Siobhan Fallon Hogan (born May 13, 1961) is an American actress and comedian. At the start of The '90s she gained attention for a recurring role as Elaine’s friend and former roommate Tina on Seinfeld and for a one-season stint on Saturday Night Live. On the latter she was one of the three “Delta Girls” with Melanie Hutsell and Beth Cahill. A few years later she appeared as the eerily ageless bus driver in Forrest Gump.
Fallon Hogan is also a member of Lars von Trier’s Production Posse, having appeared in most of his English-language films from Dancer in the Dark onward.
She is married to Peter Hogan and they have three children. Up until 2001 she was billed as simply "Siobhan Fallon".
