Sometimes simple changes have far-reaching consequences. What if, during the Sludge Villain incident, All Might decided to let other heroes handle it instead? What if it was Mr. Compress who saved Izuku instead? It kicks off a series of events where a new wildcard enters the field: the Joker.

- Yui Kodai: A bloodthirsty kuudere who, despite appearing emotionless, has a bloodthirsty streak and a love of fighting.
- Tooru Hagakure: Despite having no physical enhancements, she works hard and trains herself to fight using weapons to overcome the lack of a combat quirk. Some of her bloodthirst during battle is likely due to her family heritage.
- Adaptational Badass:
- Inko Midoriya: The real brains behind Izuku's training regimen. She is also a nurse who moonlights as one half of the vigilante duo the Midnight Nurses, who travel around Mustafu helping hero and villain alike by patching up their injuries.
- Mitsuki Bakugo: The other half of the Midnight Nurses. She used her quirk as a disinfectant to help clean and sanitize injuries.
- Adaptational Early Appearance:
- Mr. Compress is introduced during the Sludge Villain incident.
- Adaptation Relationship Overhaul:
- The largest one is the relationship between Izuku and Mr. Compress. After being saved by the thief, Izuku became his student, instead of Compress joining the League. Later, Compress proposes to Inko and becomes Izuku's step-father
- Izuku and Bakugo are on much friendlier terms here, acting more like bickering siblings than their canon rivalry.
- Izuku and Tomura become friends and rivals due to their shared love of collectible card games, despite their hero and villain personas being enemies.
- Adaptational Superpower Change: Instead of receiving One For All, Izuku awakens a previously dormant quirk, which allowed him to summon anything that appeared on a card.
- Crack Fic: Endgame has many situations where something absurd is introduced, and treated seriously.
- Izuku's quirk allows him to summon anything on a card. This adds a lighthearted element to otherwise serious situations such as in the USJ, where Izuku summons wrestler John Cena via an old WWE card, complete with announcer and airhorn, to help him fight the villains.
- For Want Of A Nail: Instead of being saved by All Might when he was attacked by the Sludge Villain, Izuku was saved by Mr. Compress.
- Original Character:
- Loony Tunes, a rabbit with a quirk that enables her to use cartoon physics.
- Otsu Kawauso, An otter-mutant that works as Miruko's secretary. She also is dating Kendo Rappa and, in his absence, is the one currently managing an underground fighting ring.
- Rasputinian Death: Hisashi Midoriya's death involved getting hit with potentially lethal force by at least thirty different people for various reasons, many of them unintentional. Including every member of the then-current Top Ten Hero Roster. The core cause of death was a villain named Misery, whose Quirk induces bad luck.
- Running Gag: Who killed Hisashi Midoriya? In each chapter another character admits to potentially being responsible for his death in a comedic way. Later it is revealed that all of these things did in fact happen to him.
- Wham Episode: Chapter 28. When Compress and his team attempt to infiltrate the Triceps Corporation, they are not prepared for the security inside, leading to the death of one of his teammates.
- Transplant: Ryouya Harushi, from Rainy__Day's Street Fighting Heroes. However, unlike his original source, here Ryo has a quirk, and is related to Endeavor.
