Satan, Satanás, Sayton, or whatever she feels like calling herself that day. Originally an angel who sang to placate the seraphim, the being later to be known as Ironmouse got bored with all the idyllic bullshit in Heaven and started to get ideas. Ideas which the Divine Host didn't like. Ideas which spread...and triggered Heavenfall, resulting in the angels falling from Heaven and becoming demons, effectively forming Hell. As punishment, Mousey was locked away in a box, deprived of all senses but painfully aware of her situation. One thing led to another, and she was freed by Bubi, and from there she took over Hell and ruled it...before growing bored again, this time making tracks for Earth. Humanity, anime and gaming were the stimulation the demon queen craved so badly, so she made her stay on Earth island of Puerto Rico, assuming the name "Ironmouse", eventually joining VShojo and reconnecting with Bubi.

Mousey's one of the longest-tenured, if not the longest-tenured active English-language VTubers around. She is snarky, spicy, foulmouthed and acerbic; however, the spice is tempered with ample sweetness, and she is quite adorable even when she's at her snarkiest, especially with her vitriolic best bud Connor "CDawgVA" Colquhoun. Despite her ever-growing onstream confidence, she is insecure and doesn't think much of herself; a notion which her friends and fanbase seek to dispel. Adorable to a fault, Mousey is easily the heart of VShojo, instantly making friends everywhere she goes, in spite and defiance of real-life health issuesnote .

    Tropes applying to Ironmouse herself 
  • Absurd Phobia: Is afraid of both birds and space. Both are arguably justified, however - her fear of birds stems from an incident when she was young (see Why Did It Have to Be Snakes?), and her fear of space comes from a time when she was "on a higher plane of existence" while staring at the stars.
  • Affably Evil: She is quite a pleasant, kind-hearted and friendly personnote  but make no mistake, she IS Satan and she will take over the human realm one day. She is not above commiting petty evil acts just for the laughs from time to time.
  • Alternate Universe: Upon officially revealing her demon queen form, Mouse revealed that her different forms each hail from a different one of these, to allow her to use whichever one she chooses at any time without contradicting her own lore. She also expounded specifically on the universe of her demon queen form, in which she never left Hell but still managed to join VShojo later on, and ultimately worked with them to Take Over the World and divide it amongst themselves.
  • And I Must Scream: Her punishment for defying Gabriel's will, spreading curiosity amongst the Divine Host, and attempting to meet the "Creator", was to get trapped in a box bereft of all senses for all eternity. Bubi eventually set her free.
  • Annoying Laugh: Mouse thinks of her laugh as this. Fans generally disagree.note 
    Mouse: I hate my fucking laugh. I sound like a maniac.
  • Apologizes a Lot: She's always apologetic when she notifies her fans that she's cancelling a stream or forced to limit her participation in a collab to voice-only (which due to her chronic illness is rather frequent), despite her fanbase being by and large quite supportive.
  • Aroused by Their Voice: Part of her powers is a sexy deep sultry voice (dubbed "Therapist Mouse" voice) that is capable of arousing anyone it's being used on. Victims include Projekt Melody (who begged her to "stop turning her on") and Kureiji Ollie, to whom the voice was super-effective. Much like her "Opera Voice" she can't maintain it for very long.
  • Assumed Win: Inverted. During her live watching of The Game Awards 2023, she's assumed that Quackity would win the Creator of the Year award... only for herself to get it instead, much to her complete shocknote . It probably has something to do with her chronic Heroic Self-Deprecation.
  • Attack of the 50-Foot Whatever: In Bubi's backstory video, she pulls this off to attack Limbo. However, it takes so much out of her that it drives Bubi to create her Power Limiter bells to prevent her from doing it again.
  • Auto-Tune: She uses it sometimes during her streams, although hardly for actual singing.
  • "Aww"-choo: Definitely.
  • The Baby of the Bunch: Of her family. She's mentioned that her brother and sister are so much older than her that they've been mistaken for her parents.
  • The Bard: She's mentioned that she always gravitates toward Bard classes in any game that features them, likely best shown by Umi Tormenta.
  • Beautiful Singing Voice: Lore-wise, she was the angel whose voice kept the Divine Host placated. IRL, she can sing incredibly a variety of songs due to having studied opera at a performance art school for several years prior to becoming really ill (see below). What genuinely catches even her Sitcom Arch-Nemesis CDawgVA off-guard is how good she sounds when she pulls out all the stops.
    Connor: This is like Homer Simpson talking in a British accent [...] Magic, black magic.
  • Be Careful What You Wish For: It's how Connor usually invokes Did You Just Scam Cthulhu? on her. A Running Gag whenever a Deal with the Devil is involved with him, is that she always regrets her wish when she eventually gets it:
  • Becoming the Mask: Whenever she is asked what she really looks like in real life, she replies with "What do you mean? This is how I really look like. This is who I really am."
    • During her interview with Anthony Padilla she admitted that as far as she is concerned, her Ironmouse persona is the person she was always meant to be.
      Padilla: So you feel more like yourself when you express yourself through your avatar, than in the "offline-world"?
      Mouse: I have never felt more myself than I have in this digital body.
    • During her interview with HealthyGamer, the host noted that she actually inverts this trope. Normally people wear a mask during their everyday interactions with others, and hide their true selves. Mouse, on the other hand, "wears" an online anime avatar which actually allows her to be more true to her real self and who she really is. As far as HealthyGamer is concerned, Mouse is way more authentic than a lot of internet personalities he has encountered.
  • Bespectacled Cutie: Most of her models have her wearing Purely Aesthetic Glasses (considering she doesn't need them normally), and she continues acting as endearing as she usually does while using those models.
  • Beware the Nice Ones: While usually Affably Evil (for someone who is Satan In-Universe), Ironmouse has multiple Berserk Buttons, and will unleash a diatribe of Flowery Insults on those who push them, unintentionally or not.
  • Big "WHAT?!": No one is more shocked to see Mousey selected as Content Creator of the Year during The Game Awards 2023 than Mousey herself.
  • Birds of a Feather:
    • Lore-wise she is this with Nyanners, them being two different brands of Eldritch Abomination (they even have similarly weird x-rays in the "Medical Check" side comic), with a similar sense of Blue-and-Orange Morality, that both eventually rebelled against their own creators and ditched their respective realms to have fun on earth. Both In-Universe and IRL, they have been close friends for a long time and they just "get" each other. Even after Nyanners left VShojo, the two remained in touch and are on good terms.
