Ken
Played by: Luke Mitchell
Ken is a god who first appeared in the fourteenth episode of the fourth season of Legacies, described as a malevolent god who has returned to take down Hope, the world's only tribrid, and reclaim his title as the world's most powerful being.- Big Bad: Of Legacies Season 4.
- Final Boss: He ends up being the final antagonist of Legacies, and of the entire Vampire Diaries Universe.
- Top God: He's Zeus, the king of the gods.
- Young Face, Old Eyes: Although he appears in his thirties, Ken is ancient, revealing it took "eons" for him to master his powers.
- Archnemesis Dad: Two of his children, Jen and Ben, are both deadly enemies of his. He cursed Ben and tied him to a rock for thousands of years. Jen later betrayed him and the other gods. He even attempts Offing the Offspring with Ben, but is thwarted by Alaric.
Lynn/Hades

Played by: Tasya Teles
Lynn is a goddess who formerly ruled over Limbo before passing it to Landon. She first appeared as the Ferryman in the eighth episode of season three, initially believed to be a psychopomp that ferried the dead to Peace after Limbo. In the fourth season, she reveals herself to Landon as a goddess and the sister of Ken.- The Reveal: She's believed to be the Ferryman of Grecian myth in a skeletal form, but reveals herself as a goddess later on.
- Young Face, Old Eyes
- Dual Age Modes: She initially appears in a skeletal, ancient form worn down by thousands of years in Limbo, but can restore herself to her youthful form at will.
Jen/Vulcan

Jen is a god who first appeared in the tenth episode of the fourth season of Legacies.- Deadpan Snarker: She snarks pretty much non-stop.
- Divine Date
- No Full Name Given: She has no last name.Jen: It's just Jen.
- Really 700 Years Old: Jen looks to be in her early twenties but is really thousands of years old.
- The Stoner: She is quite fond of her weed.
- Stoners Are Funny
- Queer Colors: She has a rainbow welding helmet.
- Verbal Tic: She frequently refers to anyone she's talking to as "Dude" instead of using their actual name or title.
- God in Human Form: She has lived a regular life among mortals for thousands of years.
- Young Face, Old Eyes: Although she appears in her early twenties, Jen is thousands upon thousands of years old. Her true age is unknown.
Demigods
Ben/Prometheus
Ben
Played by: Zane Phillips
Ben is a god introduced in season 4, who quickly becomes close friends with Jed. He is technically not a student at the school, but masquerading as one after he agrees to Jed's requests for him to stay.
- Badass Pacifist: Even though he was a warrior thousands of years ago and has immense power as a god, Ben actively chooses not to fight back when attacked and his main concern is always other people's welfare.
- Bandage Mummy: Ben is wrapped up entirely in bandages after he is injured, and his true appearance is revealed later to Jed in a Dramatic Unmask.
- Bury Your Gays: Ben's lover Ashur dies in a flashback and was the catalyst to Ben causing the creation of witches, monsters and other supernatural beings on Earth. Ben's next lover Jed is also killed, however Jed is later resurrected by Landon.
- Closet Key: Ben is this for Jed.
- Divine Parentage: Ben is the son of an as yet unknown god and a mortal woman living in a village along the Caucasus Mountains some five thousand years ago.
- Happily Ever After: Ben and Jed end the series romantically involved and leave the school to be together.
- Hot God: Well, hot demigod.
- Hunk: Fans, Aurora and Jed are all aware Ben is this. Combined with Hot God.
- Immortality Begins at Twenty: Ben seemingly has not aged a day since claiming his birthright in his early twenties.
- Major Injury Underreaction: Ben sustains multiple horrific injuries in only a short three episode period of time yet every time thinks little of it, even being a Deadpan Snarker stating he'll "mend".

- Preserve Your Gays: Ben is literally an unkillable gay.
- Resurrective Immortality: As a god Ben is unaffected by time and disease, making him Really 700 Years Old, heals when injured and resurrects when killed, always within a day of having been killed. This leads to Torture Is Ineffective when he's 'questioned' by Aurora.
- Young Face, Old Eyes: Although he appears in his twenties, Ben is actually just over five thousands years old.
