There are a number of branches within Death Weapon Meister Academy dedicated to specific tasks in which spreads all over the entire world. This section discusses characters affiliated with the DWMA outside of the school itself. The middle child of the Moncharmin brothers, Roger is introduced alongside his younger brother, Francis, as the pilots escorting the main team to Holland for their first investigation after the Anria. Little do they know, Roger is also on the case. He serves a minor recurring character.
- Bunny-Ears Lawyer: Par for the course of a DWMA personnel. Despite his perverted tendencies, he's every bit as competent as you'd expect a member of a Legacy Family to be. In fact, as of right now, Roger is the sole person that proves the Moncharmin's legitimacy as fighters.
- Dude, Not Funny!: His In-Universe reaction to Gilgamesh making a windmill in Holland collapse in a single punch is to scold him out of genuine anger.

- Metronomic Man Mashing: Roger does this to Gilgamesh in Act 1 Chapter 11 briefly.
- Powered Armor: How Francis manifests around Roger. Roger gets suited in a type of mechanical armor armed with various weapons, equipment, and abilities.
- Punched Across the Room: In his rematch with a more complete Gilgamesh in the Chicago Gang arc, he winds up getting blindsided by a heavy punch and is sent rooms away from where Gilgamesh was imprisoned. Even a dazed Roger couldn't believe how far he went.