    • With Calliope Mori. As it turns out, two pink-haired anime girls particularly known for their musical talents and who dwell in the Underworld can get along famously. Calli mentioned being concerned that they wouldn't be able to carry a conversation for the two hours their first stream was scheduled for, only for it to turn out that two hours wasn't enough. Though somewhat downplayed in that they show just as much respect and admiration for their differences as for their similarities. This has continued to every time they've collabbed since.
  • Blatant Lies: When asked what her favorite three hentai were at OffKai Con, she replied "I have never watched hentai in my life." Uh... yeah... sure.
  • Breakout Character: Being the most popular female streamer on Twitch note , it's safe to say she is currently one of VShojo's biggest assets. Not bad for someone who started streaming to an audience of a handful of people in 2017.
  • Breast Expansion:
    • The transition between being independent and being part of VShojo resulted in her model at the time getting slightly altered, the gaining of a bigger size for her bust being one of them.
    • Her 3D VShojo model has a function that changes the bust on the fly, from modest to sizable.
  • Bring It: Whenever people in the chat overly worry about her health condition, she is quick to remind everyone that she has been living with CVID for a long time, that she knows her body's limits better than anyone and that she is much more resilient than people give her credit for.
  • Bubble Boy: She admits to being one IRL, due to her real-life condition (CVID, an immune disorder).
  • The Cameo:
  • Cameo Cluster: Her Lore-video is filled to the brim with cameos not only from fellow VShojo members Nyanners and Amemiya Nazuna, but also Nina Kosaka and Vox Akuma from Nijisanji EN (at the 2:40 mark) and hololive's very own Calliope Mori (at the 9:16 mark). Even Corpse Husband makes an appearance during The Stinger.
  • Cannot Keep a Secret: It's become something of a Running Gag that she'll inevitably reveal a new model too early (see Early-Bird Cameo below), but this isn't the only thing she'll spoil, as this clip demonstrates.
  • Can't Have Sex, Ever: Her real self can't get intimate with anybody (anymore) due to her medical condition, and it is evidently a sore spot for her. In-Universe, she plays the Hot as Hell trope to a T and doesn't have sex because she doesn't want to accidentally kill anybody. It's going solo or bust in both cases.
  • Caught with Your Pants Down:
    • Her "mail order incident" mentioned in the linked interview definitely counts.
    • Even before that, her parents accidentally found an unmarked Bible Black DVD that they played in front of another highly-Catholic couple that they knew from church. Apparently this ended their friendship, and caused her father to throw holy water at her.
    • This is also how Mouse's mother found out about Melody's second career:
      Mouse: She walked in on me watching you one time!
      Melody: On Twitch?
      Mouse: No.
      Melody: Ooh...
  • Character Catchphrase: She has a few.
    • "Hi! I'm Satan!!" and "It is I... Satan!"
    • "Dear god!"
    • "Not like I care or anything!" usually followed by a "humf!"
    • "However comma"

  • Child-Like Voice: During her Washington Post Interview, the journalist was shocked to learn that the cutesy-sounding voice Mousey uses during streaming is really her genuine voice and that she doesn't alter it in any way. Mousey went on to explain that it's because of her condition which severely affected the way her voice sounded. This causes her problems when she attempts to do things like negotiating with her internet provider, because people think they are talking to a kid over the phone.
    Mouse: You think I chose to sound like this!? Fuck you!!!
  • Compliment Fishing: She mostly does this with Connor. It hardly ever works, because he can see through it. He does offer compliments when she genuinely needs them, though.
  • Cleavage Window: Several outfits feature her bust showcased for all to see.
  • Cry into Chest: She did this with all her friends (and Connor too), when she half-connected herself (fully from the waist up) to a VR set and entered VRChat to celebrate New Year's Eve 2021 with them. She wasn't sad about anything, she was just crying Tears of Joy for finally being able to give her friends a hug, even if it was a virtual one.
  • Cute, but Cacophonic: On par with Nazuna in the "screams that can sunder eardrums" department. However, Mouse isn't as soft-spoken as Nazuna in casual interaction and often catches grief for it. Fortunately, she's good at rolling with the punches and clapping back at anyone foolish enough to do so, including this very page (see I Resemble That Remark! below).
  • Cute Monster Girl: She is a devil girl who claims to be "Satañas."
  • Cute Little Fangs: Able to switch between having normal teeth or having a single prominent fang. As of her Christmas 2020 outfit reveal, she has added the ability to have a full mouthful of sharp teeth, similar to Gawr Gura or Pikamee.
  • Cuteness Proximity: Being the third smallest member of VShojo, she has the tendency to cause this to others, most notably Calliope Mori.
  • D-Cup Distress:
  • Deal with the Devil: Her character being based on Satan, she can offer these.
    • She claims to be the cause of Keanu Reeves' often-memed inability to age.
    • Takahata101 made a deal with her for Internet fame in exchange for his soul. She was then such a fan of his work that she let him have his soul back.
    • When Calliope Mori made a tweet saying that she wanted to be a cute Shrine Maiden, Mouse responded with an offer to make it happen.
    • She successfully negotiated a deal with CDawgVA to cosplay as her in order for him to just show a clip of her being ecstatic when he joined her Twitch channel. He gets the last laugh when he eventually does a really bad one during her "4th Year Anniversary" stream:
      Mouse: This is so cursed! I regret everything!!
    • Her "4th Year Anniversary" stream essentially comprised of a number of those for the entire streaming audience, provided that they reach certain "charity goals." Predictably, the ones that would be especially embarrassing for her (such as the "Compliment Connor Stream") were placed especially high. And there was a copious amount of Loophole Abuse and You Didn't Ask when it came to fulfilling them afterwards, proving that, yes, despite her cute appearance, she really is Satan.
    • Racequeen Melody's lore video places her on the other side of this trope, as it's implied that her future self strikes a deal with Melware to see the "old" Earth after humanity's extinction.
  • Delicate and Sickly:
    • In-Universe, using her powers take a lot out of her, to the point that she has to wear limiters in order to prevent herself from using them too much. She also refuses to consume live human souls, and uses the streaming substitute, which also affects her health in a negative way.
    • In-Universe, she also can't sustain her heavenly singing voice (aka her "Opera Voice") for long, since it's part of her powersnote . The same goes for her deep sexy voice (aka her "Therapist Mouse" voice), which has the power to arouse anyone it's being used on.
      Mouse: It's like All Might, it just comes and goes.
