Player

• A Dog Named "Dog": He's only called "Player" by everyone in the game. But it appears "Player" is really his name.
• Even Evil Has Standards: He may be an aspiring super-criminal, but refuses to murder people for the sake of profiting off of their funerals. Also abided to the Principal's request to deal with some unruly students out of school by not using any weapons.
• Greaser Delinquents: The leather jacket and pompadour he sports, though he can get a haircut or a hat to change his appearance.
• Villain Protagonist: Loves rampage so much.

Doc Choc

• Catchphrase: "Good Gosh!"
• Expy: Of Doc Brown.
• Horrible Judge of Character: He thinks Player is a hero.
• The Professor: He does have his own time traveling DeLorean.

The Jester

• Bad Boss: Executed one of his minions for getting a dent on the bumper for their getaway vehicle. Also kills another one when the minion calls out Jester for destroying the bus with the loot they stolen. And murders another one after murdering Sparrow when Player mentioned that he needed Sparrow alive.
• Expy: Of the Joker.

Biffman

• Battle Boomerang: His weapon of choice, the Player can use these too.
• Expy: Of Batman, particularly Adam West's Batman.

Gamedini

• Big Good: Helps Player and Doc track down the parts needed for the time machine. He is aware of Player being a psychopath and made a suggestion that the player get some help to stop his rampaging.
• Meaningful Name: Named after the Game Genie and Harry Houdini.
• Shout-Out: Based on the Game Genie.
  • He suffers a conditon where he has no skin, just like Meat Boy.

Doctor Von Buttnick

• Arch-Enemy: To Doc Choc.
• Big Bad: Probably the biggest one.
• Expy: Of Doctor Robotnik.

Sweat Bomber

• Acrofatic: Despite his girth, he can move pretty quick.
• Corrupt Corporate Executive: Runs A.T Corp. as such.
• Karma Houdini: The last we see of him is the Player letting him go after the perspective switch into Sweat Bomber trying to save his wife.
• Fat Bastard: And bad hygiene to boot.
• Uncleanliness Is Next to Ungodliness: He's drenched in his corrosive sweat, which can kill anyone by coming into contact with him.
