Omega Integral Systems (OIS) was a Russian video game developer. It was located in Voronezh, Russia and was active in the early 1990s. The teams mostly consisted of young students.

Their first product was a top-down science-fiction action game named Megadestroyer Frantis. It was released in 1991. The story of the game is typical: the aliens are attacking and you must use your spaceship to save the world from them. The game was published as shareware by Diaksor.

In 1992, OIS developed SpriteWorks, a sprite editor and a set of libraries for animations. It was their first product under the name Omega Integral Systems (in Frantis, developers just used their own names) and only available in Russian.

A sequel for Megadestroyer Frantis came out in 1993. Its name is Frantis: Mission II. The series underwent a genre shift from top-down shooter to platform game. Unlike its prequel, Frantis 2 takes place inside an alien base and you travel on foot. It was the first commercial game of OIS. Its publisher was Nikita in Russia and Century Media elsewhere.

The group made an arcade vertical shooter Highway Fighter in 1993-1994. It has a sci-fi setting similar to that in Frantis games. However, the villain is a worldwide criminal corporation instead of aliens. The game was commercial and distributed by Nikita.

In 1994, they also completed the development of an educational platformer game named Body Quest which teaches the player human anatomy. This game was also published by Nikita.

Highway Hunter was arguably the last product of Omega Integral Systems. Published by Safari Software (a division of Epic Games) in 1995, it was a highly modified version of Highway Fighter: the villain corporation was replaced with aliens, the difficulty was toned down, and more bosses and levels were added.
