Richard Francis O'Neill (August 29, 1928 – November 17, 1998) was an American character actor best known for The Jerk (1979), The Taking of Pelham One Two Three (1974), and Wolfen (1981).
He was married to Susan Jacqueline Shaw and they had three children.
O'Neill died in 1998 at the age of 70 from heart failure.