    • Out of character, she was born with CVID note , which has resulted in various health issues for her, including being hospitalized and/or bedridden for long stretches at a time. By all indications, she was able to live a relatively normal life until her body became too ravaged by CVID for her to safely leave home, a situation only further compounded by the COVID-19 pandemic. As she also needs weekly plasma transfusions, she stresses to her viewers the importance of donating plasma. In addition, while she has a 3D avatar, she rarely uses it since it proves physically taxing. Her overall condition has improved at least a bit, as early in 2021 she mentioned that she's slowly becoming able to walk on her own again, if only a little. It should be noted however that she is stronger and much more resilient than people (which sometimes includes herself) give her credit for, and that she has little patience with people who "backseat her health."
  • Determinator:
    • She streamed continuously for more than ten hours during her 4th-Anniversary stream in order to raise money for the Immune Deficiency Foundation, an organization that is very important to her.
    • Her 2022 subathon lasted over four weeks note  during which she continuously streamed while hardly doing any breaks and hosting "sleeping streams" when she needed to rest.
    • Anyone who was watched her interview with HealthyGamer or listened to her story on the "Undiagnosed IDF Podcast" wherein she goes into deeper detail about all the crap she had to deal with over the years and how she managed to pull herself together enough to not only take care of herself but also her family will attest that Mousey doesn't just have determination... she is literally made of it!
  • Did I Just Say That Out Loud?: During one of her streams Mouse decided to wear a heartrate monitor and after several seconds of struggle said that her breasts were too big and getting in the way. She was understandably horrifically embarrassed to realize what she just blurted out on stream.
    Mouse: Holy shit my tits are too big. [Oh, Crap! look crosses her face] I didn't mean to say that out loud!
  • Didn't Think This Through:
    • In one interview, she confided that due to her medical condition she had to mail-order certain "special friends" in order to satisfy her "urges." What she didn't take into account was that, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, her parents have to open and sterilize every package she receives before they hand it over to her, which turned into an incredibly-awkward situation.
    • She once put up a "reverse harem application form" where the only two qualifiers were being over 18 and not being her Sitcom Arch-Nemesis CDawgVA. Predictably, she received an overwhelming amount of applicants and the form was taken down just two days after it was launched.
  • Disappointed in You: Pretty much has this reaction when she watches a clip of Gordon Ramsay "making" pegao note , a Puerto Rican delicacy.
    Mouse: Why are you doing this to me Gordon? Why? I loved you!
  • Disproportionate Retribution: She gets one on the receiving end. For causing the fall of the angels, she is sentenced to spend eternity alone in a box, unable to speak, sing, or do anything else.
  • Distinguishing Mark: Has a heart-shaped birthmark on her upper thigh IRL, though it's not on any of her models as of yet.
  • Don't You Dare Pity Me!: Downplayed. She doesn't like people bringing up her real-life illness or pitying her on stream as it makes her feel uncomfortable, and she just wants to be normal. That being said, she doesn't ban anyone for it either, and she is actively trying to be more open and frank about it. She also doesn't hesitate to answer questions about her condition in interviews if it means raising awareness.
  • Early-Bird Cameo: Mousey just can't keep new models a secret before their debut.
    • She planned on debuting her new 3D avatar on a special YouTube stream on March 13, 2021, in part to celebrate hitting 300,000 subscribers on YouTube. However, she was so excited about the new avatar that she wound up showing it off to her usual Twitch audience the evening prior.
    • For April Fool's 2021, she was going to introduce a variant of the above 3D model with the hair and clothing colors inverted note . She wound up showing it off on the March 26 stream.
    • Her "Demon Queen" model was scheduled to be introduced on May 11, 2021, but it too made an earlier appearance during her May 6 streamnote . Mousey would later note on Twitter that this was the third time she'd done that:
      "I seriously have a problem. >.< At this rate I will never have normal debuts. LOL."
    • Mousey received a new outfit for her 3D avatar, a swimsuit with a different hairstyle, that she planned to debut on June 3, 2021. You can guess what happened on June 1... Further, despite doing her best to only show off the hairstyle change, a brief shift up revealed the rest of the outfit at one point.
    • In the months leading up to Halloween 2021, she had let it slip several times note  what her costume for the festivity would be. True to form, she ended up debuting it ahead of schedule, on the 17th.
  • Early-Installment Weirdness: Before she had her own model, she used an avatar of Tohoku Kiritan. Said avatar has since been named "Babymouse" by her fans.
  • Elective Broken Language: She gets called out for it by CDawgVA, who accuses her of deliberately mispronouncing words for "clips and views." He also calls on the Latino members of the chat to confirm it (and some of them actually do). This leads to a really heated argument between the two where they start hurling insults at each other. It's all in good fun, though.
  • Elegant Gothic Lolita: According to this video, it's her IRL everyday dressing style.
  • Energy Absorption: Bubi's origin story shows her absorbing his power when he attacks her.
  • Erotic Asphyxiation: Has confessed to this being one of her fetishes.
  • Even the Girls Want Her: Happens in her playdate streams occasionally. The most notable instance was when she used her "Therapist Mouse" voice on Melody (which is much softer and sultrier than her normal voice). Melody got visibly worried that "it awakened something inside her," and eventually asked Mousey to "stop turning her on".
  • Evil Is Petty: True to her Satanic nature, the very first thing she did once her hugely successful 2022 subathon ended and gave her thanks to all of her friends for their help and support was to raid Connor's stream and have her chat tell him how much his stream sucked.
  • Evil Laugh: Sometimes lets out an evil giggle, particularly when something funny happens to CDawgVA while they're gaming together.
  • Exotic Eye Designs: Her eyes' pupils look like there's a penguin inside. It's not clear if this was intentionally done by the designer, but they are very cute regardless.
  • Expressive Ears: A variant; her horns in several of her forms (particularly the earliest model) serve to move either on command or alongside her blinking eyes. Her first demon form's horns are more rigid, so a small pair of wings on her head take that role instead.
  • Extreme Omnisexual: Has claimed that her fetish is "people with bodies."
  • Eye Scream:
    • Something she's mentioned multiple times is how (back before her CVID worsened, when she was able to engage in physical relationships) one partner licked her eyeball, which wound up giving her an infection. A month later, an intimate moment came to an end when her partner accidentally got "frosting" in her eye, which also gave her an eye infection.
    • In March 2021, Mouse was having a major laughing fit over Nyanners' "Oh Hey Babe" video, when she hit her desk in just the right way to cause a rosary that her mother left hanging nearby to fall and hit her in the eye. While she was physically okay, she did play off the incident on her next stream, with an eyepatch over her avatar's left eye, and claiming to have taken "holy damage" and feeling more seiso because of it.
