Amber Mildred Ruffin (January 9, 1979 in Omaha, Nebraska) is an American comedian, writer, actress, and tv host best known for her work on Late Night with Seth Meyers. Meyers hired her as a writer after she auditioned for a slot on Saturday Night Live.note
