Sole Survivor
Baxter's main opposition. A woman who is quite crazy and enjoys being a bitch, but is actually a nice person deep down. Was voted the most popular winner in an all-season popularity poll.
Second The Sims fan character.
Came back in Season 20: Generations.
- Good Is Not Nice
- Hidden Heart of Gold: Is really among the sweetest of the cast.
- Jerk with a Heart of Gold
- Obfuscating Stupidity: Many of Montana's "crazy" actions, like giving up an advantage in an upcoming immunity challenge for a unitard, were done with the intent of making Baxter think she was a non-threat and overlook her as he was backstabbing his allies left and right.
- Odd Couple: With N.
- Plucky Girl
- Sitcom Arch-Nemesis: With Issac.
- The Social Expert: Part of her winning strategy involved her getting to know each and every single person on the Jury, and her great social skills allowed her to do so. She's even able to list off facts about each one of them during her finals speech.
- Sole Survivor: The third, and possibly the most popular to this day.
Runners-Up
The main villain of the season. Is infamous for backstabbing his own allies and being in control of almost the entire season.
First Kingdom Hearts fan character.
Came back for Season 10: Battle of the Tribes.
- Bad Boss: Any boss who would backstab and betray his own allies at the drop of a hat probably isn't one you should be working for.
- Big Bad: The first primary antagonist to make it all the way to the end. His hold on the game was tight, but it took the protagonist just barely squeezing through for him to narrowly falter at the end.
- Chronic Backstabbing Disorder: His distrust of his own alliance allowed two underdogs to reach the finals.
- Fatal Flaw: His love for backstabbing causes his alliance to cannibalize themselves while a member of the minority gets to the end and wins.
- Mean Character, Nice Actor: Arguably. Beth mentions that Baxter, asides from being a strategic genius, is a "completely immature boy".
An overweight kid who serves as Baxter's sidekick. He talks very slowly.
First South Park fan character.
- The Cassandra: Baxter would have won if he had voted out Montana instead of Spade like Alex suggested.
- The Dragon: To Baxter.
- Fat Idiot: Subverted. While he isn't the smartest person in the game, he has quite a lot of common sense.
- Motor Mouth: Inverted, since Alex has a severe stuttering problem, which magically vanishes the instant Montana removes her top.
- Out of Focus: He didn't get a lot of screentime for a finalist.

- Anti-Hero: Type III-IV.
- The Big Guy
- Incendiary Exponent
- Ineffectual Loner: Though he does come to admit N and Montana as friends.
- Jerk with a Heart of Gold: Arguably. He seems anti-social, but it doesn't stop him from helping others at times, such as stopping Montana from annoying the others, and throwing her game away in the process, after "N" is eliminated.
- Ship Tease: With Yoshia, oddly enough, at the Rites of Passage.
- We ARE Struggling Together: This, along with Baxter's crew being Ungrateful Bastards to him, convinces him to join up with Montana and N.
One of Baxter's cronies, constantly torn between choosing sides, but ultimately went with whatever was best for him.
First Metal Gear fan character.
- Chronic Backstabbing Disorder: Due to being stuck in the middle of alliances all season, this happened a lot.
- Embarrassing First Name / Only Known By Their Codename: His real name is Casper.

- Face–Heel Turn: After finding out that Marty lied about his twist, she joins with Baxter and his alliance and abandons Montana and Norman in order to worm her way in good with Baxter.

- Sixth Ranger: For Baxter's alliance.

A shy young man who strikes a friendship with Montana and learns to become more confident.

- Lazy Bum: His fake twist basically lets him do nothing.
- The Load To End All Loads: The only reason he stays around as long as he did was his fake twist. It manages to take him to the merge.
- Screw the Rules, I Make Them!: His fake twist. He pretends to be a plant that cannot be voted out until the Final 4 to cause drama among the other castaways.
- Smug Snake
Eliminated
An excitable woman who dresses as a Japanese schoolgirl and knows karate.

An emo girl who quickly becomes close friends with Hope.
First WarioWare fan character.
- Emo
- Morality Pet: Hope, until her Face–Heel Turn.
- Those Two Girls: With Hope (at first).
- Too Dumb to Live: After Lockora, down by two members compared to Roku, wins their first post-swap immunity challenge, Roku kidnaps her, and then Hope, who Iris thought had been her BFF since day one, tricks her into giving up immunity, which she does. The Roku tribe votes her off (they even compare her actions to Erik from Survivor: Micronesia, and Issac is shown facepalming at her stupidity), and Lockora is down to FOUR members. If only she hadn't given it up...
- Unwitting Pawn: To Hope.
A strong cowgirl who can easily take the leader position.
First Harvest Moon fan character.
- Standardized Leader: Of Pambar.

A crafty witch girl who forgot to bring her wand and spellbooks, and got sick.
