Soul Tails
The main host of each of the games, who will announce each game and explain the rules.
- Catchphrase: "Now, with no further delay... LET'S BEGIN!"
Soul Knuckles
Often one of the co-hosts who will assist Soul Tails. He's in charge of the jail cells in "Prison Escape", and is the lunch judge in "Cook-Off".
Soul Robotnik
One of the co-hosts of the games. He releases 100 badniks for the contestants to fight in "Prison Escape", and is the breakfast judge in "Cook-Off".
Secret History Mario
The dinner judge in "Cook-Off".
Sally_ALT
Sonic.Exe's girlfriend. She watches the game in "Capture the Flag" and is the dessert judge in "Cook-Off".
- Adaptational Relationship Overhaul: While she was originally Sonic.exe's love interest as Sally.exe, Sally_ALT normally despises all Sonics, but here she was rooting for Sonic.exe in Capture The Flag.
Starved
A Robotnik with an insatiable appetite.
- Extreme Omnivore: He eats whatever the judges won't eat, no matter how bad they are, making him a living waste disposal.
Contestants
Mario.Exe
One of the two main contestants alongside Sonic.Exe.
- Decomposite Character: He and GB are two separate characters in this series, unlike their home mod where they were two different forms of the same person.
Word of God confirmed that this is because Tails cloned him. - Friendly Rivalry: With Sonic.Exe, much like the original Mario and Sonic. The rivalry aspect is dropped in Cook-Off due to them being teammates.
Sonic.Exe
One of the two main contestants alongside Mario.Exe.
- Friendly Rivalry: With Mario.Exe, much like the original Mario and Sonic. The rivalry aspect is dropped in Cook-Off due to them being teammates.
- Rage Breaking Point: MX locking the other teams out of the final challenge by barricading the door in Prison Escape angers him enough that he transforms into his true form. Upon transforming, he's able to break down the door and allow the other teams to proceed, but by then it's too late, as Team Green has already reached the finish line.
- Supreme Chef: His retro milkshake gets a perfect score from the judge.
MX
A Mario originating from Mario '85, and Lord X's best friend.
- The Brute: He's a big guy with the strength to match.
- Irony: He's known for chasing down his victims, but in the final challenge of Prison Escape, he's the one getting chased, as he and the rest of his team have to run for the finish line whilst simultaneously fleeing from Secret History Tails.
- Those Two Guys: With Lord X.
Lord X
A Sonic originating from Sonic PC Port, and MX's best friend.
- The Bully: Gets a kick out of teasing EXE in Capture the Flag.
- Lethal Chef: Surprisingly subverted. His dish of choice for the cook-off is a Tails Corpse, which gets a 7/10 from the judge, implying that he knows how to make it taste good.
- Your Mom: Makes a joke about EXE's creator to the latter's face. This comes back to bite him as said joke causes EXE to transform, overpower him and score the winning point for his team.
GB
A down to earth Mario from a Game Boy.
- Adaptation Dye-Job: Non-outline only art by Jeramiah Calhoun depicts him with a color scheme based off of Mario's in-game look from the Game Boy Color version of Super Mario Land 2: 6 Golden Coins, sporting orange-yellow skin with matching gloves and patch on his hat.
- Birds of a Feather: Is pals with EXE, who like him is a shapeshifting demon that disguises themselves as the character they're based off of to hide their true monstrous form.
- Decomposite Character: He and Mario.Exe are two separate characters in this series, unlike their home mod where they were two different forms of the same person. Word of God confirmed that this is because Tails cloned him and the clone turned into GB.
- Even Bad Men Love Their Mamas: His basted steak recipe comes from his mother, and he certainly loved it enough to make it for the judges in Cook-Off.

EXE
I don't care anymore! I'm tired of everybody taking me as a joke! I'm done being the sane one around here! I'll show ALL OF YOU... Even if it takes revealing who I REALLY am!
One of the more unfortunate contestants. He may have been deleted from the Sonic.Exe mod, but he still managed to be here. Others often tease him over what his creator has done, and over his crush on Needlem0use.- Berserk Button: As Capture The Flag reveals, he doesn't like to be reminded about his creator/"mother", Revie_03, as not too long after Lord X makes a Your Mom joke to him, he snaps and transforms.
- Birds of a Feather: Is pals with GB, who like him is a shapeshifting demon that disguises themselves as the character they're based off of to hide their true monstrous form.
- Cordon Bleugh Chef: He is this in the Cook-Off, as he uses a gummy kebab in his smoothie, and blends the stick used for the kebab, leading to his dish getting a 6/10.
