fubuki, Genos, Tank Top Master, Puri-Puri Prisoner, and Zombieman are Pro Heroes in this continuity.
- Hilda Yasakani is based upon Hilda from Pokémon Black and White.
- Tsunade Senju is a Pro Hero called Sister Sage known for her powerful healing Quirk that she combines with her innate physical strength. In addition, it is implied that the Pro Heroes Snake King and Master Toad are this universe's versions of Orochimaru and Jiraiya.
- Captain Planet is a Pro Hero who hates environmental destruction.
- Mipha, Rebecca, Nia, and NIMONA appear as students of Class 1-B.
- Kirby, who goes by the name of Kirby Sakurai, is a student at UA along with Penny Polendina.
- Captain Falcon is a member of the UA staff.
- The Dark Knights are working closely with the League of Villains.
- Fio Germi is a support student in UA's Class 1-H.
- Meta Knight is another native of Pop Star working as a Pro Hero.
- Killer B and Might Guy show up as Pro Heroes that Mineta, Nimona, and Aoyama respectively intern with.
- Melony appears as a Pro Hero with the ability to create and manipulate snow.
- Thrax, Tommyrod, Vetto, Rudbornn Chelute, Nnoitra Gilga, Deidara, the Autoscorers, and Saiko-chan are some of the new members of the League of Villains.
- The Phantom Thieves are third year students at UA alongside the Big Three.
- Kagetane and Kohina Hiruko join the League after Deidara is killed by Overhaul.
- Crossover Relatives:
- Shanks is Izuku's uncle by virtue of being Hisashi's younger brother.
- Garp and Dragon are respectively Izuku's grandfather and uncle on his mother's side
- Tatsumaki and Fubuki are Izuku's cousins and Inko's nieces as daughters of Inko's older brother Dragon.
- The Dark Knights are siblings to All for One, though they don't hold him in high regard.
- Tsuru is Midnight's mother.
- Rudbornn Chelute appears as an associate of Merciless and one of the new recruits to the League of Villains, with fellow Shinigami Gang member Nnoitra Gilga joining the League.
- Airi from Zombie Makeout Club shows up as Parten's cousin and a new recruit to the League of Villains.
- Thanoseid from the Amalgam Universe is the father of the Dark Knights and All for One.
- Death by Adaptation: Hisashi is mentioned to have died rather recently in the first chapter.
- Determinator: Izuku and most of Class 1-A are examples of this.
- Gender Flip: Kirby, usually a male in their home universe, is shown as a girl in this story.
- Greater-Scope Villain: The Dark Knights and their father, Thanoseid.
- Hair-Trigger Temper: Bakugo, despite being nicer in this story, still has his moments due to his short fuse.
- Hated by All: It's safe to say that Overhaul is despised on both sides for his horrific treatment of Eri and narrow-minded stupidity.
- Jerkass Has a Point: Bakugo, who is still quite hotheaded even after having Kirby as a stabilizing influence, points out to Momo that if she wants to rise to the top as a superhero, she must be able to surpass the basic requirements rather than blindly stick to them.
- Karmic Rape: Pixie-Bob is brutally raped by Parten after All For One depowers her. The author has made clear this was intended to be her "punishment" for considering her an ephebophile.
- Original Character:
- Gus the Ogre serves as the Sludge Villain's replacement for the villain who holds Bakugo hostage.
- Benio 'Ben' Torekuroshi, a boy with Elemental Powers, helps Izuku during the UA Entrance Exam and becomes a student of Class 1-A.
- Parten, a demented young man who first makes an appearance at the Sports Festival, eventually joins the League of Villains as he finds a connection with their goals and becomes a prominent member.
- Polyamory: The relationship tags list Izuku as being in romantic relationships with both Hilda and Ochako. It helps that Ochako is shown getting a Luminescent Blush around Hilda, and Izuku gets one from Ochako.
- Ship Tease: There are hints that Shanks has fallen in love with Inko. The author has even brought forth the possibility of them getting together, which is feasible since they're only related through marriage.
- Shout-Out: Kirby's hero name is a reference to Astro Boy.
- Snuff Film: As Parten rapes Pixie-Bob after All For One takes her Quirk and leaves her at his mercy, Magne, Airi, and Thrax sadistically record it. Parten later mocks Tiger during his fight with him that he still has the recording.
- What the Hell, Hero?: Spinner tries to call out Tiger for attacking Magne from behind during the summer camp battle, though it falls flat when Tiger retorts that in a life-or-death battle, honor is completely optional.
