Paul Kevin Rugg is an American writer, producer, voice actor, and puppeteer best known for Earth to Ned (2020-2021), Freakazoid! (1995-1997), and The Adventures of Puss in Boots (2015-2018).
He is married to Maria Rugg and they have one child.