- The Dog Bites Back: After spending the majority of the Capture The Flag episode getting teased about his feelings towards Needlem0use and getting trampled by the enemy team, EXE finally has enough when Lord X makes a jab at his creator, leading him to transform, and from there, he overpowers the enemy team and scores the winning point for his own team.
- Those Two Guys: With Sanic.Exe.
Wario Apparition
A literal floating head originating from a personalised copy of Super Mario 64. He's often seen hanging out with I HATE YOU Luigi, and his floating head status will often be Lampshaded.
- Birds of a Feather: Fatal Error extends an offer of friendship to him over them both being types of errors. He accepts, and them being teammates in the Cook-Off is likely due to said friendship.
- Third-Person Person: Always refers to himself by name without ever saying "me" or "I".
- Those Two Guys: With I HATE YOU Luigi.
- Trademark Favorite Food: Garlic, just like the original Wario. His dish of choice in Cook-Off is a bowl of garlic soup.
Majin Sonic
A fun loving Sonic who encourages fair play and enjoyment to the other contestants.
- Berserk Button: He seems to not like people making naughty comments about Lord X, as when Coldsteel is about to make a joke about Lord X's rear, he's quick to silence him.
- Perpetual Smiler: Don't expect his face to crack any expression other than a large smile.
Tails Doll
A version of Tails who is unable to speak, yet still manages to be a viable asset to whatever team he's on.
- The Speechless: Can't say a word, so his actions speak for him.
- Supreme Chef: Is capable of baking a cake, which gets a perfect score from the judge.
Beta Luigi
A Luigi who is forever grieving over the loss of his Mario from his universe. He's more of a hindrance than a helpful ally due to doing nothing but grieving.
- The Eeyore: He's never not depressed.
- The Load: He is basically this, as he's too busy slumping over in his grieving to actually participate. Mario.Exe literally has to carry him around throughout Prison Escape because of this.
- The Voiceless: Has yet to speak, likely being too depressed to want to talk.
I HATE YOU Luigi
A Luigi whose face was burned off by his Mario from his universe. Despite having a burning hatred for his own Mario, he seems to at least tolerate participating in these games with other Marios. He's usually seen hanging out with the Wario Apparition.
- Adaptational Sympathy: In his origin creepypasta and Mario's Madness, he willingly betrayed his brother to work for the Koopa Troop out of jealousy. According to a QnA, this iteration of him was forced into it after being possessed by Boos and only came to truly hate his Mario after he knocked him into the lava. Now he swears vengeance on both the Koopa Troop and Mario and suffers from spilt personality disorder due to his possession.
- Face Palm: Does this in Cook-Off in response to Sunky making a bowl of cereal for himself when it was supposed to be for the judge.
- Jerkass to One: The only people he truly resents are his Mario from his own universe and the Koopa Troop. He's decent towards the other contestants in the games. The worst he does is kicking Mario.exe into a crowd of Soul Eggman's bots, telling him there's no point in a sneak attack.
- Supreme Chef: His meatball burger gets a perfect score from the judges.
- Those Two Guys: With Wario Apparition.
Sanic.Exe
A joke version of Sonic.Exe. Despite originating as a joke, he's fairly intelligent and is a good friend to EXE and GB.
- Cool Shades: Wears these at all times outside of Cook-Off.
- The Stoner: Implied, given that he puts edible marijuana in a sub sandwich that he serves to the judges in Cook-Off.
- Those Two Guys: With EXE.
- Voluntary Shapeshifter: Can morph his face into other memes, such as Trollface, Epic Face, and Sadness Combat.
Sunky.MPEG
Another joke version of Sonic.Exe. He mostly prefers to goof around and make cereal.
- Trademark Favorite Food: Cereal.I HATE YOU Luigi: What's Sunky without cereal?
Racist Mario
A normal looking Mario who hates all the Sonics due to them being non-Nintendo characters. He's especially butting heads with Fleetway Super Sonic.
- Arch-Enemy: With Fleetway Super Sonic.
- Birds of a Feather: In Cook-Off, he and Fleetway Super Sonic, who spent the majority of their screentime being at each other's throats, find common ground in their mutual hatred for their teammates (Mario's hatred stemming from his racism towards non-Nintendo characters and Fleetway Super Sonic's hatred stemming from having major disdain for any version of Sonic.Exe), and manage to put their squabbling aside for the rest of the challenge.
- Even Evil Has Standards: When Fleetway Super Sonic states that he intends to take the flag from Beta Luigi, Racist Mario is apalled and calls the former out for "taking advantage of a man with severe depression", but Super Sonic retorts that Racist Mario isn't any better himself, since he abuses his version of Peach.
