Naruto Uzumaki was down in his luck after failing once more in his Shinobi teachings. Suddenly, he was attacked by weird creatures and he was almost killed until a figure in robes and cape took out the creatures. The figure was Doctor Strange.
Enamored by the power he possessed, Naruto begged Strange to teach him how to use magic. A year later, a new and improved Naruto appeared in Konoha.
Naruto: Mystic Adventures is a crossover between Naruto and the Marvel Cinematic Universe. It is made by PowerCore Productions and is part of the first phase of Anime X Marvel.

- The Ace: Naruto in this fic is not only a skilled shinobi but also a master of the Mystic Arts.
- Adaptational Badass: Naruto was already training as a ninja but he's also studied under the Sorcerers, making him far more capable than he was in canon.
- Adaptational Nice Guy: The events of the Sasuke Rescue arc caused Sasuke to reflect and decided to better himself.
- Adaptational Romance Downgrade:
- Naruto no longer has a crush on Sakura, thanks to Doctor Strange advising Naruto to let it go. Instead, he is Sakura's friend and teacher in developing her magic.
- In a roundabout way, Hinata lets go of her feelings for Naruto himself following the Sasuke Rescue arc.
- Adaptational Seriousness: Naruto became calmer, wiser and diligent following his training under Strange and Wong.
- Adaptation Deviation:
- Naruto and the rest of Team 7 would adopt attire to match the ones worn by their mystic teachers.
- Some of the Preliminaries are different such as Rock Lee vs Yori, Shikamaru vs Shino, Dosu vs Kiba, Naruto vs Choji, Sasuke vs Ino, Sakura vs Kin and Gaara vs Zaku.
- Adaptation Relationship Overhaul: Naruto's rivalry with Sasuke is dulled down. Sasuke on the other hand, is determined to catch up to Naruto after getting worried about the latter's growing prowess.
- And the Adventure Continues: Naruto reunites with Doctor Strange who asks for his help. After gathering Sakura and Sasuke, Naruto follows Strange to his world where the Final Battle of Avengers: Endgame is taking place.
- Aura Vision: Sasuke has this with the Sharingan which allows him, albeit barely, to see Naruto's magic. At the end of this fic's version of the original series, Sasuke's Sharingan went from its signature red to blue, allowing Sasuke to fully see Naruto's magic.
- Crossover Relatives: Kurenai Yūhi's grandmother is Agatha Harkness who traveled to Naruto's world and formed a family with a shinobi.
- Dies Differently in Adaptation: Zaku is killed by Gaara's Sand Coffin.
- Doppelgänger Attack: Naruto has both the Shadow Clone jutsu from his own world and the Images of Ikonn which he learned under the Sorcerers.
- Faking the Dead: After being rescued from the Akatsuki, Gaara had his death faked so that the Akatsuki won't continue pursuing him.
- For Want Of A Nail:
- Naruto was informed about the Nine-Tailed Fox sealed inside of him way earlier than in canon. When the first episode of Naruto took place, Mizuki tried to break Naruto by revealing that he is the Nine-Tailed Fox, only for Naruto to correct him that he's the jailer of the beast.
- Haku and Zabuza surviving allowed them to join Konoha and became part of their forces.
- Having passed the Preliminaries, Rock Lee and Sakura would enter the Finals where Rock Lee defeated both Neji Hyuga and Sasuke and Sakura became victorious over Temari.
- Impressed by Naruto's prowess with his ninja skills and magic, Tsunade agrees to return to Konoha. Not only that, Naruto transporting everyone using his sling ring prevents a clash with Orochimaru.
- Naruto actually defeats Sasuke at the Valley of the End and bring him home, averting his fate in joining Orochimaru.
- At the Tenchi Bridge Reconnaissance Mission, Sasuke fights Orochimaru and killed him.
- Gaara was a commander of the Fourth Shinobi World War in canon but he and Naruto had to go to Turtle Island while Jiraiya took his place as commander.
- From Zero to Hero: Described as such as Naruto reached a level equal to Sasuke prior to the start of the Naruto series.
- Gender Flip: Haku is a girl in this fic rather than being a female-looking male in canon.
- The Internet Is for Porn: Jiraiya became amazed at the internet and its obscene content, so he ends up spending hours surfing through it.
- Lured into a Trap: Mizuki uses someone to steal a ninja scroll to lure Naruto into an ambush. Unbeknownst to him, Naruto is far more equipped in dealing with him.
- Outside-Context Problem: The magic from the Marvel Cinematic Universe far surpassed many of the Ninja arts. Several of the most experienced ninja are completely overwhelmed.
- Parental Substitute: Doctor Strange became a father-figure to Naruto, even giving him advise whenever the boy had troubles.
- Promoted to Love Interest:
- Haku went from One-Shot Character to Naruto's girlfriend here.
- Rock Lee went from having a one-sided crush on Sakura to being Sakura's boyfriend in this universe.
- Sasuke becomes the (absent) husband of Sakura in Boruto. Here, he becomes Hinata's boyfriend instead following the Sasuke Rescue arc.
- Spared by the Adaptation:
- Haku and Zabuza survived the Land of Waves arc.
- Jiraiya is able to escape the Hidden Rain Village and returned to Konoha.
- Itachi survives by the end of the series.
- Technicolor Magic:
- Naruto's magical constructs are orange, representing his affiliation with the Sorcerers.
- Sakura's are crimson red signifying her being a Chaos Magic user.
- Sasuke's are blue to show he's a Frost Giant Magic user.
- Thinking Up Portals: Having a sling ring, Naruto can create the Sorcerer's Inter-Dimensional Portal. Although he's given a silver-colored sling ring which only allowed him to use this power in his world. This reminds Kakashi and Tsunade of Minato Namikaze's Space-Time Ninjutsu.
- To Be a Master: Naruto's goal is not only just becoming the Hokage but also becoming the Sorcerer Supreme of his world.
- Took a Level in Badass: Thanks to having magical teachers, characters have magic added to their ninja abilities.
- Sakura uses Chaos magic in her Genjustsu powers.
- Sasuke implements Asgardians/Frost Giant magic to his skills.
- Violently Protective Girlfriend: Haku does not take kindly with anyone who messes with Naruto. Danzō learn this the hard way when he receives a Death Glare by Haku after he mocks Naruto as a Demon.
- Weapon-Based Characterization: Naruto uses energy constructs based on shuriken, kunai and other tools of the Shinobi.
- Wham Episode: Naruto defeats Sasuke and brings him back to Konoha. Wong returns and agrees to bring Naruto and Jiraiya to his world to get away from the Akatsuki. Sasuke encounters Loki, who offers to train him and his new blue Sharingan.
- Wham Line: After injecting himself with Sasuke's blood, Kabuto got contacted from an unknown source who offered him power. As Kabuto asked what its name was, the being replied:Dormammu: My name is Dormammu