      Mouse: I have changed! And it's all thanks...to getting decked in the face.
    • In June 2021, a box of gloves fell on her, causing her to shriek and cry out in pain for approximately two-and-a-half minutes before telling the chat what happened.
  • Eyeless Face: On one occasion, Mouse had just sung passionately enough that she was brought to tears... which promptly caused her model to glitch out and give this lovely effect.note 
  • Eyes Do Not Belong There: The skin she debuted in mid-2022 has an eye at the start of her cleavage that blinks and looks around on its own.
  • Face of a Thug: As much as a cute Satan-type VTuber can look criminal, that is. Despite being characterized as Satan itself and having the fitting design for such a thing — wings and horns included on occasion — she is genuinely very friendly and rarely acts like a jerk to others. That doesn't mean she won't ever do that, though, because she occasionally can.
  • The Fake Cutie: She is not above overplaying her cute and vulnerable side while acting all shy and innocent for nefarious purposes. She is "Satanas," after all.
  • Fallen Angel: In her lore video it's revealed that not only she was originally the angel with the most Beautiful Singing Voice, she was in fact the angel who caused the Heavenfall in the first place!
  • Fan Community Nickname: Her Precious Family.
  • Fan Disservice: Invoked during her viewing of "The Insane Rise of Vtubers and Why I Hate Them" when she comments on "the seduction of" various stock anime noises...followed by repeatedly saying "Onee-Chan" in a heavy Southern drawl with voice cracking.
  • Fangirl:
    • Of various hololive girls. Particularly of Calliope Mori with copious amounts of Squee involved.
    • She's a huge fan of musicals like Hamilton and Beetlejuice, and a lot of songs she likes to sing are from such musicals.
    • She's also a huge fan of tokusatsu shows like Kamen Rider and especially Super Sentai, the latter she has quite a bit of merchandise for.
    • She has quite the Minecraft addiction, and is quite fond of the sandbox elements in it. She plays it quite often during her streams.
    • Palworld. She can't stop playing it for some reason, and she seemingly can't stop herself.
  • Fighting Across Time and Space: In "Ironmouse Unleashed", the various versions of Ironmouse fight her Superpowered Evil Side
  • Flat-Earth Atheist: As exemplified by this exchange...
    Mouse: I don't believe in God.
    Connor: What do you mean? You are part of the lore!
  • Foreign-Language Tirade: Has a tendency to fall into these (particularly at Connor).
  • Fun with Foreign Languages: She loves to teach her English-speaking audience members and playdate partners Spanish swear words and naughty phrases, such as coñonote  and mamamelonote .
  • The Gadfly: Particularly when she's medicated, and playing with Connor.
  • Gallows Humor: She used to make a lot of dark jokes involving the severity of her health condition during her early appearances. Those have become much less common as she found True Companions, gained an audience, and her overall mental health improved, but she still slips back to them from time to time.
  • Girls Love Stuffed Animals:
  • Giving Up the Ghost: Is able to evoke this. Usually it's a good sign of an incoming laughing fit, but other times it's used for genuine shock—notably, during her 2023 livestream of The Game Awards after she was declared the Content Creator of the Year against her own expectations.
  • Going Commando: When watching a video in which Ookami Mio mentioned that she doesn't wear panties when she sleeps, Mouse paused the video and, after a moment of silence, whispered...
    Mouse: We have something in common! [embarrassed screaming]
  • Go Mad from the Revelation: Whatever she and the other fallen angels saw when they entered the creators chamber, it horrified them all so badly they've blotted it out of their memories, and it's implied to be what caused Nazuna's amnesia. They haven't forgotten the horror they felt on seeing it though.
    Ironmouse: ...No. No no... This is... this is wrong... That can't be true!
  • Good Bad Girl: Despite her "interest" with sex and all things sexual, she's a very sweet and kind-hearted person.
  • Ham-to-Ham Combat: Her streams with CDawgVA can come down to this, with both of them yelling at each other in an over-the-top way.
  • Harem Seeker: She even put out her own application form. In her own words, anyone can apply note .
  • Healthcare Motivation: Part of the reason she works so hard is to cover her own medical expenses, which are quite high.
  • The Heart: As indicated with the heart shapes all over her avatar, she is a very emotionally driven and thoughtful person. She is also the person who brings most of VShojo together, and the one person that most members and non-members seek to have a "playdate" with.
  • Heart Symbol: Has these as a significant part of her motif.
  • Hell of a Heaven: She thinks heaven is incredibly boring. Hell too, in a slightly different way. The only realm that captures her interest is the human one.
  • Height Angst: Downplayed. She has mentioned not being embarrassed being short and said that short people should feel proud for being able to "suck a titty while standing up," but she also recalls stories where her petite stature got her stopped from performing adult tasks and embarrassingly revealed that, due to how big her family truck and how small she is, she needed to place cushions to see past the steering wheel and wear platform shoes just to reach the pedals.
  • Heroic Self-Deprecation: Mouse has a bad habit of putting herself down, due to feeling her health issues make her The Load, and downplaying her success despite being one of the biggest creators on Twitch. Probably one of the few things that Connor and Nyan will work together on is getting Mouse to acknowledge her accomplishments.
  • Hidden Depths:
    • According to her wiki page, she used to be a breakdancer. And it's explicitly shown in her Lore Video.
    • She has a talent for Voice Acting, as shown in the lore videos she appears in and her collaborations with Merryweather Media.

    • She has a fairly-extensive grasp of medicine, medical terminology and pathology, picked up from her years of dealing with her CVID and related illnesses.
  • Hollywood Exorcism: On the receiving end from her religious Muggle Foster Parents who have thrown holy water at her on several occasions for reasons ranging from excessive swearing to trying to play Diablo on their computer. Mousey, on her part, being the most powerful demonic being in existence, considers it a nuisance more than anything else and is more concerned with the electric equipment the water might damage.
    Mousey: There isn't enough holy water to purify this piece of shit.
  • Horned Humanoid: Mousey is a demon with horns protruding from her head, with different portrayals of the horns based on which model she uses; sometimes the horns serve as Expressive Ears, while others such as her demon queen form have the horns more thick and rigid to emphasize her demonic traits.
  • Horror Hunger: Played with. Even though she's a demon who needs souls to sustain her health for much longer periods of time, Mouse refuses to fully feed off of live human souls, preferring to take a little of their life force at a time, and always asking permission first. As a consequence, her health is slowly fading away over time.