Fleetway Super Sonic
A Super Sonic who's a psychotic and smug Jerkass who hates everyone around him, especially Racist Mario, and later Coldsteel.
- Arch-Enemy: With Racist Mario, and to a lesser extent, Coldsteel.
- Birds of a Feather: In Cook-Off, he and Racist Mario, who spent the majority of their screentime being at each other's throats, find common ground in their mutual hatred for their teammates (Racist Mario's hatred stemming from his racism towards non-Nintendo characters and Fleetway Super Sonic's hatred stemming from having major distain for any version of Sonic.Exe), and manage to put their squabbling aside for the rest of the challenge.
- Brilliant, but Lazy: Scores a point for his team in Capture The Flag, but after that he sits by the sidelines and observes the game from there.Fleetway Super Sonic: Welp, I did all I could do. Good luck trying to get me to do anything else.
- Even Evil Has Standards: Admits to having controversial opinions, but does not approve of Coldsteel's Bottom of the Barrel Joke, being quick to Dope Slap the latter in order to shut him up.
- Supreme Chef: His biscuits get a perfect score from the judge in Cook-Off. Although he did spit into his meal, which the judge wasn't aware of.
Needlem0use
A former human named Sarah, now turned into a Sonic, who participates in the games and serves as EXE's love interest.
- Jerkass to One: She holds deep resentment towards Luther and her other former friends, but is a sweetheart to everyone else.
- Supreme Chef: Her cupcakes get a perfect score from the judge.
Griatos
A demon who is butting heads with Demogri.
- Foil: To Demogri. While they're labelled as a "Troublemaking Duo", Griatos is clearly the more aggressive of the two. When Lord X suggests teasing EXE about their interaction with Needlem0use, Griatos happily accepts while Demogri questions the suggestion, and when the two of them attempt to stop EXE from scoring the winning point for his team, Griatos aggressively tells EXE to "Get back here!" while Demogri can only say "No! Wait!".
- Non-Standard Character Design: He's not based on any Sonic character, leaving him as the sole character in the cast with a unique appearance.
- Red Oni, Blue Oni: The red to Demogri's blue.
Demogri
A former angel turned demon who is butting heads with Griatos.
- Foil: To Griatos. While they're labelled as a "Troublemaking Duo", Demogri is clearly the more passive of the two. When Lord X suggests teasing EXE about their interaction with Needlem0use, Griatos happily accepts while Demogri questions the suggestion, and when the two of them attempt to stop EXE from scoring the winning point for his team, Griatos aggressively tells EXE to "Get back here!" while Demogri can only say "No! Wait!".
- Red Oni, Blue Oni: The blue to Griatos' red.
- Stupidest Thing I've Ever Heard: He thinks Lord X's dish of choice being a Tails Corpse is a stupid idea, but does nothing to stop Lord X from going with it, and seeing as the judge gave it a decent score, he was ultimately proven wrong.
Coldsteel
A widely mocked stereotype of the typical "edgy" Sonic OC. He typically does and says things that piss off the other contestants, especially Fleetway Super Sonic.
- The Friend Nobody Likes: No one has anything nice to say about him. Fleetway Super Sonic in particular seems to hate him the most.
- Lethal Chef: What else can you call someone who wraps up lasagna in tinfoil and puts it in the microwave, the result being a black, charred mess which, unsurprisingly, is the only dish to get a 0/10 in the cooking contest?
Fatal Error
Hello there. I see we both involve a type of error. Would you care to be allies?
A virus puppeteering a corrupted Sonic body. He speaks in a robotic voice, with his words showing up in a window. The Wario Apparition teams up with him because of their similar piracy origins.- Birds of a Feather: He extends an offer of friendship to Wario Apparition over them both being types of errors. Wario accepts, and them being teammates in the Cook-Off is likely due to said friendship.
- Crazy-Prepared: After Sunky makes cereal for himself to eat when he was supposed to serve it to the judge, Fatal Error reveals he made a spare bowl of cereal just in case.
- Synthetic Voice Actor: From Cook-Off onwards, his voice is Text-To-Speech.

Secret History Tails
Oh SONIIIIIC, you wouldn't run away from your old pal, would you?
A psychotic Tails who wishes to be Sonic's best friend, and ONLY friend. He appears as the final obstacle in "Prison Escape", and is a part of the audience annoying Exetior in "Capture the Flag".- Ax-Crazy: As usual. The final challenge of the Prison Escape has the teams run for the finish line while he chases after them with a chainsaw.

I can't play, simply because I'm too tall.
A Sonic who grows taller every time he grabs a ring. He can't participate in the events due to his height, so he just watches from the sidelines. Luther
