A man who lives in a lighthouse on the coast to the north of Cerulean City.

He lost his daughter in an accident and his wife left him after he kept trying to revive Amber through cloning, ending up receiving funding from Giovanni if he also tried to revive his late daughter as well.
  • Spared By Adaptation: His anime counterpart died. Here? He somehow ended up in Lavender Town with amnesia.

    Dr. Akihabara
The eccentric and slightly-insane creator of the Pokémon Transfer System.