  • Hospital Hottie: One of her Halloween costumes was a sexy nurse, complete with a Cleavage Window.
  • Hot as Hell: Mousey is Satan as a Cute Monster Girl, and while she is considered cute in most cases, a few of her outfits invoke quite a bit of Fanservice. In particular, her Demon Queen form plays the mature Ms. Fanservice archetype to a T, with Hartman Hips and Impossibly-Low Neckline to boot.
  • How Much More Can He Take?: As her 2022 subathon grew longer and longer, more and more members of her chat started asking this, much to her annoyance. Her response was to tell them all to Bring It.
  • Humble Hero: Despite all of her talent and all of her achievements, she still doesn't consider herself to be anything special.
  • Idiot Hair: A single lock forming a heart shape coming from the top of her head.
  • I Hate Past Me: Often happens when Mouse ends up viewing videos of herself, ranging from being pissed off at her past self to being embarrassed at what she said or did.
    • In terms of embarrassing herself, her response to the immortal "Despacito" clip is one such example:

  • I Have Brothers: She's mentioned that she initially got into anime and video games through her brother's extensive collections of both.
  • I Have Many Names: She is known my many names, being Satan and all. Ironmouse is just the name she chose most recently.
  • I Just Want to Be Normal: Given her circumstances and limitations, this is a major theme for her.
  • Ink-Suit Actor: She doesn't believe herself to be one, but her IRL nurse definitely does, claiming that her VTuber avatar looks exactly like her.

  • The Knights Who Say "Squee!": Mouse is well known in the VTuber community for squeeing over a ton of VTubers and there are a few stand-out examples...
    • Even before the formation of VShojo she was a big fan of Nyanners, whom she followed even before she became a VTuber. During their first collab, Nyan admitted she was also a big fan of Mouse and that it was Mouse who inspired her to become a VTuber in the first place. Even after Nyanners left VShojo, the two remain in touch and are on good terms.
    • She greatly admires Calliope Mori. Appropriately enough, Calli herself stated that Mouse was a major inspiration for her before she became a VTuber.
    • She is also a huge fan of Kureiji Ollie and has praised her numerous times even before Ollie appeared on the talk show. Similar to Calli, Ollie revealed that she watched Mouse before becoming a VTuber and lists her as one of her inspirations for being one.
  • The Lad-ette: In the words of CDawgVA, "It's very generous to call Mouse a woman."
  • Lady Swears-a-Lot: She's not afraid of throwing around F-bombs like it's no big deal. All the more hilarious with her cutesy-sounding voice. Her old VShojo character art even had a hairpin that said F##k♥. Whenever she tries to do a "No Swearing" challenge on a stream, most viewers generally agree that it's not a matter of if she'll fail but rather when and how severely.
  • Leitmotif: "Gremlin Fantasy" or "Demon Queen Paradise," depending on which version of her avatar she's using.
  • Likes Older Men:
  • Literally Prized Possession: The Cinnamoroll plushie that CDawgVA won for her in a crane game, during their Virtual Tour of Tokyo, is currently by her side and she refuses to part with it.
  • Little Bit Beastly: Courtesy of her Halloween costume, she can swap out her horns and devil tail for her namesake's equivalent.
  • Living Emotional Crutch: According to Nyan's lore video Reckoning Mousey's very presence acts like a buffer toward the old ones and keeps Nyan's Horror Hunger for the sanity of mankind in check. How much this is still in effect after Nyanners left VShojo is yet to be determined, but the two are still very important to each other.
  • The Load: Invoked, but ultimately Averted Trope. She believes she is this to her friends and family due to her condition. In reality, she is a Humble Hero.
  • Long Runner: While Nyanners has been around longer overall, Mouse has been a VTuber much longer than she has, and is known for being one of the first English-language VTubers. To put it into perspective, she predates Tokino Sora by just over a month note , making her older than the entire Original Generation.
  • Loophole Abuse: Whenever her Deal with the Devil shenanigans take place. For example, she had agreed to do a "Compliment Connor" stream (Connor being her Sitcom Arch-Nemesis) if she reached the $100,000 donation goal in her "4th Year Anniversary Charity Stream". But she didn't specify how she would compliment him. When the agreed stream eventually happened, it was in a way that embarrassed him and made him feel as uncomfortable as possible.
  • Madness Mantra: Has a tendency to slip into this when reacting to something, especially when she's excited.
  • Magnetic Hero: In addition to being The Heart of VShojo, she attracts a large number of other people to her side and manages to inspire the best in them. This includes not only other independent VTubers, such as Snuffy, but also hololive members Calliope Mori and Kureiji Ollie, as well as live streamers such as CDawgVA and Chris Broad (though arguably the last one is probably her in disguise). Even former member Nyanners remains attached to her after leaving VShojo.
  • Muggle Foster Parents: Since she is Satan, she has no real family, she just brain-washed one into accepting her as their own. She still values every member very highly though.
  • My Eyes Are Up Here: Played with. Her "Demon Queen" model has an eye placed directly above her cleavage.
  • The Napoleon: She is 4'10" and has a tendency to lose her temper (especially with Connor).
  • Nervous Wreck: When starting out, she was quite nervous and made various impulsive Freudian Slips in the process, even while having a normal conversation. After Character Development, she became more confident and is much more articulate with her speech.
  • Never My Fault: As pointed out by plenty of viewers, whenever she plays a game with Connor, if she makes a mistake or dies, she will invariably blame Connor, even if he was nowhere near her when it happened.
  • No Sense of Direction: By her own admission, at least in this video.
  • No Hero to His Valet: Her family are big fans of Nyanners, and have purchased (or politely asked Mousey to get them) merchandise with Nyan's image on it. When asked if they want to get Mouse merch too, they replied that there's no need because "they see her every day."
  • Non-Indicative Name: Ironmouse is, in fact, neither iron nor a mousenote . She has on at least one occasion mused about changing her name to put an end to such confusion. During his guest appearance on Lewdcast, Takahata101 even poked a bit of fun at it... as Super Kami Guru, no less.
    • Fellow VShojo member Zentreya disagrees with that assessment, stating that the name is indicative of both her cuteness and her resilience.
    • She eventually reversed this as of the reveal of her "Demon Queen" form, during which she provided an in-character reasoning for her name, that being that it's a play on Maou, a demon lord in Japanese mythology.
    • Then she reversed it the other way in her Halloween 2021 "Angel" costume, which has fluffy mouse ears and a tail.
