- Take a drink whenever Kendra mentioned she used to be a barista.
- Take a drink every time Jax argues with Stein.
- Down a drink when Chronos pops up.
- Take a drink when Vandal pops up.
- Finish it if he does or tries to do something creepy to Kendra.
- Take a drink every time Rip Hunter warns the team not to mess with the timeline too much.
- Take 2 drinks if they DO manage to mess up the timeline.
- Take a drink every time another of the crew members chews out, ignores, distrusts or threatens Rip. Can frequently be in response.
- Take a drink every time Cold or Heat Wave call each other partners.
- Take a drink every time the above two decide to commit petty crime rather than help the mission.
- Take a drink every time Sara's Blood Lust comes up.
- Take a drink every time Sara bangs a famous historical figure. If it's a woman, take two shots.
- Warning for severe alcoholic poison: Take a shot for every Timey-Wimey Ball.
- Take a drink every time the team has a chance to kill Savage once and for all, but doesn't take it.
- Finish the bottle if it's Kendra who's supposed to deliver the killer blow, but still screwed up.

- Take a drink anytime you interpret any dialogue as subtle flirting. Enjoy having alcohol poisoning.
- Two when it's Sara involved. You're going to need that Lazarus Pit.
- Take a drink every time Jax deals with racism from different time periods.
- Vibe of Hawkgirl/Man, Vandal stops whatever he's doing: "They're/She's/He's here."
- It'd be safer to drink whenever Snart says something not snarky or sarcastic.
- Take a drink whenever Vandal Savage's theme plays in the background (Take another when you hear that rifle-like sound everytime his theme plays, if you dare.)
- Take a drink every time someone confuses Stein for a medical doctor.
- Take a shot every time there's a reference to another corner of the Arrowverse, not counting actual crossovers or characters.
- Take a shot every time there's a Mythology Gag to some other part of the comics universe (mainstream comics, movies, etc).
- Extreme version: Take a drink every time someone references another piece of media (have the hospital on speed dial).
