Sunny Summer School
The eponymous summer school, where young witches learn their craft.
- Cool School: It is a school for learning various forms of witchcraft.
- Glamour: From beyond the border of the school grounds, Madame Karissa and several others look like entirely mundane humans.
- Wizarding School: It is a summer school for witches.
Kzrikke/Karissa Kaldson
“The Headmistress of Sunny Summer School, and Matriarch of the Far-Star coven. Goes by the alias "Karissa Kaldson." An alien, a half-ghost, and a very nice old lady.”
- Ninja Pirate Zombie Robot: She is an undead alien witch & Headmistress in WWI-era Connecticut.
- Glamour: Uses magic to appear like a (living) human to outsiders.
- Glowing Eyelights of Undeath: Kzrikke’s eyes glow pure white light in her true, undead form.
- Robe and Wizard Hat: Madame Karissa wears a green hat & robe.
Ygrid Bjeklirr
“Expert on brewing and experimental magic. Nearly destroyed her body in a dangerous ritual, now has a hard time controlling her worst impulses.”
- Glamour: The school’s glamour effect makes her look more like her pre-ritual self.
- Robe and Wizard Hat: Is the only other member of the coven & school faculty to don a more conventional set of witchy attire.
- Trademark Favorite Food: A downplayed example, her bio mentions that she likes grapefruit.
Constanza Gáñez
“Expert on incantation and demonology. The youngest teacher at Sunny. Developed her own incantation technique which is now widely accepted as the most effective.”
- Familiar: Has a fox familiar named Deacon.
- Magical Incantation: She is the teacher for the Incantation class.
Falguni Rahamesh
“Expert on sigilism and spiritual communion. The only teacher who wasn't taught at Sunny. Sold her youth and beauty to enhance her third eye, but otherwise refuses to open up about her past.”
- Younger Than They Look: Sometime ago Falguni exchanged her youth & looks to enhance her third eye, but does not talk about her past, so while she looks to possibly be in her 80’s, how old she really is, is unknown.

Astaire Hollens
“Sunny's newest student and resident prodigy. Daughter to the owners of the land that Sunny is built upon, so her attendence is of the utmost importance. Great at everything and knows it, and she makes sure everyone else knows it, too.”
- Robe and Wizard Hat: Her school outfit is a fancy sky blue dress, and her matching hat is much shorter than that of the other students, ending with a flat top instead of tapering to a point.
Emily Logos
“Sunny's youngest student and sister to Primrose. Sad most of the time and doesn't know why, hates feeling like a burden because of it. Thinks spirits and magic are spooky and generally isn't a fan.”
- Robe and Wizard Hat: Her school outfit is a matching purple dress and hat.
Primrose Logos
“Sunny's oldest student and sister to Emily. Generally cheerful, but is at times easily frustrated and overwhelmed. Loves animals and somehow has the power to communicate with them, but only simple thoughts and feelings.”
- Familiar: Has an owl familiar named Nostra who she summons with a glove-charm.
- Robe and Wizard Hat: Her school outfit is a light cyan dress, with a brown hat, and glove, the last of which she uses to summon her familiar.
Esther Witherford
“The liveliest student at Sunny and habitual troublemaker. Sometimes gets carried away with her pranks and veers into bullying territory, but is mostly well-liked by her peers anyway.”
- Familiar: She has a cat familiar that she handles somewhat roughly.
- Robe and Wizard Hat: Her school outfit is a orange dress with some yellow & brown, with a red tie, and a matching orange hat.
Garut Bolmyig
“Puts the sunny in Sunny Summer School. Friendly towards everyone, easily excited, and pretty good at drawing. An alien who has come to study witchcraft on Earth.”
- Robe and Wizard Hat: Her school outfit is a light red robe with cyan trim, and a matching hat.
Grimilde Howl
“A lackadaisical introvert. Pays little attention in class, but is decent at magic anyway.”
- Robe and Wizard Hat: Her school outfit is a black dress and matching hat.
Kairuwo Evtuiva
“An alien who was sent to Earth by her mother after showing an abysmal lack of magical talent. Has gotten much better since then.”
- Robe and Wizard Hat: Her school outfit is a sleeveless purple dress, with a matching, baggy hat.

“The weirdest kid at Sunny. Used to conduct magical experiments on her classmates, but they stopped letting her. Now experiments on herself instead”
- Familiar: Has a Rat familiar.
- Robe and Wizard Hat: Her school outfit is a sleeveless green dress and matching hat.
Namtara Noso
“Sunny's least dedicated student. Only wants to garden, does not care about magic unless it helps her grow things.”
- Familiar: She has a plant familiar, named Anthosyn. Fitting her love of plants, she adores him.
- Green Thumb: She is only really interested in magic that can help her to grow plants.
- Noodle Incident: Turned herself into a gourd once to spite her mother.
- Robe and Wizard Hat: Her school outfit is a brown robe with a patch on it, with fluffy/leafy green trim around the neck, and a matching hat, which also has a patch.