    • Kson's lore video lampshades it, as Cyborg Zen expresses confusion over it, and Mouse asks her if she thought that Mouse was actually made of iron.
    • In her Lore Video she tells Bubi, that it's just the name of an anime character she liked.
  • Non Sequitur: She can veer into random, nonsensical speeches when she's particularly emotional, which can come off as awkward to others due to how unexpected they are. Most who observe her doing this find this trait of hers to be comical.
  • Not Me This Time: During their reading of the script of The Room (2003), Melody said the script was written by a demon, Mouse was quick to confirm she didn't write it.
  • No, You: Her streams with Calliope Mori can have a lot of this on both ends. According to Calli, before their second stream, they just kept saying this back and forth, and could've continued for at least two hours.
    • History repeated when she streamed with Hakos Baelz, which also started with a back and forth "No you!" cycle about how cute they were.
    • She does this pretty much every time one of her friends complements her.
  • Obliviously Beautiful: In her "4th Year Anniversary" stream, she outright stated that she didn't consider her real-life self to be good-looking, even going so far to describe herself as a "gremlin." She has never done a "face reveal" and never posted images of herself out-of-character online, but there are serious indicators that this is, in fact, not the case:
  • Oh, Crap, There Are Fanfics of Us!: During one of her streams Mouse found numerous fanfics pairing her up with other members of VShojo and Connor. Suffice it to say she was quite embarrassed.
  • Older Than They Look: She recalls before her illness made her bedridden she was stopped multiple times from doing adult things due to how "smol" she was.
  • Orcus on His Throne: Following her conquering Limbo, her rule of Hell basically consisted of her watching anime and playing video games. As she stated, Hell basically ruled itself.
  • Our Angels Are Different: Her "angel" outfit, as one would expect, came packed with tiny feathered wings, but also with mouse ears and tail, making her resemble Kero over a more traditional depiction. Also, she's still positively pink.
  • Overly-Long Tongue: Has one as of her Christmas costume reveal.
  • The Paragon Always Rebels: Despite being one of the most powerful and beloved of the angels, she was cast out of Heaven for daring to ask why the Creator hasn't been seen or heard in over a billion years. She cracked open the door leading to the Creator's chambers and saw something that permanently scarred a number of angels and caused them to fall as well, creating the plane of Hell.
  • Perverse Sexual Lust: She has been shown to literally drool over several fictional characters, including but not limited to the "Otoko-No-Uta" trio in Granblue Fantasy, Gilzeren III, and Colonel Sanders.
  • Pink Is Feminine: Her color palette is pink, and she's quite feminine.
  • Platonic Life-Partners: Rather blatantly has this relationship with CDawgVA, being the one she shows up with the most often during her streams, seemingly even more than her VShojo allies, whom she is Heterosexual Life-Partners with instead.
  • The Pollyanna: She can talk casually about her oxygen machine malfunctioning and spraying blood all over her clothes with a big sunny smile on her face.
  • Positive Friend Influence: In-Universe she is this to Nyanners, as shown in Nyan's origin storynote (The lore is void after Nyan left VShojo, but the two remain important to each other). In real life, even outside of VShojo, she has the tendency to bring out the best in everyone she collaborates with (yes, even her Vitriolic Best Friend CDawgVA... sometimes).
  • Polyglot: In addition to speaking English and Spanish fluently note , she has some command of Japanese and Korean as well (though during her April 24, 2021 stream she noted that her Korean has "gone out the window" and her Japanese "is floundering").
  • Pointy Ears: Shown prominently in her demon queen form.
  • Power Limiter: The bells that she wears most of the timenote  keep her demonic power in check. Mouse made a point of noting the lack of bells on her "Demon Queen" model during its official debut. Also referenced during Silvervale's 2D debut, where a table in the back has items associated with the other VShojo streamers and her friends that she had allegedly stolen. Cue Mouse using the Demon Queen model that night...
    Silver: And then we have Mouse's bell! But wait, won't she destroy the world if she doesn't have her bell?

  • Running Gag:
    • Whenever she makes a Deal with the Devil with CDawgVA, he always pulls a Did You Just Scam Cthulhu? and she always ends up regretting what she eventually gets. It should be noted however that this happens only when she is making a direct deal with him. In all other cases (such as the "Compliment Connor" stream, which was a deal she made with her audience) she is fully able to utilize Loophole Abuse and You Didn't Ask in order to come out on top.
    • Connor's cursed cosplay being "IRL Mouse."
    • Mousey using a modified version of Connor's copypasta about her singing to mock him when he does something painful and/or embarrassing.
      Mouse: Connor is an amazing wrestler, possibly the best of our time. Critics analyze the nuisancesnote  and sophisticated nature of his wrestling performances. If It were my choice, all wrestling would be banned if it wasn't from Connor's hands.
    • The "conspiracy theory" (backed up by Insane Troll Logic) that she is in reality Chris Broad using a voice box, behind an anime avatar - the truth is Chris Broad is actually her.
    • On Speak of the Devil, at least Once an Episode either the guest or the chat will bring up something that ends up relating to Connor somehow. Not that strange since they work together a lot, but Mouse's reactions are pretty funny.
    • Being a huge fan of VTubing, she's started trying to talk some of her IRL streaming friends into getting VTuber models.
  • Satan: Mouse commonly starts her streams by introducing herself as Satan and mentions several times that she used to be an angel until she and God had "creative differences."
  • She Is All Grown Up: Her future self seen in Racequeen Melody's lore video gets this reaction from Melware, who declares that she has "dommy mommy energy".
  • Shipper on Deck: She was one of the first people who noticed there was chemistry between Nyanners and Lord Aethelstan, and was extremely happy when the two of them started dating IRL.
  • Ship Sinking: The shipping some members of the chat were doing between Mouse and CDawgVA got to the point where it was excessive, leading Mousey to finally tell her chat to knock it off. Her mods also delete over-the-top shipping comments, as well.
    • Mouse later clarified her opinion on shipping:
      "I don't really have a problem [with being shipped with others], but when it gets weird, and when it gets to the point where it overwhelms everything that's going on, that's a problem."
  • Shrinking Violet: Not usually, but she can delve into this at times, such as when making changes that she's not certain will be well-received by her fans (usually changes to her avatar's design), or when playing Dungeons & Dragons.
  • The Shut-In: By necessity, as her condition leaves her highly vulnerable to most pathogens. As she has put it, she's "an extrovert forced to live like an introvert."
  • Signature Laugh: When she's especially amused, her laughter causes her voice to wind up and down in a very unique way. For context, her chat jokingly transcribes this as an 'A-A-A-A-A'.
  • Singing Voice Dissonance: While her normal singing voice is relatively close to her speaking voice, her opera singing is leagues different. Consequently, it has strained Mouse's vocal cords to the point of leaving her in coughing fits. Justified In-Universe since her angelic voice is part of her powers and it takes a lot out of her.
  • Spicy Latina: Downplayed in that her usual model isn't heavy on fanservice (though some of her other models definitely are), but she does yell quite often. Especially during streams with Connor, where she'll be yelling and arguing with him for most of the stream.
  • Succubi and Incubi: Subverted. While she's a demon who once explicitly described herself as a succubus in the early days of streaming, she doesn't engage in direct sexual encounters for both real and fictional reasons. Though she does live up to the "horny" part.
  • Superpowered Evil Side: When she loses one of her bells in "Ironmouse Unleashed", she turns into a powerful 50ft demon that nearly takes over the entire multiverse and needs the combined efforts of multiple multiverse versions of Ironmouse and Bubi to be contained.
  • Tears of Joy: During some truly memorable moments.
  • That Didn't Happen: Mousey vehemently denies any sweet moments between her and CDawgVA. They don't exist, okay? No matter how many times you clip them.
  • That Syncing Feeling: Her performance in the "Vills vol.3" live concert, had some synchronization issues, which resulted in her mouth flapping without any lyrics coming out and vice versa. Her brilliant vibrato voice and incredible 3D model choreography more than made up for them though.
  • The Tape Knew You'd Say That: As part of the Running Gag that she is actually Chris Broad, she claimed that all of her lines, when he and CDawgVA called her during their meetup were pre-recorded. And the interview she had with him afterwards.
  • Time Abyss: Has been around at least since humans began to have original thoughts and ideas. The only reason she couldn't tell you exactly when this was is because she's bad at math.
  • Took a Level in Smartass: During her debut years, she held back her snark, or at least didn't convey it too often, and instead offered up a mischievous quip when involved in something that irritated her. However, as she continued streaming, she eventually became much more prone to snarking, and she does it quite often, which is actually very noticeable if comparing one of her old streams to a new stream.
  • Too Kinky to Torture: She's admitted that she's a bottom who enjoys a little pain with her pleasure.
  • Tsundere:
    • Whenever she collabs with Noble and the other girls for Visual Novels playthroughs, she typically plays these types of characters when voicing them.
    • Mousey herself will occasionally display this behavior, particularly if someone redeems the "Tsundere Mode" custom reward using their channel points, or for comedic effect in regard to certain people.
  • Unwitting Instigator of Doom: Because she left hell without a ruler to have fun in the Earth Realm, an Alternative Universe "grown-up" version of her, took over Hell and caused "Pandemonium." Oops.
  • Valley Girl: She did a pretty good impression of one when she was reading the "Ship Sinking" trope entry on this very page, and she has pulled the voice out a few other times as well.
  • Vampiric Draining: In-character, her reason for streaming, as doing so allows her to drain small amounts of soul energy from her viewers, allowing her to sustain herself without having to harm anyone.
  • Vitriolic Best Buds: She has developed this dynamic with CDawgVA, with their collaborations with each other mostly amounting to bickering and Connor teasing her, much to her increasing outrage.
  • Vocal Evolution: As recently as 2020, Mousey spoke in a character voice on-stream, raising her vocal pitch to a higher register and using a Standard American accent. As time went on and her comfort level rose alongside her popularity, this gradually slipped away, and she now speaks in, more or less, her real-world voice, with her natural Puerto Rican accent.
  • We Used to Be Friends: She used to be more friendly, shy, and cordial to CDawgVA during their early collabs. Once their Vitriolic Best Buds dynamic fully developed, all of that went out the window and they became more openly hostile towards each other. According to Connor, they basically "speedrunned their friendship all the way to resentment."
  • What Does This Button Do?: A subversion. She set up her software so that her 3D VRChat avatar could change facial expressions through certain hotkeys, but forgot which keys did what. So she experimented, only to find that one of them selected an ahegao face, that she frantically changed to something else.
    • Upon reading this very entry herself Mouse explained that in reality, she'd personally programmed the hotkeys meaning she knew the ahegao was there, she just didn't remember which button triggered it.
  • Why Did It Have to Be Snakes?: Birdsnote  and spacenote . Comes up on occasion, but was notably on display when she failed a "Purity Challenge" note  - as punishment, she later did a stream where she watched a playlist of fan-selected videos centered entirely on these two subjects.
  • Winged Humanoid: Becomes one in her demon queen form, with two sets of wings coming from her back, one pair from her head, and another pair from her ankles.
    • She also sports a pair of small feathered wings on her Angel costume.
  • Woobie, Destroyer of Worlds: She is Delicate and Sickly... And also happens to host the most powerful demonic force in existence, one that easily took over the world in an Alternate Universe. In "Ironmouse Unleashed" her Superpowered Evil Side nearly takes over the entire multiverse.
  • You Are Better Than You Think You Are: She has been both on the giving and receiving end of such speeches.
  • You Didn't Ask: Again, when a Deal with the Devil is involved. The most notable example is when her charity stream reached the "Hug Connor Emote" charity goal. She did indeed commission an artist to create one, and she did indeed make it available for all her "Tier 1" subscribers, but the emote was temporary and she removed it only 24 hours after it was made available (though this has less to do with Mousey being evil and more to do with the fact that people kept spamming it).
    Mouse: Hey, you said you wanted the emote. You never said for how long.
  • You're Cute When You're Angry: Her pouty face on her 3D idol model is adorable, and Nyan freaks out when she sees it up close here.

Once a seraph, fallen from grace thanks to the actions of Mousey, now turned into a powerful demon, Infernal Beelzebub Anarchia Cruul de Apokalypsi, the Opposite of Divine, etc.— or just Beelzebub for short— saw a prophesy that he would rule Hell upon finding and freeing the inhabitant of a huge metal prison-box somewhere in Hell...only to find that the prisoner in that box was the very same woman who caused Heavenfall in the first place, and promptly usurped him, nicknaming him "Bubi" (due to her not wanting to say his complete mouthful of a name every time...) and forcing a gremlin form upon him, making him into her grudging underling. Eventually, not long after Mousey got bored of Hell, moving to Earth, Bubi followed her there in his weakened gremlin form, and stayed by her side, eventually being granted his full form back...carrying a distinctly Welsh-accented voice.

Bubi is much more of a "character" than Mousey is onstream; he is less pleasant and more insulting towards those he streams with, not least of whom is Mousey, who catches the most flak (but gives as good as she gets). Bubi's also rather mean-spirited when he wants to be, but at the same time can be a powerful, motivating force in others' lives. Seemingly, much more of Bubi's demonic nature is on obvious display vs. Mousey at a given time. When he's not streaming (which is VERY often!), he's usually seen silently lurking around Mousey's stream backdrops or on her outfit somewhere.

  • Alternate Universe: In the "Ironmouse Unleashed" animation, it's shown that, much like Ironmouse, there are multiple versions of him across the multiverse.
  • Aw, Look! They Really Do Love Each Other: Despite claiming otherwise, it's especially shown the tie-in comics and the lore videos that he really does care for Ironmouse.
  • Be Careful What You Wish For: He invokes this on Ironmouse during his visit to her subathon, claiming giving back his human form is entirely her choice and she must live with it.
  • Berserk Button:
  • Brought Down to Normal: Zigzagged. When his powers are taken by Ironmouse and reduced to an imp, he apparently still has enough power and competence to manage Hell's armies and society in spite of Ironmouse's lack of involvement.
  • The Comically Serious: Dips into this when he's not being a Large Ham; for example he gets very frustrated with chat cracking "deez nuts" jokes and spamming him with questions about Connor/Trash Taste/Chris Broad instead of more thoughtful topics befitting the King of Hell.
  • Distracted by My Own Sexy: When showing off his body (aka his VTuber model).
  • Dreadful Musician: During his debut, when the chat asks him to sing for them, he only has this to say.
  • Embarrassing Nickname: How "Bubi" came to be - when Beelzebub is going My Name Is Inigo Montoya on Ironmouse for the first time, she dismisses him and calls him this.
  • Fallen Angel: In Ironmouse's Lore Video, he is shown in his full angelic pre-fall form in Heaven. Like a huge portion of the Divine Host, his curiosity got the better of him, and he tried to meet the being known as "The Creator," which caused his eventual fall from Heaven.
  • Flat "What": His reaction pretty much when he finds out what "Ironmouse" has been doing in the Earth Realm, in her Lore Video.
  • Gag Penis: Possibly. His height is listed as 12 inches with a smiley face, and given he is obviously taller and bigger than Ironmouse in his introductory video, it's likely referring to something else. He later introduces himself as "Twelve Inch King" and makes it pretty obvious that he's talking about his dick. (The joke is that it could also apply to his height as an imp, but he frequently stops just short of saying that it's about his dick.)
  • A Glass of Chianti: He can summon one at will. He mocks Ironmouse for her inability to drink wine as well.
  • Greed: Upon hearing the chat offering him their money, his response is to go Wide Eyes and Shrunken Irises and blush before saying yes.
  • Hopeless with Tech: Overlapping with Technologically Blind Elders; he's new to most earth tech, thinking a projector was advanced technology in his debut stream, and was reluctant to get a phone at first, saying he prefers carrier pigeons. He's slowly getting used to it though after Ironmouse made him get a phone, and he especially seems to like using "the bird app."
  • Hypercompetent Sidekick: During Ironmouse's "rule" of hell, she leaves most of the actual work to Bubi.
  • The Imp: What he gets reduced to after getting his powers stolen by Ironmouse. He recovers by the end of his introduction video.
  • Improbably High I.Q.: In his debut, he claims his IQ is over 260.
  • Large Ham: Oh so much, especially when he is around Ironmouse.
  • Life Drinker: Has mentioned fondness of drinking blood, particularly Type O- due to its versatility of being available for donor to anyone. When Ironmouse mentions it's her blood type however, Bubi backtracks a bit and then says he likes drinking O- blood from anyone except Ironmouse.
  • My Name Is Inigo Montoya: Very fond of pronouncing his full name and listing his titles before going Large Ham.
  • Names to Run Away from Really Fast: His full name is a corruption of many unfriendly words like cruel and apocalypse, and many of his titles are not much better.
  • Narcissist: If this self-proclaimed glimpse to his mind is any indication, he has one hell of an ego.
  • No-Nonsense Nemesis: He is usually the Comically Serious straight man in Ironmouse's antics, content to just clean her house and goof-off, but once her Superpowered Evil Side takes over in "Ironmouse Unleashed", he drops the act and does everything in his power to contain her.
  • Noodle Incident: The reason he hates monkeys involves one. He vehemently refuses to go into details about it.
  • Prophecy Twist: He read a prophecy about a fallen one destined to take over hell. Thinking he is The Chosen One, he proceeds to free Ironmouse not realizing that the prophecy also described her.
  • Reel Torture: His favorite method of torturing souls is to have them continuously watch Ironmouse's subathon.
  • Reformed, but Not Tamed: Mouse is trying to convince him that they're not supposed to be killing people and trying to take over earth anymore, but Bubi is taking longer to adjust.
  • Rousing Speech: Makes a few when he visits Ironmouse's subathon after his debut, inciting the chat to send as much subs as possible to RAISE THE TIMER.
  • Split-Personality Team: After a lot of people commented on how he sounds like CDawgVA, he decided to seek him out and send him a message. The two got along surprisingly well, and now Connor allows him to take over his body as a Willing Channeler.
  • Tall, Dark, and Snarky: Has dark hair and is pretty sarcastic.
  • Third Eye: Normally unseen, but one of his expressions reveals he has one on his forehead.
  • Tsundere:
    • In his introductory video, he never misses any chance to snark at Ironmouse (especially in his imp form), but it doesn't stop him from worrying over her (such as when she overexerted herself to destroy Limbo). Of course, he will claim it is for Pragmatic Villainy because she has his powers.
    • When he visits Ironmouse's subathon stream after his debut, he spends his time poking fun at her expense, but nevertheless takes his time to tell the chat to donate plasma for Ironmouse and raise the timer for her subathon all the way past 24 hours.
  • The Usurper: He and Ironmouse argue a lot on this - Beelzebub used to be the leader of Hell's armies before Ironmouse stole his powers, thus making her the king of hell by default. But after regaining his powers back Bubi seems to go out of his way to claim he is the king of hell and never usurped by anyone; Ironmouse in turn accuses him of doing this to her.
  • Victory Is Boring: At the end of his introductory video, he gets his power back from Ironmouse and becomes the ruler of hell, but eventually gets bored with it.
  • Wicked Cultured: His general image, especially made apparent in his debut stream. According to him, it's partly because he learned to speak English watching Downton Abbey.
